I wish I could give this place minus stars. The customer service was horrible. I purchased a washer and dryer set. The washer is loud and leaking water. The dryer takes forever to dry. I called them they sent someone out to fix it and he didn’t speak English it was hard for me to explain to him the problem I was having with the washer & dryer. I called another service man to look at it and was advised i was sold bad appliances. To fix it would be more then what I paid for it. I have called up female advised she would call me back she never did, I called back she wouldn’t answer so I had someone else call she answered. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

If I Could Give A Half Star I Would . This Place Is A SCAM Beware . I Made A Purchase Because My Friend Knew Them Personally. I Bought A Washer And Dryer Set And It Broke Within 4 Days Of Having It . I Wanted A Refund . I Was Not Informed Of The Refund Policy And Had Never Been Inside The Store . Just Sent Pictures On My Phone . They Said They Would Not Refund Me . I Allowed Them To Fix It Even Though I Really Wanted A Refund. 2 Weeks Later The Washer Was Running Without Any Buttons Being Pushed . Who Knows How Long It Was Going On Without Us Knowing Because My 150$ Light Bill Doubled to 270. After This Incident And Realizing I Only Had A Week Left On Warranty I Really Demanded My Money . They Are Still Refusing To Refund Even Though They Know They Sold Me A Terrible Set. Now I Have To Take Legal Action . Pleaseeeeee BEWARE They Don’t Sell Good Products .

They sell trash 2 different refrigerator both didnt work !!!!! Promise me to fix the problem but never did will not return my call or text. Very bad company.

I used them for multiple rental properties, always had issues with delivery times or no shows. The quality of the appliances was horrible. They wouldnt last more than 2 months then when i sent them out to check they would tell me it was because of the tenants fault if they showed up at all. I do not recommend this company at all!

I called phone just rung. So I hung up and called again someone answered and without saying hello they hung up on me. So, I called back now no one is answering. I just wanted someone to fix my dryer. Next, company I go y’all customer service already sucks.

This place is one horrible place to get ANYTHING from. My boyfriend bought a LG refrigerator, with only a 30 day warranty, 10 days later it stops cooling, someone came out to fix it, it was fixed 10 days later went out again. So they came back to the house took the LG “ to fix it” gave us one to use until ours got fixed. Well that one ended up not cooling. We threw away hundreds of dollars of food/fruit. I promise everyone, nothing in thus store works for longer than the Warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I am BIG on customer service, so when a company goes out of their way to fix something I want people to know. It means you can probably rely on them in the future. We just bought a stackable washer and dryer and it was delivered yesterday. Somewhere along the ride the on and off switch came off and couldnt be found. We accepted the 2 units and asked them to replace the knob. Just one day later a gentlemen drove over just to give the knob and make sure it worked. It may sound small to you, but I appreciate it when companies stand behind their products and their word.

I had a good experience here personally. It does look a little sketchy on the outside, but I didnt have a big problem with it. We bought a set of old washer and dryer and the whole experience was nice and easy. They even gave us a little discount. They delivered the machines and set everything up for us. We did have a little problem with the dryer a week later and they came to fix it right away. Very happy with the customer service.

I bought a used LG washer and dryer set early last month. After I installed the washer and started an empty load I noticed it would not drain the water. After a quick Google search I realized the pump was bad and called Erwin. After a few quick calls and texting him a video he agreed it was a bad pump and his technician was out the next business day and he replaced the pump. Although I think the unit should have been checked prior to sale, Erwin made good on the warranty and it is running well. Very nice people and I will shop there again.

Great people! Very proactive. Needed work on my refrigerator; came early, very polite and very engaging. Explain the problem and fix it fast. Would use them again!!

Horrendous service and product. I had the appliances delivered. It took at total of 6 service calls 3 of which were no call no shows just to re-install the refrigerator door that was taken off to get the refrigerator through the doorway. They never pick up the phone, you have to call back 3 consecutive times just to get an answer during business hours. Today, my tenants called me to let me know the refrigerator was broken and their $200 in groceries were spoiled. As is usual, I called Yensu but they shut off their phones at 5pm and the voicemail is ALWAYS Full. The oven I ordered has a faulty display that they were unable to repair. I am tired of calling, scheduling services and haggling with this company. I am demanding a full refund.

