Our current office chair is a bit worn so I decided to check out Office Depots selection. Upon entering I noticed how clean and organized the store was. Their chair selection was pretty good but I expected more offerings. I didnt purchase but I believe I will wait until 8/7/20. This maybe an item I can purchase with no tax for the Back-to -School Tax Holiday 2020. Overall experience on this visit very good.

Just looking for white computer desk.

I needed some printing done for my dads memorial service. Alicia took my print job, and made sure it turned out wonderful! Shes a very dedicated and knowledgeable employee! I will take ALL my print jobs there from now on. I am very pleased with the results, and appreciated her professionalism and dedication.

I had a heck of an experience with an online order through the Office Depot website. Came to this location and Nia, a manager here, took care of my issue super fast. Cant thank the staff enough for their help. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely recommend this store.

Clean, great prices, friendly staff, well organized. Only downside is that the lines can get pretty long on the weekends. They are always adequately staffed though.

Vicki is AWESOME! I was struggling to find what I needed. She approached me and ask if I needed assistance and then stayed with me making sure I found everything I was looking for.After arriving home, when my receipt wasnt emailed, as it was supposed to, I called the store and luckily Vicky answered the call.At all times Vicky remained energetic, respectful, professional, and helpful. Good service at this location. The staff member helping me was helpful in finding the chair I needed. I was given plenty of time to try out all the chairs and he checks on me once in a while.He took it to the cash register and then after check out, another employee took it to the car for me. Cant get any better than that.

This morning I had the pleasure of Jeremy assisting my wife and I. This guy was not only insanely knowledgeable about desk chair height ratios and standards; but he pulled the item AND opened a register to ring it up and helped us load it. This guy went above and beyond to make sure we had immediate service and that it was on point. Thanks for making our experience amazing.

Currie was super helpful and did a great job helping us pick out a filing cabinet and several other items throughout the store. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and I would recommend this store to anyone. Prices were better than online (I checked) and we never felt pressured. 10 stars!

Their copy/print department staff are top notch. I send in my print requests/instructions and they always have it ready by the time I come in. Their customer service is incredible. They know me by name and always greet me with a smile. I cant say enough great things about my new friends in the copy/print department at this Office Depot location. They truly go above and beyond.

The ladies behind the lamination counter kept switching off customers instead of helping one customer at a time. They even helped the customer behind me before helping me..They made me wait over 25 minutes to have my papers laminated. Very upsetting.

Only bought paper, but everyone was helpful and the store was clean and stocked. I went to the 1 on Parkway and off Capital Circle NE in the same day. Both were great! And they have repaired my computer before!

It has been a year since Ive last used Office Depot to handle photo copying and they are still terrible at it. Not dependable and cant deliver when you need them. Selling pencils and paper is what they do best.

They really do go the extra mile to make customers happy. I bought a chair from them and it had broken/been replaced twice within a month. When I explained that I wasnt happy with it and didnt want to just get a replacement model (store policy), they agreed that it was clearly shoddy material and let me pick another model (not store policy). This is the only place in Tallahassee Ill go for office stuff and I know youll be satisfied too if you go.

Scammers!!!!! we bought an ink cartridge from them said no to subscription and they took it upon themselves to charge our card $60 the following month. Your not stuck go here for ink go to Staples they even give you $5 off ink when you bring in the old one. This wasnt the first time they got us.

Absolutely the worst customer service at the customer service desk. Not some times but every time. There is one employee in particular who is a rude smart ass and he should not be working with the public. They have already lost my business once for this and I tried again and same nasty smart ass attitude. Sorry you hate your job dude.

After buying from this store comparing price with wal mart for over a year at lease 3 times a week sometimes maybe 4 or 5 times a week this one particular day I came in the managers Scott and Vicky told me I could no longer compare price and was very unprofessional about the whole situation even after that I went to Walmart bought the same exact items then bought them back to the store and showed them the receipt where I had just bought the exact items they told me I could no longer compare prices on. I wouldnt recommend anyone to spend there money with these prejudiced people at this particular store. Seems like to me they dont want to see a black man doing something other than selling drugs. Thats just my opinion. By the way Ms. Lucy has the best customer service in the whole entire store.
