What a great experience. From the very beginning to the very end, they made my windshield replacement a smooth and easy process. When a rock hit my windshield, I was annoyed thinking about all the things I already have to do and now just one more. With all the 5 star reviews, it was easy for me to choose windshield warriors. Kim was friendly and knowledgeable from the first call and coordinating the whole process. She made the insurance call very easy and led the call so it was seamless. Brett put the windshield in and gave me more thorough instructions about after care then anyone had in the past. Plus I got a Rebate and they made it happen so quick and smooth. To begin, I have never had to replace a windshield before and was really worried that the whole process was going to be a hassle, from installation and dealing with insurance to finding a time that would work with my wonky schedule, but boy was I wrong! Every single person I dealt with at Windshield Warriors was a dream to work with, Kim did a fantastic job dealing with my insurance company who was trying to give me the run around, the man who installed it (I forgot his name) called me the day my windshield was able to be picked up and the night before/morning of installation to make sure the time was good for me. From filing my claim to end of installation was less than 4 days and would have been less has my windshield not had to be ordered. I can’t recommend enough, they made the process painless, and actually almost enjoyable, lol. Thank you!

From start to finish on 07/09/21 Ms.Silvia really helped me so much staying in the trenches with me calling my insurance company ocean harbor to getting my insurance adjuster name and number to her extension and to get a reference number to start my claim and work order for windshield warrior to start the installation of my windshield her and Ms. Amanda worked effectively and tirelessly to get my windshield replaced I really appreciate all of their help and even the windshield installer for windshield warrior was very professional when coming to the house even before coming to the house he called to make sure he was coming to the correct address and letting me know he was going to the warehouse to get the windshield to put in my “ Betsy” my 2003 Chevy surburban and when he arrived he explained everything to me by not driving the vehicle until a hour or two had passed which was fine because I had no where to go this day also explaining to me not to take at to a car wash for about 2 to 4 days if possible but if it does rain 🌧 let them no if there’s any leaks but it was very confident in his work because he said Mr.Reed which should be no problem because I do a very professional job and I want leave until I know this windshield is in correctly and I watched him peeping the windshield for installation for about a good 15 minutes or more before installation he took his time no rushing and carefully like a new born baby handled the windshield with care and I could tell Mr.Brad took very good pride in his work!! I had a crack in the windshield of my Range Rover, I called Windshield Warriors . They were professional and they made sure I received the original factory glass that my SUV came with! Which was very important to me because the last time I got my windshield replaced I asked for the original windshield and I wound up with a windshield that was made for a different model Range Rover and I didn’t want to go through the trouble of arguing. The service was excellent and they made me so happy!

I called on a Friday around 1030am and my windshield was replaced the same day by 630! I never expected such a quick replacement. They were all great to work with and will definitely use them again if I need to!

I sent a internet inquiry on a Saturday and received a response back the next day. Amanda called me at the time I stated I was available and made everything so easy. She was extremely professional and always sounded like she had a smile on her face. I say that because I did customer service for many years and even managed a call center, so it is extremely important to me that I have someone who at least sounds happy to assist me, even if they are faking (LOL). Texting tends to work best for me and Amanda was great about texting and responding. Once confirmed, my tech Brett, reached out to me as well. He advised that he had prior appointments but would call when on his way. My schedule is flexible. Brett was very professional and kind, both on phone and in person. The job was completed in about an hour and he did a great job. Cant say enough on how impressed I was with this company. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future if needed.