Great experience. I called and within 24 hours they were at my house. I told them I could wait since this wasnt an emergency but they insisted in fixing my refrigerator right away. The tech diagnosed my icing issues and had the necessary parts to fix it right away. Im 100% happy with this company. Im a realtor and I have seen bad service in the past. Went in store and requested someone come look at my dryer. I explained my dryer is not spinning, when I turn it manually it spins. Ok tech come out service fee (NP), if you get it fixed we will deduct the service fee(NP), Tech says ok simple fix you need this part, easy no problem. Ok present day Tech come exchange part that he said I needed then boom, No you need a new motor, Which currently the manufacturer has discontinued. Actually wanted me to pay for something that he did not fix. My dryer is doing the same exact thing it was doing before your part or service fee. A waste of money.... Bad business

My experience here was outstanding. The store was clean, there is ample parking, the associate was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the appliances are of top quality. The delivery and installation were fast and professional (purchased late Saturday, delivered and installed Monday afternoon). I highly recommend Yensu Appliances to everyone!

STAY AWAY and LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! I bought a washer and dryer and that experience was easy and they were very friendly so I ignored all of the reviews. I then had the washer and dryer delivered and installed. The people that came to install the W/D almost flooded my laundry room because they put the wash hose into the wrong pipe. Water went everywhere and then they asked ME for something to clean it up! One month later the washer shakes so bad it moves across the room. I scheduled a service call and the day of he doesnt show up. When I finally call to see where he is they tell me he is running an HOUR late! So I reschedule for the next day and when I call to make sure he will be there on time they tell me they dont know if he will be on time or not because he had another appointment in the morning. How these people run a business I have no idea there is no common courtesy or concern for other peoples time. Never I repeat, never, was this 2 hour window stipulated.

My personal experience was great with the salesman and the selection. This is my second purchase of an appliance from them and both times have gone above and beyond to help customers find what they want. This store has other appliance stores beat by far in this area, where other stores want way too much money for the products.

I have emailed this company and called for the past two months now. If the manager isnt in no one else knows what is going on. I have a washer that has been looked at by a repair man already and was told that it needed a part. That was 2 months ago. This problem should have been taken care of already. I would like to thank the manager for getting me scheduled and a repair man out on Tuesday. The Manager handled my situation very well and I am thankful.The Manager for Yensu Appliances solved my problem even faster than expected. He was able to get a repair man out to my house today. Thank you so much!

For a week now I have been trying to get a washer I purchased with them fixed or replaced. I bought the washer in April with a “3 month warranty”. Last Monday it stopped draining. Communication is very poor, they say they are coming and do not. Then arrive at my house during specific times I told them I would not be home. Calling the shop is a waste of time because not one time have they answered. Saturday a “technician” came to my house and said the washer needed to be replaced. I was told he would be back today (Monday) between 2-3pm. Here is is 4pm, no washer, no call, and no answer from the shop phone.

Speedy service, called on a Saturday and had someone at my place looking at my fridge within the hour. Got the fridge working. No complaints, highly recommend based off this encounter.

Excellent service from caller reception, knowledgeable technician, and good turn-around time. GE Profile (8 yrs old) refrigerator repaired with new circuit board and thermister. Very pleased to not have to buy a new one.

I sold my appliances to this company as we were renovating, the workers are courteous, professional and hard working. They came when they were supposed to and paid cash for my appliances as agreed. I highly recommend them!

Horrible service. Stay away. I paid for a washing machine on a Thursday. Was told it would be delivered Saturday between 10-12 pm. 2 pm I call the office because there was never a delivery. The guy said it slipped his mind and wouldnt be delivered till Monday. Wont even waive the delivery fee after wasting my whole day. Poor customer service. No accountability. This isnt a business. This is a couple of repair people that think they can be a business.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE...I contacted this company when my refrigerator stopped cooling. They sent a man out who diagnosed it as a bad defrost board that needed replacement and the part needed to be ordered. I paid $227 in advance and they have not come back despite calling several times. I was hung up on 3 times as well. I have been forced to contest the charge thru my bank since the ownership will not return my call much less anything else and will be reporting them to the BBB and other local trade agencies as well.
