My small business has been severely impacted by the backed up shipping that’s impacting all carriers within the United States. We decided to spend more to ship our holiday packages with UPS so that we could trust that they would at least arrive safely as chargebacks are at an all time high for small businesses. We walked into this UPS store with 60 prelabeled, weighed and organized packages and were told by the manager and the female clerk in front of other customers that we were not making them a single dollar by preprinting and prepackaging our items and bringing it to them, that they make ZERO dollars off of shipping our items so we aren’t welcome to ship there. They said to take our packages to hartsfield rd since they (at Mahan UPS store) are working for free servicing our small business. It was very aggressive, very surprising given the climate of our country and small business’ suffering during this time. It was a really sad interaction. I hope that things get better at this UPS store and that UPS will better support our small businesses impacted by Covid-19.
This store helped me when USPS let me down with certified mail and even went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that a very important documents were received on time and in record fashion. Thank you so much for your help and rectifying my situation.
In the midst of a pandemic, the manager does not wear a mask although her colleague was wearing one. The manager at this store is unprofessional, surly, unhelpful and unsympathetic. I was trying to pick up a package for my 85 year old mother, who has not been ANYWHERE in two months. I was told I could not, even though I had the tracking number, my mother’s name and address and the contents of the box. It said, “LIVE PLANT,” on the box. I had a credit card with my mother’s name on it I offered as ID, (because I do her grocery shopping) and was told, “You could have stolen that.” My mother even called the store and asked that the package be released to me. The manager refused. I understand being a rule follower, but during this time, perhaps some consideration should be given. Also, she offered no alternative solutions and was rude in her responses. I had to pick my mother up and bring her to the store to get the package. The worst part was when she told my Mom to hold her license up “so I don’t have to touch it.” WEAR A MASK!
Ive gone to this location twice and both times Jaylah has helped me. She is extremely happy and friendly. Her personality makes something as mundane as shipping packages a very pleasant experience.
This store is very busy and not enough employees to get through people in line. I needed to update my address as it seems the main UPS system does not update your address across all the locations so some work needs to be done for that. They would not change my address due to the line of people and then I call the store to update it they put you on hold then hang up on you multiple times! How unprofessional it’s obvious this store needs help. Very frustrated long time UPS customer.
The female manager at this store is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. We are in the middle of a pandemic and a Leon County ordinance requiring mask use in public and in businesses. This manager refused to secure her mask over both her mouth and nose (was covering her mouth) when I politely asked her to do so. She just kept ignoring my request, did not provide an explanation for why she was not complying with proper mask use and told me that I could just leave if I didnt like it! Not only is this extremely rude and unprofessional, but she is also putting customers at risk by refusing to properly wear her mask. There were no plastic partitions between the customer and her. Her behavior is callous and irresponsible!
Worse place to send a package. They site federal law wrong for dealing with packages. Then get mad when you correct them and tell to get out the store. Deal with any other UPS store but this one.
VERY CONVENIENT- GREAT STAFF. In & out quick. Used them 3 times now for copies, faxing, shipping.
Ive had a mailbox here for almost 3 years and never an issue with shipping or receiving packages and the employees are much nicer than some of the other UPS stores in town.
Be very careful when doing business with these people. Know your basic pricing on things as they tried to charge me twice what the post office charged me. $65.00 for this place vs. $24.70 for the post office on a second day letter. I am done doing business here, as this is strike 3...!
Tall about speedy...I walked in. They packed up 2 boxes of stuff I paid and bam I was outta there. 5 mins total..
Worst store I’ve delt with to date. The manager leaves the store in the early afternoon daily leaving the tribe to run wild . I paid for something to be shipped and packaged recently . It arrived damaged . I also have gone here at 3pm in a Thursday and the door was locked...

These Leftists wont ship anything firearm related, even though an FFL is not required. No barrels no sights......nothing!

The employee Ja’Aqni (forgive me her name looked something like that) is very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. A smile wouldn’t hurt nor crack her face.
