Went in to the store on a whim. Was greeted by a friendly lady (whose name i forgot 😔). She was extremely nice and patient with me. Both her & Sam provided me with amazing customer service. Sam made sure I was happy with my customization before actually putting it on the t-shirt. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Not really sure how this place has 5 stars. Asked for a stitched monogram on a sentimental tie, at first the worker said it would be better with vinyl (not wanted) and then said they could do with the embroidery. Was very rushed. Got the tie back. The letters were not centered (centered the first letter out of 3 instead of the middle) & crooked. Received my money back but still extremely disappointed with this work.

Sam was amazing. He helped select a font and color that would look great on my daughters camouflage jacket. The monogramming only took about 30-45 minutes, so I was able to shop during that time. The quality is definitely A1.I am recommending Sam to all of my friends and family who are looking to get monogrammed items.Thanks a lot Sam⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CAN’T SAY ENOUGH!! Called earlier today and asked how long it would take to monogram a backpack, the guy on the phone says 45 minutes. Stopped by around 6 and the guy who i assume is the manager, (a complete delight), says it shouldn’t be longer than 30 minutes. I was beyond happy. I wanted a specific design that I didn’t see so he created it for me free of charge right there and had such a great selection of threads. I handed over the bag and not even within 15-20 minutes I got a text saying my order was ready! He was an absolute pleasure to do business with and so reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending anyone who needs monogramming service to him!

I called the store to asked about Embroidery and the guy Mr. Sam told me that they could do it. However I asked him about putting a name on nine shirts one dress and a book bag and he told me to bring it in He can do them in about six hours but I received a call 2.5 half hours later that my items was ready for pick up great quality great service fast and professional satisfied with the service and the embroidery that was put on the items that I purchased Thanks Sam for your service!!!!

I would give Monogramania 10 stars if I could. I called at 6:45 to find out if I had enough to time to drop something off, because the mall closes at 7 due to COVID. When I got there Sam told me he could monogram the baby bag I brought in right then. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The monogramming was very beautiful and neat, and the service was fast. They also sold the same bag I brought in, in a variety of colors. I purchased the bag online for $50 plus shipping. The bag is $35 at Monogramania, and you get a discount on monogramming if the item is purchased from them. Sam was very nice and professional. The store is neatly organized, and very clean. They have a variety of baby bags, backpacks, purses, duffle bags, t-shirts and much more. I’ll definitely be going back.

The owner is very professional, I had two items that I wanted monogrammed since my son will be starting daycare, he stated it would be 1 hour, it took him maybe 20 minutes I’m very impressed and will do business with him again.
