I left a review months ago because tracking will state delivery attempted but business was closed. We are a store and are open at 230 on Saturdays. We do not close till 6.I eventually deleted my review literally last week only for the same thing to happen today. And both times were for something I was needing immediately. Especially since I could work on tbem on Sunday. Now we have to wait till Monday.How about not lying? Either state you ran out of time, missed the turn or you are just plain lazy... dont try to claim its our fault when clearly we were open... we even got packages from USPS today and UPS dropped off As We Were Closing and STILL got us out packages.

Absolutely hate when Fedex delivers my stuff. I never get it on time. One purchase took over two months to receive and in the end they finally told me they lost it. 9/10 the boxes are damaged. Received my phone yesterday and the box was significantly damaged but thank goodness the phone was still intact.

Why is it that after posting a neon colored sign (deposit all packages in can... dog eats packages) by my gate and placing a rather large garbage can with FEDEX/UPS on it was my package put over my fence (by the sign) of which my dog ate the dang box! What does it take to have my packages put in a container???

The inability of Fedex to accomplish a simple package delivery is astounding. Due on the 15th, in the city on the 17th, and its still sitting on the truck yet to be delivered today the 20th. Should have just shipped it USPS. Fedex needs to be accountable for their horrible service. Its not the first time either.

Fed Ex keep delivering my package to wrong address. I got mad about it cause first package was stolen. Then there the driver redeliverd the package again to that same address where someone elses live.SMH

They are not organized. The delivery date they give is never accurate. My package was at fedex facility but not delivered. The status will say on truck for delivery, but package was not received. Check tracking and date has changed. My last package was lost. Fedex suck

My overnight package from Orlando arrived in Tallahassee, was sorted, and sent it to the Memphis Hub where the package sat for a day. Returned from Memphis to Tallahassee, delivered 24 hours late. I have been told more than once that all packages have to go to Memphis by FedEx representatives.

Been working on my car so I was actually out front to wait for the package. They said delivery attempted and set a reschedule date for next week, but the truck never showed up period. Like it didnt even drive by. I need what I ordered to finish fixing my car. Incredibly poor service.

FedEx is an absolutely terrible delivery service. I recommend you avoid using them. On several occasions their drivers have claimed “delivery exception” when delivering to us, when we are onsite all day, the address is clearly marked, and UPS and USPS have no problems delivering to or address. When you complain, FedEx makes the customer drive a fair distance and then wait in a long line to pick their packages up themselves. I don’t think they understand what the phrase “delivery service” means. I recommend using the United States Postal Service, since they are much more reliable.

Its small, didnt have to wait long, the individual I worked with was polite, kind, and very prompt. The customers are the problem. Cant judge the store for that.

A freezer was delivered today and the lazy delivery man left it under my carport which is far from my house next to the road. The delivery date was a lot earlier than the expecting date. He does not even bother to go and knock at my door to let me know I had a delivery. Anybody could pickup the freezer and I could be totally unknown of it. This is not the first time this happened. They are lazy because not even a small package they can delivered at my door.

Shipping and fax services are great and its a great location...great store

They sent a email saying my package was delivered but the address was wrong and a vacant lot up the road from my house. Been trying to get info all day just keep getting the run around. Rude females or lazy guys that cant tell me anything. Now Im in the process of having an investigation on the driver and the facility.

Open on Saturdays, open till 8pm m-f, & friendly staff of a sufficient number so wait times are a minimum makes for a very pleasant experience

Missed delivery, twice the package was put in the back of my truck and got rained on, I have a very nice front porch 20 feet from the truck. Better yet they are known to leave packages in the mailbox which is violation of Federal laws. When I call customer support I hear an Im sorry, yet nothing changes. If suppliers would support shipper selections, mine would never be FedEx.

The workers at this location are wonderful. Ive been going to this location for 16+ years and have always been treated with respect and excellent customer service.

We live off the road about an 1/8 of a mile in a rural area near Quincy. The drive is clear open gate. At least 3X the packages have been left at the Hwy. to get wet and ants in them. UPS delivers to the house, the US Postal Services delivers to the house . Why not FedEx! I have complained to local office in Tallahassee and now I will let the stores know of poor service from their shipper.

Never deliver on the date and always a bad excuse

I have called in and made multiple complaints because the driver leaves my packages in the ditch beside the highway even though my address is clearly marked and even thru all the complaints that I have made no one have called me to ask anything and the driver still keeps delivery to the ditch so I guess the management does not care I would not recommend Fedx to deliver anything do to the lack of care for the package if I could give a negative rating I would

I payed for next day delivery and they had me waiting in a window for 13 hours and didnt tell me untill 9 PM that they wasnt going to deliver it untill 4 days later. The audacity of the staff to tell me I wouldnt get it Saturday because Id have to pay for Saturday services when I paid for next day and they failed to deliver it. This is medication . This is life or death.

