I first spoke to Jerome who was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I got there, Darren made the process so easy and enjoyable!!! What a helpful, patient, nice, kind, professional young man!!! Thank you so much, Darren!!! And the place is spotless, which was the most important thing to me. This place is great!!!!!!

Jerome was very professional from start to finish. He walked us through the process thoroughly. The automated process is new to us so he was very patient in making sure we understood. We had many questions he did not miss a beat in responding to us. I love the idea of the automated service, cleanliness of the facility as well as the safety protocol that is in place. He informed us of the possibilities of what could happen or the unexpected. I truly appreciated how he went over and beyond to ensure that we understood everything especially in case of emergency protocol!!

The staff here are professional and courteous. Darron genuinely cared about what I had to say. Mostly venting, during this tough time. He made it an easy and relaxing experience. kudos to the entire team!!!

Daren is very personable and professional.So far, the experience has been efficient, although some aspects were misrepresented when we initially called customer service. We ended up taking the unit sooner than expected. Two different customer service reps gave differing information, which led to the confusion. Were hopeful that was the only glitch and wont need to re-rate our experience based on future interactions.

Front desk person is a little snippy, don’t even bother setting up online because they will make you wait to have access. App does not work to get in.

The only reason I am not issuing a 5 star review is because for such a new facility I was disappointed to see operations happening outside in a trailer. If it were not for Jeromes superior customer service I would have taken my business elsewhere. He took the time to explain my different storage options in great detail. You cannot put a price on that type of service these days.

I visited this location after visiting another one of their locations since I live somewhat in the middle and I was equally impressed. I rarely right reviews, but I am amazed with their customer service. Not sure if I am spelling her name correctly but Orlane was super friendly and showed me their new building with Bluetooth accessibility. Not sure yet which location I plan to move my stuff into but it will be one or the other.

Jerome was a wonderful help, he explained all that was needed to know about my storage unit clearly and in depth.

The place is clean and well kept and i was able to start moving things into my unit immediately. If this is the treatment all their managers provide no matter where they are serving all I can say is that THIS is the place for your storage needs!

I came in unsure of what I needed and with the wonderful help of Jerome and Orlaine I was able to find the perfect unit to hold my things and for a terrific price. This is the storage company to use. No other company compares. Ask for Jerome or Orlaine, they’re the best 😁

Representatives were a lot more acknowledgeable and friendly than other places I attempted to do business with. Reps held my name and phone number with the unit size I was looking for and actually called me two weeks later as discussed. The security camera system actually works here and all the storage doors are individually protected via the burg system. Card access into storage areas which is nice. They have a nice drive up area with protection from weather so you can unload even if its raining. Place is clean and they have a restroom if needed. Great place.

You cant say enough about how nice an experience with a storage unit this was. Tim and Christine were both so helpful, personable, and kind. Facility is clean, spotless, great security features, easy load in and load out elevators. If I didnt buy a home and have plenty of room for my stuff, I would have stayed here just for the pleasurable experience!FYI, hit up about 3 other places in one day looking for the right one. Returned back here pretty quick after seeing the shape of the other facilities in the area.

Staff is helpful and quickly resolved an issue I had. The facility is clean and well lit. Aisles and elevators are wide enough for most items. Automatic doors and 4 wheel dollys are a plus. Highly recommend

Our entire stay has been great. The staff, in particular Tim and Christina, has been personable and professional. They truly understand that moving is stressful and does what they can to make the process a seamless one. Extra shoutout to Tim for going above and beyond to make our move out a pleasant one. Extremely clean and secure facility! Definitely a “first class” storage experience with all air conditioned units, plenty of dollies, extra wide hallways and elevators, motion sensor lights, fob key access security, and very friendly staff! Highly recommend.

Needed storage quickly, staff (Jerome) was responsive, enabled rent unit same-day on a Sunday using electronic contracts, 90 minutes from initial phone call to picking up access key fob, all with appropriate social distancing procedures. Facility and staff exceeded expectations.

This place is like all chain stores imposing tyrannical mask and distancing rules. If I had a choice I would not use any company that does not believe in the constitution

From the first day I came across this location, I just knew this was the place. Very clean surrounding. Upon meeting the manager Tim and receiving his total attention and assistance in helping me select the proper storage and plan, I was sold. Tim is totally very professional. He explained everything I needed to know, detail to detail and that made me feel very comfortable with my choice. The property is immaculant and I am loving my storage space. I do recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage space.

The entire experience over 2 years of storage have been excellent. The staff has always been helpful and professional. The one person that always helped most was Christine. She was always willing to go above and beyond.

The actual location is nice. I have moved out of the area and it is impossible to reach anyone until after a late fee is charged. They send a text message by the end of the day notifying you to pay online then every attempt you make to contact someone during business hours the next day is impossible. They have an automated service contact you and if your answering machine picks up there is no way of you knowing what company is contacting you, because the automated service doesn’t mention it. I like to deal with people, it seems as this company only has people to deal with you in a professional manner when you are in person.

Not a good experience

This is my first time get a storage unit and had no idea if my things would fit in the unit that i chose online. Christine help me and gave me good advise on the units that would be best for my things. She was wonderful and patient. Also she took the time to explain everything to me and show me different units even with it being closing time for the office. I just loved the way she treated me and my little one.

Was moving my things into storage from my home that was closing. Had movers help, but was taking too long, and I could see I was going to need a larger space than I originally signed to rent. I called and spoke with Tim who was our representative from Safeguard. It was 30 minutes until the office closed. He calmed me and promised he would wait and take care of the problem. We arrived just after closing time and there he was......waiting with all the new papers to upgrade to a larger unit ready to go. Showed us the new, larger unit. We were so grateful for his help and staying late so we would be able to get all my things in the larger spaced unit. Truly courteous and professional!!!!!

The process was smooth. Tim was very knowledgeable and informative. The facility is nicely kept up and air conditioned. The price is affordable for the months of occupancy.

Fabulous experience! This being my first storage unit I had way too many questions and concerns. Louis answered every question fully, patiently and addressed each and every concern politely and professionally. The facility is immaculate and I feel totally comfortable and safe. 5 STARS!!

The process was effortless, the manager & his assistant are exceptional, and the unit is located in a clean well maintained building. I feel secure in the knowledge my sons things are stored there.

Had a great experience at this location. Christine was awesome. The location is very clean and hi-tech. Wave your key-fob and in you go. No quirky gate codes to remember. As key fob is not marked you would need to know your location and floor to proceed- thus the cool security measure.. Great access hours (until 10pm). All air-conditioned spaces. Drive-up place is covered so no worries about getting you or your stuff wet as you load or onload.Very central in safe part of town. Would recommend this location anytime.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Safeguard Storage in Tamarac, Florida stored my belongings for 3 years without any issues. The facility is safe and very clean. There was never an issue with the climate control, and there was no dust accumulation on my belongings after 3 years. I recommended Safeguard Storage Tamarac location to my friend and she too was extremely satisfied.

I really cant even give this place a star. The staff has really gone downhill over the years. There is a new person every time I come and their procedures are always different. Today the woman was really rude. I sorry of at the a locked door and she didnt even acknowledge me. Apparently she cannot wave and do something else at the same time.
