He was extremely professional, understood what I was trying to achieve from the project and came forward with an extremely reasonable solution with options to fit into my budget. He was very knowledgeable of the product and was able to offer options to think about and then the artistic rendering gave the project a great visual to work with. I would highly recommend them if you are considering alternatives to traditional cage screens or other outdoor shading products.

Outdoor Comfort Solutions installed the A-NIKS insect deterrent system at our home and now we can enjoy our outdoor areas without mosquitos! They installed the system quickly and professionally and fully explained how the system would operate and how we could manually turn the system on and off. I highly recommend them if you want some peace from the mosquitos!

In 2013 my husband and I used A-Niks to install a screen for our garage. It still looks & operates well! It really controls the lovebugs, mosquitos & no-see-ums! We had a good experience, customer service was great. When we decided to get a screen in a different area, it was a no brainer! Nick came to give us a quote, he was professional & pleasant. We were intrigued to hear of their additional outdoor services.

I had bug misters and cool mist system installed on a property of a residential home in Fort Lauderdale. Huge mistake. If there is any problem with the system or even for bug refills you will wait weeks for service. They are out of Tampa so to get service in south Florida is a struggle. They make you feel as if youre an inconvenience and they are doing you a favor. Constant issues, which I wouldnt expect from a new system. I would second guess this option if you are outside of the Tampa area.

Retractable shade is great, but hopefully something doesnt go wrong with it because getting the service department to come out or even return a phone call is virtually impossible. But their sales division is quick to reply???
