Absolute worst customer service in Tallahassee. They billed me for 3 months when I only used it for 3 weeks. No receipts or paperwork was ever received and waited for 3 weeks to pick up after they were called which caused an additional month to be billed. As a healthcare provider I will never recommend them again.

Horrible at communicating important information. Did not deliver my dads oxygen on the day that was scheduled. Stay away from this company if at all possible.
