The communication with the staff here was a wonderful experience. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but I I definitely did not want. They were very helpful in explaining their different processes and never once made me feel inadequate. This was all done over the phone and through email. They did an outstanding job in making the shirt I wanted with a photo. I highly recommend and would most definitely use them again. This is as my first experience having a shirt uniquely made. They had it done in a timely manner as well, sooner then promised. Thank you T-shirt Envy.

I saw they had some good reviews and thought they could embroider hats for my business. I made the mistake of paying in advance. They said it would be ready in 10 days. At 10 days I called to check the status. They said it would be a couple more days. At 15 days I called and they said they were having problems with the machine. At 22 days I went to the store in person. My order was not ready. I asked for my hats back and was told I would receive a FULL REFUND. I waited 10 days. No refund. I returned to the shop and they said the money would be refunded the next day. The next day I received a partial refund. They shorted me $30. The money isn’t the issue. I have a problem with the dishonesty, lack of communication and overall lack of customer service.

I had some shirts made for a birthday party, the final result was great. The staff was friendly and shirts were done within the time frame given. There was a discrepancy with the image, however, I was able to talk with Fred and he resolved the issue promptly. I would use them again!

Wow! Just amazed by their customer service and how fast my orders get done on a consistent basis! On top of that their print quality in my opinion surpasses that of most retail brands.

I am really happy with my purchase. My niece wanted a unique gift to give for Christmas, so she decided on a shirt with a photo of the family on it. I did not want to get one of those shirts made that I could “feel” the picture. Before going to TShirtEnvy I went to another shirt company, but they would only be able to do the press, but if I wanted the screen printing; I would have to buy a certain amount of shirts. When I went to TShirtEnvy, the guy was very thorough in explaining the different options for “picture shirts.” He was very patient with me as well. The quality of the shirt was awesome. I definitely recommend TSHIRTENVY, I will be purchasing more shirts!

This is a great local place to get custom t-shirts. My daughter wanted a custom shirt for a birthday gift for a friend. Theyre very helpful and easy to work with and turned it around fast. I got a full color print on a black shirt done as a gift. To me it seemed to be pretty simple to do but after calling around no one except T-Shirt Envy seemed to be willing to do just one shirt in full color. Love the one hour service! I gave them my design in a .eps file and they did my shirts in no time! Called around to the other shirt shop and they all told me it would take 7 to 10 days 😐. Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. Ordered long sleeve shirts and theyre not fitted at the wrists. Apparently you need to clarify when you dont want a pajama shirt for your company but considering I paid over $30 per shirt I thought quality would correlate. The placement of text on the back of the shirt is comical. Its literally in the middle of the shirt when evidently it would look more professional and appeasing at the shoulders (like every other tshirt company does). Ive had the shirts for two days and a letter is already pealing off? Its obvious whoever made these just simply didnt care. The customer service barely exists. I walked into their office three separate times and they said a total of three words. I get it. The office person clearly doesnt want to be there but when your inventory storage is a black leather couch, and youre renting out an office space for your storefront the least they could do is direct a conversation and make people feel welcomed. Do not waste your time or resources here. Im fully convinced most of their positive reviews are friends and family. The only thing Im envious about is the fact that I didnt try out a different tshirt company.

I was in desperate need of 2 shirts on the spot.T Shirt Envy was the only company that I could find that was open on Saturday and would provide same day service. I showed up for the appointment without the T shirts. My appointment was at 1:30 and the office was supposed to close at 2:00. They stayed open and waited for me to run to Wal Mart and grab the shirts.
