Briley gave us excellent service and advice. The hot tub that he sold us was excellent. However, when it was only one week old we had rats get underneath it and eat some of the wires! Even though this was not his fault, he made it his problem. He came back out immediately, assessed the problem, corrected it, and even rat proofed our hot tub. He made several follow-up calls to make sure that we were happy with the product and didn’t have any more issues. This is above and beyond what I have experienced in the service industry. This was not the first time we used Briley. He did another outstanding job replacing our pool and booster pumps both of which had failed. He responded quickly and fixed the issues including dealing with tree roots and ancient cabling. Could not recommend his services more highly!

I recommend Briley Merlau of Pool & Spa Services of North Florida very highly. My 15 year old pool heater stopped. He diagnosed with a loss of Freon. I confirmed this diagnosis and his recommendations through a third party. He installed a new heat pump and variable speed pool pump that is very efficient and should save considerably on electric bills. His price was very competitive and he was good to his word throughout the process.

Do not trust this guy. His name is Briley. He spends more time telling you how much he pays for his continuing education than anything, hoping to make it all up on one trip charge, and doesnt even think about showing up without multiple reminder calls. He mis-diagnosed my hot tub, took my money and ran. He gets very argumentative on the phone. I have no idea how someone this unprofessional remains in business. Happy trails Briley, youre lazy, ridiculous and unprofessional. And yes, our home is under video survielance.
