I was rudely assisted by Waynesha today. I checked out at the counter oppose to the kiosk because I had Nyquil and it would require age verification. When I approached the counter she was on her cell phone with her back facing the counter. There was no pleasant greeting only do you have a card or number. Then when I pointed out that my coupon did not ring up she tried to insist I didnt purchase the correct amount. I quickly explained to her that I did and showed her the coupon again. She couldnt figure it out so she finally called a manager. The manager stated that another coupon offer might be stopping it. So we separated the two items that the coupon applied to. So after ringing the items back up the coupon offer still would not work. She seemed frustrated and confused and wanted me to just check out without my $4 savings. I again showed her my coupon offer, which is the very reason I went to the store, CVS, in the first place. I finally asked her to call her manager and once her manager arrived she explained how to apply the coupon. Neither one of them apologized but Waynesha hastily slung my receipt to me and then she must have clocked out because she beat me out the door. I have been to numerous CVS but this is the worst I have been treated. I am an ExtraBucks customer and everything. Do yourself a favor and avoid this unfriendly and rude store.

I don’t see my Receipt on Email after the Clerk said it would be there.. I will definitely ask for it the next time ..

I got assisted and checked out by the manager of the store. He could not have been more friendly and helpful! Wonderful experience.

Received confirmation of Scheduled appt for covid vaccine. Nurse went to lunch. No one else available. Why confirm appt if you are not going to honor it? What are you going to do for for this inconvenience? Having to come back later?

Extremey unfriendly and hostile pharmacy staffs

Cashiers refuse to be Cashiers. force you to use self check out so employees can continue playing on their phones.

Stephanie in the pharmacy is beyond rude. Don’t get your Covid shot here. They are too busy to care and help people. Sarcastic and unprofessional.

There is a young, female Pharmacist with a nasty attitude. We experienced it when we took the COVID-19 test and also when we called the pharmacy. Very surprising and disappointing!

I like all the pharmacists so far.

Super friendly and helpful pharmacy staff. Went in for a flu shot and they were multitasking like crazy to get everyone taken care of. Took less than twenty minutes to do the paperwork and get the flu shot. Even though it was so busy.

Simply went in to buy a couple bottles of hand lotion. Happy to see that it was buy one get one at 50% off, (and who wouldn’t be)? We get to the register and I realize that I don’t have my CVS CARD and as it was registered many years ago I was not sure what phone number it was registered under. I am quickly informed in no uncertain terms that “you will not get the sale price without the card”, I was a bit surprised at the cashiers attitude and the fact that she could not simply scan a card or at least offer to give me another. Well in the end CVS lost a sale and quite possibly a customer, Amazon has what I want and NO CARD NEEDED!! I really hate this for the “brick & Mortar” businesses but if you treat paying customers this way the ending should and eventually will come to this conclusion.

Horrible. Thats the only word I can come up with. I waited over a mth for them to order my Rx and then then screwed up and ordered the wrong thing. Was supposed to get prefilled injectable pen and got prefilled syringes...and they will not take them back. So now I have to go into my doctors office every 2 weeks and pay to have the nurse give me the shot, until the next 90 day prescription can be ordered. When you call you will never get anyone to answer the phone. I usually am on hold 15 -35 min before they answer...and they are not that busy. They just dont answer. This use to be a wonderful pharmacy...I dont know whats happened to this store, but I am transferring all of our Rx to a different pharmacy.

I am really concerned how much this store has declined. On two occasions in just the last month I have been told prescriptions were filled when they were not by a person and that ordered medication was not. Specifically, by a tech named Erica. I was also told that I was speaking to a pharmacist and that was not the case. It’s ashame that it makes me look forward to a complete automation of the service and the elimination of the human service component.

So so so rudeEvery single time I go to a cvs for pharmacy service I am appalled at how these people operate Ive had both cvs and walgreens and cvs is by far the worst with customer service.

We moved closer to this location last summer and I have had nothing but frustrating experiences with this pharmacy. I have two little ones and the youngest gets frequent ear infections. Each time an Rx is called in I wait over an hour and when I go by the store to check they haven’t seen the newly called in prescriptions. I also feel like they are drastically understaffed. The staff seems rushed and short when they speak to you. Most recently I had a prescription called in on 9/20 and it still says, “in process” 11 days later. I’ve tried calling 4 times to find out what’s holding it up (to see if it is anything I can do to expedite processing) and I have been on hold 12+ minutes each time before eventually hanging up. I’m through with this. I’ve never had anything but amazing service at our previous CVS on Coolidge Ct (Southwood area). By comparison this store is horribly disappointing.

Good variety of products besides the pharmacy.

The pharmacist at this location are extremely rude and short over the phone. Would not recommend asking them any questions- as you will just get a snappy and judgmental response.

The drive through is the slowest drive through Ive ever sat through for a CVS. I came in at a non busy time at 3:00pm and didnt get my script till 3:20.. unbelievable. A drive through is for convenience...... not a 20 minute wait.

Its Saturday 7:15pm. supposedly the pharmacy is open until 10pm. I just called to make sure my perscription was ready, and the pharmacy is CLOSED!!!*****************UPDATE: 6 PM SUNDAYDECEMBER 2020NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!STORE OPEN -PHARMACY CLOSED!!!!

Slowest drive through ever.

I dont live near this store, therefore I dont shop here but I recently had a very good experience. While evacuating before Hurricane Hermine, my trucks transmission gave out nearby and I had to park and leave it and my boat that I was pulling to ride out the storm! My wife asked the Manager, I believe his name was Arthur, if it would be ok! Not only did he understand, he assured us that it would be fine and he would contact the property owners to make them aware of the situation! He also said that he was going to be back in the morning if possible and would keep an eye on it, as much as possible, until I could arrange for it to be towed to a repair shop! Outstanding manager and person. It is always the people that make the store or business! KUDOS to CVS for having this fine person managing this store!!

I have to agree with most of the reviews on here. I do not use the drive thru so I cannot speak to that. But everyone Ive encountered ( saved one young man thats not there any more ) is so warm and kind and so wonderful. The girls running the front will stop what theyre doing and come help me find something. They say welcome and I believe they mean it. They are patient too. I have no concerns or complaints.

The makeup, body lotion and moisturizer selections arent as large as other stores. However, the costumer service is amazing! The workers there are really friendly.

This is by far the friendliest and caring staff I have ever encountered for CVS Pharmacy. I hope they host a class or workshop for the rest.

Best CVS in Tallahassee. I moved from one with a very rude pharmacy staff to this location and I am very happy with the whole store.

Only CVS in town where I have experienced great service!
