I appreciate how kind and patient she was, as it was the end of the day and she had to stop cleaning in order to help me. She didnt seem to mind at all...went out of her way 10 fold. Mrs Lucy was very professional and patient with me during the application process.She went far and beyond to ensure that so understood the policies and procedures relating to Public Storage. Furthermore, she answered calls from other customers in a polite and timely manner. Although it appeared that the customer on the phone was disgruntled, Mrs. Lucy stayed calm, polite and professional. Lastly, she assisted me with the access app and helped me complete the application in a reasonable tome. I’ve used other Public Storage facilities and the staff consisted of four or more workers. However, at the University Drive location, she is a one woman show. Surely, she could benefit from additional employees working with her. Due to her lack of help she must inspect units, and leave the office from time to time. Unfortunately, During her absences from the desk, customers must wait at the door upon her return.

Ms. Stephanie is very kind and helpful. She called me when she noticed that I had left my space unlocked. When I came back, she was very patient with me while helping me learn how to download and use the app to open and close the gate so that I don’t have to get out of my car or touch the keypad. Being an elderly person, I greatly appreciated that. Public Storage is very blessed to have her on their team.

Self-storage is as basic as it gets, but there are a lot of flatbeds available, and the staff is kind, courteous, and helpful.

Edit: Had an issue and miscommunication where I was being charged for a month after vacating the property. Lucy reached out after I left a voicemail and after seeing my first review. She was able to correct this situation promptly and was polite and friendly during the whole transaction. When at the facility, she was always helpful and great.

Stephanie boy I have to say was the most helpful, I accidentally booked the wrong facility and; she was more than willing to help me with the next steps to make sure I was accommodated accordingly. Star employee I love it.

Facility was clean and staff was friendly. Very secure campus with gated entrance. No issues except it might be helpful to post a map of the units when you step off the elevator. I wandered a long time with a big box before I found it.

When I went to the public storage it was not that easy to get in to and keveen was very helpful and nice helping me get in to my storage because I’m an older woman but he was very good you guys should keep him.

Called and spoke to a representative about my storage needs. I discussed the size unit I would need and pricing. Was emailed a reservation with the unit number and first months cost. Upon coming to the location I was greeted by friendly staff. When they reviewed my reservation and unit number available I was told their are still items inside the unit due to it being auctioned off. Thats fine and I understand that, but I should have been told this before driving over as I was not able to see the unit nor lease it as the items were still in the unit from the auction winner. I would have appreciated to know this ahead of time so that I didnt waste a trip driving over and not being able to start a lease or view the unit. Also my reservation included a price for the first month. When I came to the location I then discovered it would actually be $20+ higher due to insurance (required) and tax? I would have liked to have this included in the reservation quote so I dont think my first months lease is $170 and in reality it would be $192.

If you’re looking for a clean, safe location to rent this location is wonderful. Chelsea and Lucy were so helpful with everything from the check-in process, explaining the rules and answering any questions we had. A smooth transition and great storage option!!
