Amazing customer service! Called on an early Saturday morning to get my windshield repaired ASAP, since I was leaving town that afternoon. Bryan was extremely kind and helpful, he helped me out with the insurance and he did everything in his power to get the parts needed that same day. Unfortunately, none of his suppliers had the parts on stock. However, he still helped me find a new place to repair my windshield (out of town) and helped me switch the insurance claim over to the new place.Like I said, EXCELLENT customer service!!!

So Im new to Florida I dont know any shops or places to have work done etc.. Im a firm believer you always give family, friends or people you just know the opportunity to earn your bussiness. I met Bryan on a fishing page. What stood out was a kid had some fishing stuff stolen and he raised and donated fishing poles tackle boxes and Hubbards Marina donated a fishing trip. I thought he was a stand up guy. After adding him and going back and forth and commenting a few times on each others post. I seen he always advertised his window repair and replacement services. Well just recently came a time that I needed a window repaired driving on I4 a big truck kicked up a rock. So I felt lets give him a try since I kind of knew him. I drove from Lakeland to Tampa and Im so glad I did I pulled up and he took care of everything a quick signature and he had my window repaired. I highly recommend FMG for your windshield needs. They are honest, courteous and take care of everything for you and you can use OEM glass not the garbage the insurance companies want you to use. The tech (Brett) was awesome and did not cut corners. The Regional Manager (Bryan) worked with me before during and after installation. Our insurance company tried to deny our claim because we used better glass and not the cheap glass from the company that used to offer you steaks. Bryan immediately handled the situation with the insurance company and put me at ease with what they were trying to pull. I would definitely use FMG in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family.

There was also an issue with my rear view mirror attachment a month after my new windshield was installed and Fabian came out and fixed it immediately. This is an amazing company from start to finish. Bryan schedules quickly, helps with insurance payment. They show up so fast, and you are on your way with a perfect job! Also, I want to mention that we were out of town. They had to access our car which was parked in a lot from which we had taken our RV. When we returned, we thought our extra set of keys had been left on the car seat. I was hateful, called snd chewed receptionist out. She’s a gentle kind soul and tried to still be a “customer-is-always-right” receptionist, but I was DEAD WRONG, because we found our keys in another vehicle, stuffed deep into the backseat pocket where I had put them in route to our destination, which by the way was the Florida Keys! I think we had too many keys on our plate, but they didn’t even need them. Accessed the gate perfectly using our code. Never left a trace, but the windshield is perfecto! They provide excellent service. They showed up on time. I did not even have to be there. They left the paperwork on my front seat. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and bring it back to the car wash. My point person Brian. He is extremely professional and polite. The only negative was he kept calling me “sir”.