This location refused to perform the services listed on the FedEx website for this location. They refuse any ground shipments as they are air only at this location.Bad employees here that dont know what their job actually is. Go to a different location.

Local Fed Ex is terrible. I have been waiting for an express overnight for over a week. Items keep getting lost or stolen. Use UPS save yourself the headache.

Worse shipping company ever! Waiting for a package they said they delivered, which required a signature and it never came. Filed a claim and they said they delivered. This is criminal! Something needs to be done about their fraudulents!

My package arrived in Tallahassee early this morning and they will not deliver until tomorrow but yet are delivering a different package today...the note says not due for delivery. I called and asked for the package to be delivered today due to signature required and no one will be there to sign tomorrow, FedEx told me that wasn’t possible that I would have to call the company that shipped it to me to make that possible. This is BS and does not make any sense!!! The package they are delivering today was not scheduled to be delivered until Saturday so tell me the difference in the two packages, there is none FedEX!!!

Whoever the delivery guy was lied about delivering the package and sent an email claiming that he knocked on the door and no one was home when I was by the door for hours waiting even left a note and nothing happened we didn’t get a note or nothing from the guy AND WE HAD TO DRIVE 45 min!!!!!!! The worst customer service and inept staff Ive ever seen I live in GA and drove and hour after a package was failed to be delivered to me tried to pick it up and couldnt because driver was getting back after clerk desk closes asked they not send it out for delivery again and I would come pick it up they put in the request and what happens they send it out for delivery again but dont ring my apartment they just site this $1000 package in the elevator room for any tenants or guests to take when I had been told it had to be giving directly to me by Verizon request in all honesty never ship or receive any item through FedEx or expect anything but absolute gutter service from this location

I came home to my package sitting in front of my garage instead of the front door 5 feet away. I could not park in garage until I dragged the terribly heavy bookshelf into the garage, all while being 7 months pregnant!

My package is already 2 days late and has been at the warehouse since the day it was supposed to be delivered. No one can tell me when it is going to be delivered. In the future I will use UPS!!!

I received notification today that they had attempted delivery. I left work early to come home and get the information from the door tag so that I would know where to go pick it up. No door tag. However, the website said they would try to deliver again before 8pm. Ive been home all afternoon and evening. When 8pm rolled around and no delivery, I called FedEx. I was told that it isnt required to leave a door tag, but only a courtesy. Seriously???? I was told that my express delivery wont be delivered until Monday, as they dont deliver express on weekends, but I can go pick it up. Id love to...not really...but, guess what? NO DOOR TAG to tell me where my $750 IPhone is....Really??? Dont use FedEx for anything. There are other options, think Brown, out there.

The delivery person in my area keeps leaving my package on the wrong door step, due to missing apt #( some type of glitch with Home Chef). I have been fortunate to still get my package due to the kindness of that neighbor ( although, the food is not edible by the time I get it); who has also become annoyed with having to walk it to the office. I thought the process was if the address is incomplete to take back or leave at shipping facility. Instead, I get message that my package is delivered, and it is never at my door. They have info as well, bc Im signed up on delivery manager and all my info is there. There is obviously no over sight there. Now I will be forced to stop ordering from this company, bc they havent been able to fix this glitch. Sad,sad...bc I love their service and it decreases my need to be in the stores.Just to add...i did try to report this driver to no avail. I got the run around...

My item didnt reach destination as scheduled and I had perishable items in the box. Fortunately, none of the items spoiled with the package being an ENTIRE day late!

This was an easy and professional place to ship. The young female behind the counter was more than capable of handling two customers at the same time which was a wonderful time saver. I will continue to business at this location

Lazy and rude staff

Lost my package with important documents and they have no idea where it is. No much support from their customer service. Will need to find a more reliable courier service.

The staff is nice. Most of the time I have to wait for my package because its hardly been delivered correctly. I had to go to another location just to pick up my package.

Tallahassee location didn’t delivery my package on time, even though it was on the truck and out for delivery. Two days later and it’s still not here; probably due to their own mess ups..Or maybe because my house is out of the way. Not cool, fedex. This is why amazon dropped you. UPS is much better and I will avoid using fedex from now on.

The people are nice, but FedEx is a PITA. I always have shipments held at a facility for pickup because of the number of times packages have been misdelivered. For the current one, the shipper put a different facility down than the one I wanted. I contacted FedEx to have it changed, and was told I couldnt until it had actually shipped. After it shipped--it couldnt be changed because it was already shipped. The seller couldnt change it after the ticket had been written up. So now Ill have to drive downtown for my package rather than the convenient place with easy parking. (again, though, kudos to the customer service people at the facilities--I wish the rest of FedEx could be as nice)

While the corporate customer service rep was terribly unhelpful. She put in a request that this location call me regarding a package that was attempting to be delivered. The women I spoke to from the office was so sweet, and helpful. She called the driver twice to get things taken care of and called me back before she left the office to make sure things were squared away. When good customer service is hard to find I sure do appreciate when they get it right!

