Corey and his team did a fantastic job fabricating and installing an awning to extend the functional area of our lanai. It was a challenging design that also wrapped around a mitered glass corner window, and it turned out perfect. During installation they accidentally nicked a sliding door screen, but within 24 hours had it rescreened for us. Great customer service all the way around!

Great job by Tampa Bay Awnings. Had south facing windows that received direct sun in the winter. Made the room very hot. Tried window tinting with no result. Contacted TBA and they came out for the estimate right away and installed a short time later. The install was quick and they were good with the landscaping too :) They have many styles and dozens of colors and patterns to choose from. Big difference in the room temperature and I still have good visibility out the window. (The window on left was formerly covered with large bush that Eta destroyed, so now I can get the left window done as well!) Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Love our new shutters. Trying to find quality work and trustworthy is hard to come by in Florida. The owner, Corey is honest, fair, but most of all the product is top quality. The roll shade Tampa Bat Awning designed for me has eliminated the water that collected on my screened patio from blowing rain during storms. No more puddles and wet furniture. The shade is easy to use and attractive - so glad I did this!!

I called a competitor 4 times in 3 weeks just to get a call back and it only went downhill from there (every email too multiple days to answer)- and I was a repeat customer!I stopped by Tampa Bay Awning and talked w/ Corey. Since I was very familiar w/ retractable awnings- I had a lot of techy questions, dims the retracted unit would take up under my soffit, pitch, wind sensor, warranty, service after the sale, etc. Corey and his team could answer any question I threw out at them. I purchased a awning roughly 11 months ago and at first they were great to work with (maybe because they wanted my business). The awning is fairly big I would guess 18 ft long with 3 arms and I paid roughly 6,000.00. I have been using the awning more recently because of the summer heat and when I purchased the awning last August I had not moved into the house I was renovating till mid November and using the awning was not necessary. About a month ago I reached out to Tampa Bay shade regarding a clunking noise and adjusting one side. At first they said it would cost me 125.00 service fee and at first I argued but understood. Once they arrived I wanted to meet with them so I could learn how to adjust the awning myself in the future so I would not have to pay 125.00. They first found the noise it it was due to the fact that during install one side of the bracket holding the whole awning up was not tighten down. Then when it came to making the adjustment they asked if I have the tool to do so. I explained that the only thing left for me was the remote not even how to operate the thing. The service guy also I think the owner David did not have the tool and had to reschedule. After I had reached out and 2 failed attempts of them showing up they finally came out 2 and a half weeks later with the correct part. The made the adjustment and never charged me for the repairs. Now fast forward 3 weeks later TODAY..... the other side is now sagging the side that was never tighten down to begin with. I reached out with concern and was treated very nicely and with fast responses from my sales guy. Then a guy named Paul Beach reached out and told me he would be out to make the adjustment 2 days later. He just called and said that David the owner is on vacation and would only allow him to come out if I paid 125.00 service fee. I asked him to have David call me and he said he would not. I only write this because I see many other have giving great reviews but see they just recently posted them ....Do not be surprised when you call and need something and they screw you BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

When he came back to install our awnings and new signage the sign did not turn out as expected. However, he was quick to rectify the situation.
