The employees were extremely kind and not only answered questions about the products in stock but they also seemed very knowledgeable about everythings use. They had a unique collection of books, crystals, and candles that was really neat to shop through. I would definitely recommend visiting.

I had gone to crystal portal back during Christmas time to buy some gifts for my sister. I was so impressed by the atmosphere and products they had on sale. It’s a beautiful shop. Fast forward a few months in. I drove 2 hours from home to go back to the shop with said sister. Her an I were so excited to be back and buy some stones for a project her and I were working on. Ten minutes into shopping we were stopped and asked to empty our bags because we looked “suspicious”, completely shocked her and I willing emptied out bags. After they had locked the store down, while all employees watching us. we had absolutely nothing in either of our purses. I understand that theft is rampant and it’s a small business. However the experience was completely humiliating and troubling to say the least. There was no compensation or even an apology until I called the store after we had left. It really ruined the trip we spent getting there. Unfortunately I won’t be supporting there business any longer.

ABSOLUTELY horrible place!!! Poor employees are so sweet and nice but look so terrified to work there! The one lady there seems like she is over powering the poor things. I had friends show me “real crystals” they bought from there and the color MELTED off!! I’d recommend save your money and go to Stone Age where crystals are priced correctly! I was infuriated to shop at crystal portal and then compared to other stores the quality and price differences are astronomical. Do better.

Last week was my first visit to the store. They have a great selection, prices are reasonable, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. When I was looking at the singing bowls in the back of the store, one of them offered to show me how to play and was knowledgable about how to use them. I will definitely be back!

A vibrant shop with a broad selection of gemstones, incense, and spiritual books. The staff are very friendly and there is a very welcoming vibe throughout the shop, even if youre just looking. The gems are overpriced, but such is to be expected from a boutique shop such as this.

I have never experienced anything like my first sound healing session with Ramin. (I say my first because I know I will be back). In a comfortable atmosphere, I was guided through a beautiful experience that moved me to my core. Using hand-hammered sound bowls, gongs, and a didgeridoo, the sound waves gave off different feelings of deep relaxation and when combined, it felt like I was being transported to a new land and my insides were humming. It feels like a reverberation from deep within you that completely calms you. It was like being in the deepest meditative state I’ve ever achieved. Being someone who meditates, I recognize the difficulty in achieving such states of relaxation and we have this gift right here in Tallahassee! I walked out with a new sense of grounding and feeling as though I was being drawn to go back to heal more. Also as a musician, I’ve always been sensitive to sounds and I really believe this is one of the best forms of healing for me. I didn’t know what to expect but the outcome will remain with me forever.

Working through things personally and allowing for the instruments to help with the healing process. I left feeling energized and much better than before I showed up. I would recommend this store and all of their therapies offered, as clearly the main concern of Crystal Portal is using a holistic approach to help heal the community and anyone who walks in through their doors.

My experience with my sound healing session with Ramin was subtle but powerful! I cant recommend it enough. Hes tuned in and he knows how to share his healing vibrations through many different instruments that tap into different chakras. I was informed, relaxed and moved to the core. Lovely place but horrible experience! My sister and I drove two hours to this shop and not even 10 minutes into it we were stopped, locked in, and was told to empty our bags for an accusation of theft and was falsely accused. There was no apology for this experience. And was VERY disappointed. Would not recommend going to this shop.And to your response that you gave to both me and my sister, we didn’t need a second round of an explanations. And would really like to see where the 40 minutes were at. We understand why you did what you did because of how serious stealing is but how it was handled was truly wrong of you and by now you are just gaslighting the situation. We never got a true apology and will never support your business again.

Bobby, Taylor, and Brenna were very helpful! We traveled from Destin, and bought a lot of kits to help. My daughter was all over the place and they still treated her like she was there . And we stayed for at least 2 hours and they helped us with every question we had. We will certainly be back!

Browsing, exploring, reading etc....its an intimate little crystal cove... would love if they had a sitting area to maybe read or have coffee or tea! Either way, I love the atmosphere!

My wife and I had a sound therapy session with Ramin and it was amazing. Ill admit I was skeptical before we went, but we had a great time and it was a relaxing and transformative experience. Ramin is an excellent teacher and really spends the time to explain how everything works, calm any fears and answer any questions. I cant wait to go back for another session.

Ramin provided a beautiful Sound Healing session for us. The environment was peaceful and comfortable and his talent shines through with each instrument he plays. My partner and I came into The Crystal Portal about a month ago. My partner bought a ‘Blue Angel Aqua Aura Quartz’. He was thrilled to buy this crystal. He was attracted to the color and read about the metaphysical properties. Today we went to another crystal shop. My partner showed the crystal to the owner in excitement. The very knowledgeable owner of the shop told us it is dyed. Showed us the dyed spots. She told us to go home. Do the dye test to see if it is fake. We dipped a q-tip in nail polish remover. The blue is rubbing right off and staining the q tip. The crystal is fake after spending money on a expensive ‘blue aqua aura quartz’ so I would be wary if buying any crystals from this shop. Also, I, a crystal lover for 14 years saw their ‘Dow’ quartz that they are selling for way too much isn’t actually a Dow. A Dow is 7-3-7-3-7-3. The termination of the Dow in this crystal shop is 7-3-7-4-7-4. I told one of the employees that it wasn’t a Dow. Showed her the termination count. Asked her how many termination sides does she see. She told me four. And I told her it wasn’t a Dow. Then she argued with me. It’s very close to a Dow quartz but it’s not a dow. So be extra wary of any crystal you buy from this shop. I’ll never visit here again.

I love coming to crystal portal because it smells like sage always lol and has a great atmosphere and even better prices.

I shop here soo much its a great shop good vibes. I will say certain staff are out right disrespectful. I spend $132 on jewlery and every peice has broken. But last time i brought my jasper necklace back to get fixed it took a month and broke again 2 days later. Mind you i paid for the repair😒 i just took the broken jewlery to a real jewler and had the stone placed in a gold set😍 problem solved!

I had a wonderful sound therapy session with Ramin earlier this week. He started by giving me an overview of the 7 chakras and their functions and then used a variety of bowls and percussion instruments to create an auditory journey of relaxation and healing. The most impressive sensations were the multilayered sounds of the didgeridoo which sent ripples through my body and evoked a range of emotions. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and appreciated Ramin’s musical and spiritual guidance. I highly recommend this service to everyone.