FedEx is a good company. Nationally and internationally. However around the holidays packages could come subjected to damages. Be patient reach out to the vendor and it will be resolved.

When I ask the person on the phone where my package is and they tell me it’s at the main location in Tallahassee, then I I ask them to promise me it’s really there because the last time I spent and hour driving across town to get it and it wasn’t there ....me: “are you sure it’s there?”Random FedEx guy (probably outsourced to India or so where) “Yes, sir it is definitely there! I promise you you sir. It’s there.”Then for the second time I show up and find out my package IS NOT THERE & I’ve been lied to again!I should give 1 ⭐️The thing is.... I’d give 5 stars FOR HONESTY! Literally taking over 12 hours to deliver a package once it hit the truck and its supposed to be express delivery. My Blue Apron order arrived earlier in the day and I dont usually get those until after 6pm. Terrible service.

My package arrived at the facility in Tallahassee at 10:32 this morning. It was put on a delivery truck at 1:48 this afternoon. The facility is six miles from my home. FEDEX was unable to deliver the package to my home due to ice/snow (per Customer Support representative in Dominican Republic). It was sunny and 80 degrees today most of the day. Customer service argued with me that it was unable to be delivered because of ice/snow. He was reading the same info that was on the FEDEX site. Empty, unvalidated apologies should be an embarrassment to FEDEX. I could have walked to the site in t.5 hours to pick up my package. An HONEST reason would have made so much more sense, and is the RIGHT thing to do for the customer. I am hopeful that my package doest ride around Tallahassee for another whole day. I would expect an expedited delivery in the morning first thing.

3rd package within two months that were left in the rain to be ruined. It has been continuously raining in Florida for two months so you would expect Fedex to put that packages in plastic. However, this has not been the first occurence. During Christmas, most of our packages had to be returnedfor the same reaso . . Businesses need to begin using UPS again.

Just had a package..so called attempted delivery.. and they never came to my address!!!! I want my package today!!! Its paid two day shipping!!!

VERY disappointed in FedEx. We ordered a computer and watched tracking on it carefully to make sure we would be here the day of delivery. FedEx was in possession of the package on the 13th then the tracking said it was out for delivery on the 20th, however, before we could receive it the tracking stated there was and exception and the package had returned to facility for inspection. When we contacted the chat service the person said they didnt even receive the package until the 20th and we would have to wait 5 days for then to release it. When we copied over the information she told us we were wrong and that they never received the package on the 13th. Then she said IF it was returned for inspection, it meant there was a problem with the packaging and the package would be inspected and repackaged. We continued to ask questions about why it was being inspected and she continued to state they only just received the package and there was no information not that it was returned after being received on the 13th and then ended chat on us while we were typing a response. I know almost everyone knows the anger that causes. We had no choice but to wait until Monday the 23rd and made sure we were home for the package. HOWEVER, the FedEx delivery person dropped off the package without knocking or ringing the bell, leaving a severely damaged package that was falling apart and wasnt able to be carried safely by one person without everything spilling out. We are sure parts are missing since the invoice was missing and over half of the package was open. I provided pictures of this catastrophic failure by FedEx of Tallahassee FL and the FedEx delivery personnel.

Professional and clean. Bring your own packing supplies or be prepared to pay a premium on site. Parking isnt great for large vehicles. This location does not offer printing or other services. It can often take some time to get help as there is usually only one person working behind the counter. Poorly lit outside.

A couple of weeks ago, the driver for Heniard Dr, Tallahassee, Fl., tried to deliver my $1500.00 to some other address. Last night, Aug 29th, the driver delivered over $1000 worth of FSU season tickets to my door. They were not mine! Luckily I know thr person and before I could bring them to him, he came over and got them. The mailboxes here are very well marked. Only an idiot with no reading ability could deliver to the wrong place. This idiot should be fired.

Fedex driver failed to do his job. came to my location but did not see a vehicle so he left a door tag. the driver did not ring the doorbell nor did he knock on the door. if he had my two dogs would have started barking. he droped the door tag on the ground or thats where we found it. this driver does not care about his job or was improperly trained. my wife was at the house all day to accept this package. i called fedex customer advocate team and they said they were working on getting it to me tonight. well they failed, and it is too late for me to pick it up since i live an hour away. this makes me want to do business with fedex if there is no one else. lack of care by fedex in tallahassee on comwelth will cost fedex customers one for sure

Fed ex driver rang doorbell once and when I ran to the door he was already gone and had left a note that my shipment was to be returned to sender. That was the radiator to my car.. There was no way that in the 1 minute that it took for me to get to my front door that he loaded that back on the truck left a door tag and took off... will never be using fed ex again as long as I can avoid it.
