One of the best Publix around. If you cant find any grocery item anywhere, this is the place to go. Its one stop shop for my grocery list. Staff is competent, polite and helpful. A number of time I needed help and the staff has always gone out of the way to help. Hygiene of store is immaculate. Dont forget to check the bakery items.

I bought a baby shower cake here, for a coworker. It was awesome!

Great place to shop. I love there subs, fried chicken 🍗, and 🥔 potato salad. Southern style is my favorite NYC most of my family. The meat there is usually very fresh.

Its Publix, who doesnt like Publix?The people were nice, the customers, too. Its Sunshine plaza... just off 95, so its a more established neighborhood... the p- lot could use a makeover as could the stores facade. It might give the much needed lift to a nice community.

Who doesnt love Publix. Its an iconic grocery store in Florida. They have hot food and sandwiches and of course grocery. Have fun shopping. I love when they have fried catfish on Wednesday. But not all Publix are the same so shop at your own risk.ThanksDaisy

Why are there old people working in the deli section other than me customers were waiting over 20 mins. After seeing one of the older gentlemen kept messing up an order I decided to leave waisted 30+ minutes waiting in a line to order food!

This used to be my #1--I moved so now I dont get to see those wonderful people on staff...still a FAVE!!

I live in New York and I wanted to order flowers for my mommys birthday and have her pick them up. I called the store and the manager Paul helped me. He was so nice and helpful. My mommy picked up her flowers and balloons and they were great. Thanks so much Paul.

Publix is my go to store,I am a Fl.native and have been going to Publix for 50years...usually.Clean,good selections mostly competent staff and the Publix Promise is great.

The employees are awesome for the most part. The customer service kiosk takes FOREVER though and there is usually very little lines open. The location is horrible as well.

I had a miraculous experience there with God using the cashier to favor me,nothing like this has ever happened to me at any other supermarket.Publix workers go above and beyond for their customers.

I just stopped in to buy a lotto ticket. Veronica was as pleasant as always. I am glad the Sterling wasnt in the liquor store today. I come in to purchase one Foster beer and he always follow me to the cooler.

The shelves are always empty The store manager is a jackass. When you go to get your meat sliced be careful how you order it because I ordered over the internet and I ordered a thin sliced I always get away for sliced They just dont know what theyre doing and the management doesnt seem to care. So beware this this store has been notorious for their shelves being empty and the fruits and vegetables are not very good anymore its been a long time I try not to shop there very often but its convenient when Im on my way to my friends house but I cant Im going to start taking a long way around.

Its ok, hard to find someone to help you, that will not be upset because you ask, if you can ask them a question.Now the Check out lady, Christie S, she was so personable, nice and compassionate about her job. Her Customer Service is absolutely Tops!!!Christie is the reason I gave Publix a 5 Star!!!! And she will be the reason I return.

I needed a cake for the same day and even though it was supposed to be a 24-hour notice, when I called Cari in the bakery held one aside for me, put it in the freezer with my name on it, and held it for me. She made my birthday surprise work out stress-free. I definitely recommend going to the bakery at this Publix. Thanks Cari!!

Worst Publix I have ever been to. I’m doing instacart and my car has died now normally any other Publix I have been to world let me charge it behind customer service while I shop but this one I guess was extremely hood maybe it was in the hood but they would not let me change my jumper box. I was so surprised never have ever dealt with this problem before. Extremely disappointed in how they really “value” their customers.

Have to give this place 5 stars based on the deli which is indeed a little better quality than the store as a whole. Wilsome at the deli is the sweetest kindest lady! Hope you are lucky to be served by her. They sometimes have the wrong coupon labels out verses what you get at the register so be ready for that. They always make it right though.

Always a line to check out, wish they would keep more registers open. Fast service through out. Every department except the meat and seafood dept. I have - not joking - spent 30 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me to get 2lbs of shrimp. I just try to avoid the meat and seafood department here in general now5stars because its clean and well stocked.

I recently visited there the Deli ... servers badge name Becca.... Poor customer skills .. no interaction toward buyer. No eye contact... totally ignored .. behavior not pleasant... I was buying for a co.worker. had it be for myself.. I wouldnt continue my purchase.... would be better if the deli manager retrained some of its employees.... ...

Produce section is huge! I have interacted with the butchers a couple of times and they are always super helpful. I love how open and spacious the store is. A lot of the newer stores feel crammed into a small space. Of course, as with all Publixes (Publi?), it is clean and bright.

Well i love coming to this Publix until i saw in the Bakery section someone cough quite a bit whilst over cakes etc. Thank goodness the person had a mask on otherwise we would all be contaminated and also how often do employees change there masks, this is important to change at least 2-3 times a day i hope publix instills this with there employees.

They usually have what I mean but not always. For one thing I keep trying to find Gatorade the kind I like and its not ever there anymore

Paul, a manager on the floor is a very nice and respectable gentleman. I wanted some Ronzoni a few days ago, a little over the allowed sum, on the very last day of the sale and he gladly assisted me when I asked his permission.

Nice layout. Easy to navigate. But congested at the front of the store especially around the customer service area

Publix is friendly and its always busy and is a good place to shop cuz everything is always in place at that store where its supposed to be merchandise are never like spread it everywhere and its a good place to shop

Lorna in the deli is extremely unpleasant and impatient. Expressed zero customer service and the friendliness that I’m used to when visiting other Publix stores. She was snappy and aggressive with her co worker when she walked me over to verify if my sub was cold or hot. I was unaware that a sub that is simply toasted with cold meats checks out as a hot sub. This whole ordeal made me late for work. Maybe she’s burnt out and needs a break but she definitely does not represent Publix quality service today.

Publix is the upscale grocery store with a wide variety of food and other types of goods, medical and first aid, including those for your house and car. Great place to shop. Employees are very polite and courteous.

Just order a chicken Tender on 5/29 at 7:00pm the lady that assisted me and my husband was very unprofessional did not care how she place the meat or vegetables on the sub once the sub was completed she look at me and ask how is she going to close it just a sloppy mess in the middle of her making my sandwich I ask was she okay because she seem a lil upset and stress and she stated that no I just don’t know how to close this but from the beginning of her making my sandwich she seem as if she had a attitude I thin her name was Fantone

PLASTIC IN THE MARKET GROUND BEEF!!!I do not engage in rants but I cannot let this rest. I purchased a package of Market Ground Beef tonight to feed my family. It wasn’t until I got home and started to prep the meal when I took a closer look at the meat. I realized there were red flakes present. I started breaking apart the meat in my gloves and realized the red flakes were in fact pieces of red plastic. I immediately called the location to alert them of the discovery and to prevent any other household from purchasing the contaminated meat. I was on hold for a manager for a while before finally speaking to a “shift lead”. After explaining the ordeal he told me to hold so that I could speak with the meat department. I patiently waited for someone to answer and proceeded to explain my findings to the man on the other end of the line. He stated he would look into the matter however I did not feel as if I was taken seriously. I arrived at the location minutes before closing and waited for customer service. The cashier who assisted me said she would need to get the manager. I patiently waited again. I assume the gentleman who slugged his way to the cash wrap wearing a checkered button down was the manager, however, there was no interaction with me. He took the damaged good and walked away....I understand we are in the midst of a pandemic. I understand people are tired and overworked. I understand this is an overwhelming time. I recognize all of those things while saying this.... It is not okay to sell someone packaged meat that contains a foreign substance and not acknowledge their issue or troubles, let alone their existence when they come back into your store. I was shocked by the lack of customer service over the phone but disappointed by the lack of concern in person.
