Have not used FedEx for shipments previously but closer than UPS. It was a small package. Had address label and phone numbers typed on label on package but was still asked same information. Not very friendly, was not explained options very well. Item was not delivered next day as told. Parking was tight. Will not return.

I have stopped in 2-3 times to utilize their services -- to fax, to scan a document, etc -- and have ended up leaving and driving across town because there was no movement in the long line, even after ten minutes. Im sure theyre very nice, but if youre not able to utilize one of the self-service stations, youre probably not going to be served anytime soon. They need to either add an extra person to each shift, or else really examine their current process in order to get people in and out at a more reasonable clip. One time is fine, but finding that every time I walk in I have very little prospects of being served anytime soon - thats not good, for a company that should be known for its speed.

I had a fairly complicated pack-and-ship order that was being dropped off and shipped to me in Maryland. I made arrangements with the staff before hand so they knew what to expect. Jessica, Zach, and the manager Tony did an AWESOME job of packing and getting the shipment to me promptly. In particular Tony LISTENED to the issues and resolved problems to my satisfaction. I am very pleased.

Neither worker there had heard of FedEx 3 day One-Rate shipping for items under 50lbs. They quoted me $44 dollars for a shipment that, according the the Fed Ex web site, should have been $19.05. Told me I was getting them mixed up with USPS Priority Mail. Condescending attitude telling me to call Customer Service to explain to me how their rates worked. I went to a different Fed Ex up the road (Carriage Gate) and mailed the package with no problem. The Monroe Street Fed Ex staff needs more training on services offered, and less attitude..EDIT: I have been to this store 3 times since the poor experience I posted about. I have had excellent service since.

Package is over 3 days late and it wont even leave the warehouse. Other people are using UPS and getting their stuff on time. This will be the last time. They lost my trust. Probably my package as well.

I have shown up the past two days during business hours listed and there was no one in sight. There were several people waiting outside the doors and calling the phone, only for no one to answer. I had a package sitting in the store for 3 days, and could not pick it up because no one showed up to the store to work.

Let me tell you something! Not only will I never go back to this store I will never use fedex again I will gladly go to ups. The young woman working there (Jessica) decided that her boiled peanuts and being on her phone was more important than my shipment. Not only did I get her hear her talk about sex and use GREAT language she took way to long to get my shipment processed and told the driver to leave before taking my package and I needed it there the next morning so it was delivered late!!!!! So thank you Jessica for showing me why I shouldn’t use fedex again and thank you fedex for hiring the least helpful people in the world.

I shipped quite a few items from this location today and found the employee to be knowledgeable, efficient, personable. I initially tried the Thomasville Rd. location but the person working the desk looked at me like I had two-heads so I took my business to this location on N Monroe St, and am very grateful I did as the employee was more professional and helpful.

Im typically not the type to do bad reviews but I had a bad experience with fed x when it came to delivery, and this is because I recently bought a iPhone 6s plus with One day shipping and when I suppose to have came it didnt and when I called up there the people were very respectful but helpless because I was just told to make a complaint on the driver because they couldnt send him back out to deliver my package, even though I payed one day shipping so my money was completely wasted.... Im never ever ordering from a company with fed x as the carrier.

Small satellite store in Midtown Tallahassee with great customer service. The staff is very attentive and acknoledges you as soon as you enter. The facility is very clean and orderly and the equpiment is very new. Itsnever too crowded so you can get in and out quickly. Parking is in the back of the store which requires a very short walk to the front door! Definitely use this location when Im on this side of town!

If youre a student go to school to print. If its a urgent or time sensitive matter definitely go to school to print. This will take forever and cost more.

I went there to scan documents (.45/min). I ended up spending over $7 due to the slow loading time and lack of sufficient help (only got to scan 1 page). If you only need to scan things like ID cards or small documents than you should be fine. I attempted to scan a full page and it continuously came out blurry. Waste of money!

Have been to this location twice. Each time was helped by an employee that seemed happy to be there and helped me save money and keep items safe. I hope you can have the same experience that I have had here.

Theyve got about everything you will need but theyll rake you over the coals, a little over $.50/minute to use their workstations that scan, which arent user friendly, its about $.75/page to print from their computers, and their normal print services ie from a flashdrive or something are outrageous as well. I had to use them because I was in a pinch but otherwise I would try every other alternative. The guy inside was really helpful though.

The customer service was good but at this location they will not answer the phone...I called to get a follow up cause I couldnt visit the store at that time. I called 7 times throughout the day and didnt receive a single answer not once.

Best FedEx location in town. I usually have them hold my items and I ship everything big i sell on eBay from here.
