Worse experience Ive had in a long time. Im the supervisor of a 250 multi-family complex and I deal with a lot of supply companies like Wilmar, Chadwell, Marcone, Carrier, Pool supply stores. I wanted to give HDsupply a try since they appeared to sell decent stuff. So I ordered 2 boxes of gloves and 2 boxes of masks that were in stock for myself and my wife who is a nurse. $95. Tracking notified me that the items were delivered and HDsupply is generous enough to provide its customers a digital photocopy of the delivery ticket with customers signature. I didnt sign anything. But there was a signature. So naturally Im thinking they gave my stuff to somebody else. So I call them up telling them that I didnt sign anything and dont have my stuff. The guy over the phone said the driver doesnt deliver to residential but it should have automatically adjusted my order status during check out. So does that mean the driver signed it? I mean, what? So he adjusted my status over the phone, gave a refund and reordered the order. I did get a refund and a second charge of $95. I waited weeks figuring they were out of stock due to CoronaRona 2020. So I write them an e-mail telling them to just cancel the order. They write in return that it is. So I call them explaining I was charged twice for this order and was only refunded once. Lady said she will e-mail somebody in Georgia and that it will be taken care of. A week later nothing happens. So guess what happened today. They sent 5 individual masks wrapped in plastic. I ordered 2 boxes of 50. Thats when I decided to write this review. And no I never got my $95.00. Like I said before I work with all kinds of companies and businesses and understand that sometimes there are issues but this is next level right here. 5 masks? How come the people over the phone cant just give a refund when a order is cancelled? It even says on my account it was cancelled.
