Always a fantastic selection and great customer service,it is however the product knowledge that I go here for and it is unmatched by all except the bannerman rd store and that is the same great chain of people 😀

This place was amazing had a great selection of wines and liquors, I am new wines and wanted to expand my horizons but didn’t know where to start a gentleman named Chris I believe helped me through the overwhelming was of all of the selections and truly was a super star and if I wasn’t just passing through on a business trip I would come here all of the time very helpful staff and very kind! Great experience. Killer bottle selection, super knowledgeable bartender (I would steal him if I was still running a bar), and chill atmosphere. Not just scotch/whiskey/rye/bourbon, but also rum and vodka selections are aces.Bonus points for a liquor store next door!

The absolute best liquor store in Tallahassee, and The Lounge is my favorite place for a cocktail or nightcap. Nothing fancy about this place—just an unbelievable selection of whisk[e]y (including single barrels selected by MSL staff) in all its forms/styles, super knowledgeable staff and bartenders, great prices for what youre getting at both the store and the bar. (The Lounges new outdoor space is *perfect* for pandemic drinking.) Most of the best drinks Ive had in Tallahassee have been made here; the bartenders are great at making recommendations, sharing new products/techniques theyre working with. My home cocktail game has improved significantly over the years due to this place.Beer selection is very good in most circumstances, but less comprehensive than Beer Stop. Not a huge deal most of the time, but worth noting that liquor really is the specialty here.s

This is a great Liquor store. They also own a bar next door. So, if you want to try something, just ask. They will get you a sample. So you can try before you buy. Wonderful service.

This is a really good liquor store with an excellent variety of wine and liquor with helpful staff. Large, clean, and interesting. They can special order items as well.

My favorite liquor/wine/cigar shop in Tallahassee! The staff is so knowledgeable and courteous its unbelievable. I am a huge bourbon fan and they always have something new or something special that I want to try, very good selection of bourbon and whiskey, actually they have a very good selection of everything including craft beers and my favorite soda, Sprecher, its a soda that is fire brewed and is over the top amazing! Get the cherry it is the best you will ever have! The root beer is pretty amazing as well! Thanks for sticking around guys!!

Absolutely the most helpful liquor store in town. They NEVER act like you are bothering them when you call with a question. They bend over backwards to get you what you want. Ive experienced this several times! Theres no reason to go anywhere else in town!

Market Square has an excellent selection of wines and liquor. The staff is very knowledgeable. Lewis is one of my favorites and Barry knows more about whiskey than anyone I know

The service I continuously receive at Market Square Liquors is truly exceptional. The wine specialists Joe and Louis are great at helping me find wines that are in my price range and fit the description of whatever I am in the mood for. The liquor and cigar specialist Barry is always happy to recommend the best liquor for the price. You can tell that everyone at the store genuinely wants to help and isnt trying to oversell anything to make commissions like some of the local chain stores. When it comes to beer, market Square has a great selection and is even able to get in rare seasonal beers, such as Hopslam, for very reasonable prices.

Great selection, went in to find a few beers Ive never had... succeeded in doing so. Also dropped a bottle and broke it. They were very cool about it and I felt like an idiot. Anyways, awesome place and knowledgeable folks 👍

If you need good liquor in Tallahassee, this is the place to go. Theyve got an excellent selection of wine, whiskey, gin, vodka, beer, and more. The selection covers all price ranges, from cheap standard to expensive imports. They regularly feature local products (St. Augustine Distillerys gin and vodka) and hard to find items (Japanese Whiskey anyone?).Beyond the selection, the staff and atmosphere are top notch. The store is inviting, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unlike many liquor stores, where the staff clearly dont want to be there, its abundantly clear that people enjoy writing here.Finally, dont forget to check out the humidor for a good selection of cigars, and consider visiting the attached bar if youd like to try before you buy.

Small, intimate, and filled with every liquor you could possibly think of. It pays off being next to the liquor store. I wish they had a revolving drink menu of crazy concoctions but their only menu is a spirit list. I would recommend checking out their Instagram page cause they do post fun drinks there.

If theres a bourbon or whiskey youre looking for, this place probably has it or knows about it. Definitely worth checking out. Also the lounge next door carries most of the products, so if youre unsure whether youd like it or not slide next door for a little taste test.
