Alexis and the whole team at The UPS Store in Village Square truly exceed expectations. It is so rare to receive the thorough and caring customer service provided by this team. I had a number of furniture items and art pieces packed and shipped across the country. They picked them up from my home for a very reasonable fee, packaged all of the items carefully, and got them to their destination ahead of schedule.

UPS store, Village inn . Quick drop, dropped my Amazon return with my barcode printed (even though it’s not needed, just acme prepared ☺️) at 12:30noon and less than a minute, I was assisted and done. Thank you. #amazonreturns

This UPS store has really great customer service. I would not have expected to have strong thoughts about the service of a UPS store, but the associates are a cut above the rest, and make the in-store experience a positive one. The associates are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

Wish I could give them 10 stars! The people here are so helpful and efficient. Mr. Johnston went out of his way and went to extra trouble to do a correct, complete notary certification on short notice. Theyre very busy but that does not stop their great work. Thank you, Village Square UPS!

Subpar experience three times warrants a bad review. Employees inside have little or no respect for urgency, doors locked early twice. Literally make eye contact with me showing them a pre-labeled package and ignore me. Can’t take high value packages. Huge markup over what you can just print the label online yourself for.

The manager of this store Jesse has always gone above and beyond, so friendly and helpful and informative. Even if I am all the way across town, I would drive to this UPS store! I can trust things are going to be taken care of mindfully, and that if I ever have any questions I will get them answered in a timely manner. Ive also never had any wait time to speak of, and I have been at all different times of the day.

Sorry to have only 5 stars to give! Ive used this location for years and, without exception, the service has been exemplary, even when a difficult situation beyond their control arises. Really, it is the only shipping store I need.

My one stop shop. I love that the UPS Store will sign for my packages I love how quickly they assist customers. No long lines like the post office. They have handled my printing, faxing, copying and notary needs. And yard signs! And passport photos! Cute cards and office supplies! All the staff is friendly yet professional. I always feel valued as a customer.

I was an employee here for roughly three and a half years and I can say from first hand experience that the owner and the manager of this store are incredibly trustworthy, friendly, customer-oriented, and just all around good people. That mentality is also passed on to their employees. Everyone at the store knew the regular customers, and treated first time visitors as if they were regulars, even at the busiest and most stressful times.Are they the cheapest option for packing and shipping? No. But, are they reliable? Absolutely. Every step is taken to make sure packages and letters arrive on time, and fragile items are meticulously packed to make sure they arrive to their final destination intact.No request is too large or too small for this store. Whether you want to put a stamp on an envelope, ship your antique living room set, print hundreds of pieces of business collateral, or even brand your new LLC, (Yeah, UPS Stores do a lot more than ship stuff) they will guide you every step of the way and do everything in their power to make it happen.Trust me, when you work with the people here youll never want to go back to the Post Office or that website you went to get business cards ever again. I have utilized many of their services including UPS shipping, packing, printing, faxing, and post office options, both during employment and when they helped me move my belongings when I found a new job halfway across the country.FSU Students and other prospective employees: If you see this store on the job boards, I encourage you to apply. Yeah, its on the north side of town, but the owner and manager of the store treat you like family.

Meet the owner yesterday to open a mailbox. He had sent me the paperwork via email. I was in and out in a few minutes. Everything was ready for me to sign. Very nice and clean place as you would expect from UPS. Thanks Jesse

Stood outside before close and the door was already locked. I was holding a baby and a bag no one would acknowledge me. Thanks for running a shoddy operation. If your hours are until 2 you should not lock the door at 1:58. Thanks for nothing.

This place is a BIG RIP OFF! Since I was over this way, thought I would drop off a package I was sending so wanted a box ONLY. I had it bubble wrapped tight and ready to go with the Label. I told the young man in there I only wanted a box as it was just plastic. He said will be $10.00.For a freaking 8 cube box?????????? Then I also told him I didnt need packing material, it was wrapped the way I wanted it. He says.....I cant take off the price of packing material, which is a flat out LIE......I have been to plenty of shipping stores and I know for a FACT if you dont want packing material, you dont pay for them. Pay for something you dont want, didnt need and didnt ask for is ridiculous.......So I took it with me and went somewhere else.My friend the following week stopped in there while at the shoe store. She said they did the same to her but she paid it as she didnt know better. We both said never go back here. If you are going to lie to customers, cheat them and rip them off and thats the way you do business? I want NOTHING to do with this place! Take my business elsewhere and will tell others also and Im posting this experience all over FB and all over the side of town this store is on........OK...Second review....The package I had bubble wrapped already when I sent it, came back to me because the address I was given didnt have the apt. no. What did I find?????????? NO packing materials were even put in the box and after being charged for it, that pissed me off and they also charged for labor??????????? What labor???????? They didnt do nothing but get a box! Im telling you people, if you dont know shipping, better go to post office or somewhere cause this store will rip you off! If you have money to give away and burn, then keep going here but everyone I know will never set foot back such a dishonest place!
