Dropped a necklace off for repair and was given an estimate of 10 days, and after no call or voicemail i contacted them and got an eta of a few more days pushed back.still no contact after that time passed, so i called again and got yet another eta push back.after 3 weeks of no contact or any real information to help, i took the broken necklace back. brought it to a different jeweler who said it’d be done by the next day! very disappointing.not sure if they’re understaffed or what, but if looking for repairs or helpful customer service, maybe try someone else first! unless you don’t mind waiting a month!

I cannot begin to express how incredible it was to work with Frank at Delmas Diamonds. The pics below are the process from beginning to end. The first photo was the idea that we had for a round stone that was given to my son by his grandmother to be placed in an oval setting. The next two photos are of the computer generated model. The final two pictures are the final outcome of a stunning ring that was exactly what my son was looking for. I will be forever grateful for Frank creating this beautiful ring that my future daughter-in-law will wear proudly.Not only did Frank give us exactly what he was looking for, but he worked with my son from a distance. He is in college in Ohio and I live in Tallahassee. Frank provided pictures and explanations on all of the questions that he had. He asked us when we needed it made and it was completed by that time. Frank creates the rings from start to finish in his office. The cost of his work is extremely competitive because he does everything in-house. To top it all off, Frank sent the ring to my son in Ohio at no additional charge. It was sent over-night and insured. I will be a customer for life.

My fiancé made my engagement and wedding ring here. It was designed and hand crafted to fit a family diamond and I couldn’t have found a better ring if I wanted to! I will never get over how beautiful and amazing this ring is. To whoever designed it: thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We needed a lapel pin for our outgoing President. Every jewelry store and Lapel Pin site told me it would be impossible to complete in our time frame. I’d given up hope by the time I reached out to Delmas. They said “no problem” and designed the perfect piece. Our Past President showed it off to everyone at the event. I would absolutely recommend Delmas to anyone who asked.

There are many good jewelry designers but Frank at Delmas is a master! I recently had him help me design a necklace with stones from my mother’s jewelry. The end product is more beautiful than I ever imagined. I could not be more pleased with the service, attention to detail and final product! This necklace is very special to me. Thank you Frank!

Frank is hands down the most skilled jeweler in the area. He went above and beyond for me. He took my wifes wedding ring and duplicated it. I cant thank him enough.

Frank, owner, and Jeanne were so very helpful and friendly. I know very little about jewelry and we ordered three family birthstone rings from Delmas. The service was friendly and speedy. I was not 100 percent happy with the one for me ordered (from a catalog), and Frank made me feel comfortable exchanging it for a different setting, no questions asked. I am so very happy with the final result. My girls adore their rings as well.

Terrible service! Every time I walk in that place this guy acts like my money isn’t good or something. Dropped off my wife’s necklace to have a new lobster claw pit on. He told me he could get to it next week. Well, 13 days later no call or anything. I stopped by to check on it and they hadn’t even touched it. Take your jewelry somewhere else, that guy is a jerk.

My now husband purchased my engagement ring from Delmas. He and the jeweler spent a lot of time examining various diamonds and bands until he found the perfect one! My husband had such a positive experience that we returned to purchase our wedding bands there. Excellent products, excellent customer service. We will be returning for any future pieces.

We went here since Sergio retired and left us without a jewler. I wanted to add a completely custom band to my wifes engagement/wedding ring to make it symmetric. I gave it to Frank and he worked up a model before fusing it to the existing ring. He did such a great job that I cannot even tell which side was the original. Most importantly, my wife loves it and Delmas helped me keep it a complete secret the whole time.

Very skilled jeweler, unfortunately he cannot take on any more work at this time. Took in a ring today to ask about having a single small stone replaced. He admitted that usually he could do such a job same day at a reasonable price. Alas, he says he has no help and is basically now a one man shop with such a backlog that he refused to accept my job at all. When something that should be same day has to be turned away even though the customer is willing to wait a week its time to hire an assistant. I had high hopes due to their stellar reputation and regret not visiting them when they were fully staffed.

I will be doing ALL future jewelry shopping here ONLY!!!My soon to be husband gave me the reigns to get the guard for my engagement ring. I had been multiple places in Tallahassee and even thought I had found my store. . I was looking for something custom that would look like it was supposed to be a set to my 40s setting ring . Was outrageously quoted and then told there was not enough time 3 months before the wedding to do custom work. Was told anything in the store would work and could be shaped to fit my ring. I picked 4 times and then was called each time saying it couldnt be done. Wasted time at TDC. I then went to Delmas and met Frank who was honest and frank with me. No salesman voice. Straight up this is what we can do. This time I made one choice. I ended up getting a custom guard made from the ground up that completely exceeded my expectations for less than what I had been quoted elsewhere. Its almost like he knew what my vision was before I could voice It. He was completing my thoughts. It fits perfect around my setting and matches like the 2 rings were made for each other. So glowing happy we picked out my husbands ring here too!When you lean over the counter to hug your jewler they are doing it right!

I had links taken out of a new watchband today and was very impressed with how quickly it was done and how friendly and accommodating the staff was.

My daughter and I brought her great, great grandmothers ring to Frank to fix the setting. We trust Frank. He did a wonderful job!

After looking all over Tallahassee, this place seemed to be the best bet. After my first visit I knew we made the right decision, jeweler is very upfront and honest. It cost me less than 1/3rd the estimated cost from ShaneCo to have the job done saving me hundreds of dollars….. He did a great job and made sure the work was done right- Told me it could be done the next day (when ShaneCo said almost 3 weeks) and made sure it was done that day even though it was clear they have a ton of traffic through that place and are slammed with work. We will be getting our band made here as well as any other needs we have with our jewelry. Highly recommended!

After reviewing Delmas website, my fiancé and I decided to travel several hours to visit the store. While we there, we designed a ring. Frank was very knowledgable and matter of fact. The ring we designed turned out beautiful at a very reasonable price. I am one happy bride-to-be with a unique ring! We will certainly be traveling back to Tallahassee for our jewelry needs.
