We had a COVID panic employee that was afraid to even take some spare change as a tip. She throw our bag of food to the side because she was panic. Pathic way to treat customers and the items they buy.

Clean, organized and friendly staff.Tha suoermarket is well located, have plenty of parking, the products fresh and the store is well maintained.

I only really go here for Publix and the Dollar tree. There are a few empty spaces and hopefully they will get some exciting stores one day. The parking lot is clean but the shadier parking spaces are further away from the entrances. Good if you need the extra steps in your day and dont want to come back to an oven on wheels.

When I cant find something at other Publix its at the store. It is small and convenient and they stock a lot of the organics that I appreciate and eat. They have a good section of humanely raised pork, although sometimes I cannot find chopped liver there. I know not everyone enjoys it but I do. Very nice convenient and compact store.

Very nice and organized store. Variety in the bakery dept, but not so much in the store itself. Limited varieties. Perhaps because its a smaller Publix. However, the lines were empty and the individuals bagging the groceries do a great job. Awesome, kind, professional personality. They go out their way to assist you.

Friendly service,and you can count on Publix to get the job done, I work out of town and Publix I can always count on being clean,friendly,with fair prices. All of their deli products are very good,from hot chicken,with just about any side dish you want,to hot or cold subs that cant be beat by any Sub making store around,give them a try, its all made how ever you order it.

Went to Publix to buy my lottery ticket, while I was there I decided to get me and my wife dinner. I was in the mood for a sub since I hadn’t had one in over two years. I walk up to the deli department and I am helped by a male associate. I told him the sandwich I wanted and he proceeded to make it, while he was making it I told him everything I wanted on the sub. I knew it was going down hill when I told him what I wanted and he looked at me really confused. Any who I told him the toppings I wanted and he put something totally different than what I mentioned. And I get it people make mistakes, and all he had to do was correct it. I told him to just throw the sandwich away and make me another one, he than proceeded to take off the the top and throw it in the trash and give me the rest of the sandwich he originally messed up on. I was frustrated and walked to the front register where I asked another associate could they please page the deli manager. I walked to the front where I spoke to her briefly and told her what had happened. She was the correct the issue very quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. I felt better after speaking with the manager and I got my sum and went home very happy.

Every day that I need to go into work I stop by this store to grab a drink or two to keep myself going. The friendly staff and great prices cant be beat.

Everytime I go to this place in the sandwich department Im waiting for over 5 minutes and there is no line. People are standing there watching me wait. Eventually someone walks up who is doing nothing and tells me someone will be right with you mean while everyone is talking and looking in space. Terrible service Im not going back, Ill stick with restraunts and fast food places. They also make sandwiches slow as ever and management stands there and watches.

While standing in line at the deli an employee comes out from the back no mask or gloves! Grabs a chicken tender and hides it behind his back after realizing 6 people just watched what he did. Absolutely gross poor management all around if someone is doing that in front of customers. What is he doing when no one is watching!??

Worst experience, my family and I had just moved into the area and had came in today for an exchange for my sons formula. The store manager had suspected I stolen my formula I had came in with ; without question, I then asked him to look at the cameras.. sadly I had to ask him more than once, after his visit in the office, I then was given back my formula without any apologies nor did the store manager confront me. Overall worst experience, my family and I will not be back.

This store, although remodeled has been here a very long time. Its a smaller store, but gets alot of local traffic. Very friendly and courteous staff. Does have full Deli added in remodel and a small bakery.

Just came from the Publix store in Town Square. They claim to have no Toilet Paper. As I am doing my regular shopping there are customers with TP in their carts. I spoke with Roberto behind the service counter and he says they do not have any more. I was in the store approximately 45 minutes and saw people who entered after me that had TP which had to come from the back of the counter or a supply room since no TP was ever on the shelf while I was in the store. Roberto does Publix play favorites or is it just you or your store. I have been shopping here for over 10 years so how do I get on your favorite list?

Not my favorite Publix store. A woman on Customer Service was rude when I asked her for checking a scratch-off ticket (according to her, that was not her job). We were 4 or 5 people in line, she was off and the other woman attending was really busy. The cashier was okay.

Zero stars! This is the worse Publix ever. Deli and Meat departments are horrible. It is worth driving a bit far to Lakeview Center Publix, best bakery,deli, produce and meat departments, managers are on top of everything and it shows.

Smaller Neighborhood Publix store, small store not the issue. The way the Deli is ran has been a long time issue. Dont expect a visit to the Deli to be an in and out experience. You get a Walmart experience at a Publix price better off driving 2 miles to another publix or just deal with the walmart supermarkets that are closer.

The employees are very friendly and courteous. The shelves are usually well stocked and the store is clean every time I go shopping.The only thing I would suggest to Management is to have someone concentrate on/ stay on top of the produce area.

I do not shop here, because I cant. The store recently implemented a policy forbidding minors from shopping in the store without an adult from 7 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. J.P. Taravella High School, which is a 10-minute walk from Publix, starts at 7:40 and ends at 2:40. Therefore, the time restriction effectively prevents students from ever shopping at the store, because the only times we would be at Publix without an adult are before and after school. Publix is a private business and thus has the right to refuse service to anyone it sees as a nuisance, but by prohibiting an entire group of people from entering the store, this has now become an issue of discrimination. If you walk up to the store before and after school, employees will be stationed at the doors on both sides of the store, like guards. Students are told they cannot enter with such disrespect that an adult would never receive. Upon attempting to question the legality of the stores policy, I received condescending comments from employees and even the manager, Kevin, who erroneously asserted that he can forbid anyone he chooses from entering. The lovely Kevin then threatened to call the police on me for trespassing simply because I was calmly telling him that the policy was discriminatory. I refuse to shop at a store that so blindly violates my civil rights and one that treats customers like trash because they are under 18. I might not be able to drink in bars, vote, or get my license, but I am an American citizen, and as such I have rights. To all the Kevins of the world: I have a voice, and it will be heard.

Spent 40 minutes there in line for a wrap . Manager walked from behind counter eating instead of assistanting. I was going to order chicken tenders but they werent hot enough. They need to hire better and more professional workers. Never come here on lunch break

Stopped in after a long day at work just to pick up a few items. I was very suprised at how friendly and pleasant everyone I encountered there was. Everyone said hello and asked if i needed help, a special thank you to Gerard who actually saw what i had in my cart and gave me coupons! My cashier was really nice too, i will definitely shop here more often.
