I love the variety of gift items sold here. Some items are made by local artists, too. The ladies and kids clothes are cute, and the custom t-shirt options are awesome. With frequent sales and Facebook online sale parties, there is always something new and fun! I frequently shop here for fun gifts for friends. Natalie, the store owner, is amazing and always helps me find the perfect gifts!

Id love to be able to pick up my WISH order but yall wont answer the phone. Ive called multiple times, no Im not leaving a message. Ive called at 4 different times of the day now for a few days. No response. no text back. Thanks.

I absolutely love this shop! I have been going here for all of my t-shirt and other sublimation needs. The possibilities are endless! They also have the cutest clothing boutique and gifts ideas inside the store. The atmosphere is just wonderful and positive which is all what we need right now in these trying times and you can just feel it as soon as you walk thru the doors!!!

I have been trying to pick up an item thats been there and I went yesterday not only were the employees in the store, but were actually nice enough to answer it when I knocked. Then proceeded to tell me I could come back tomorrow when they were open to get said item. I showed him the website says it is open now, he says well we are not.So multiple phone calls, stops in the store even during so called business hours and I cannot get an item which has already been paid for. And they have their own employees doing reviews this place is awful no customer service at all.

I absolutely love the Shirt Shop! Not only are all of the products are amazing quality, but there is so much to choose from! And Natalie, the owner, is so friendly and pleasant. She really puts her heart into this place.

Great store, nice people. However, it would be great if they were open the hours they say. I live way up in Killearn, so the store is a little bit of a drive. Today is the 4th time I drove (AFTER checking their hours) all the way there after getting an email that my wish package is there and the store is closed....extremely annoying.Update: a week later, still havent been able to get my package. Stopped by twice, just called, no answer. Definitely wont order anything again from here. Save yourself the headache and just have your stuff shipped to your house.
