I walked to the counter to purchase my items. The cashier was sitting in front of the counter and didn’t acknowledge I was there because he was on his phone. I waited a minute and then proceeded to get his attention. By saying “ Hello. I’m ready”. Then after I purchased my items. He threw me my receipt and didn’t say thank you or nothing. My first experience was very unprofessional and no customer service was given. I Will not be coming back here to shop.

The people at the store were very helpful. They did not have a few things i went there for. I would say its more of wig/hair supply store with a few other beauty items. And i was surprised but happy to see NYX makeup there, however they only had shades of foundation for darker skin which was very disappointing.

I called many stores searching for a specific hair. I called this store and a woman answered. I asked if they had this specific hair and she told me to hold while she went to check for the hair.She came back on the phone and said YES, we have it. I asked, not one, but TWO more times to make sure it was the correct hair. And she said Yes both times.I drive all the way there and when I get there I proceed to look for the hair myself but dont see it...so I asked for help, telling the woman that I am the one who called and that I didnt see the hair I was looking for. She goes down the aisles and does not find the hair. She then goes back behind the counter and sits down.Without saying anything.I was confused at that point...Im looking at her, she looking at me not saying anything. So I asked You dont have the hair? She says no.So I grabbed my phone and redialed the number just to make sure I was at the right Jlo..and long and behold, their phone rings...Her and the guy came up with a story saying it wasnt her that I spoke to and blah blah. I had literally JUST called....But all that to say, Worst customer service ever!! No explanation or sorry was given.

This location ROCKS! Sobe was a ROCKSTAR customer support agent! He helped with anything anybody needed and he did it with a smile. He even went over and beyond to help me. The store was CLEAN and thoughtfully organized! I definitely recommend getting your wig selection from here! Great prices but GREAT VARIETY! He has wigs for DAYS! This is a W for J LO’s Beauty?

Not happy with being over charged. Or with the customer service. It was obvious he didn’t want to be there and even more obvious he didn’t want to help. As a first time customer not a good impression. 🥴 I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

I drive across town just to go to J-Los ... its very hard to find a nice, preplucked, good quality wig that also has parting space. They are reasonably priced and have all the things u need to get dolled up.

Not happy how I was treated. I was told by the young lady that helped me with the wigs that the military discount was 10%. Once at the register the man spoke in his native tongue to another man once I asked for my military discount. After paying, I asked for my receipt. I was only given the receipt that shows the total. I asked again for the other receipt. Sure enough he had only given me 5% military discount then handed me some sanitizer and wipes and said sorry. They always trying to cheat you out of your money. I work at a hospital. I already have plenty of sanitizer and wipes...... Jerks!

Really great beauty supply. The store is so huge with everything in it. It has the most affordable items and the extra expensive needs. Great human hair that lasts. They always have what I need when I need. Great store hours also! Great location.

First time there. They got caught selling 10 inch hair advertised as 12 inch. How many other hustles are they pulling ?

Prices are pretty good and lots to choose from.

I shop at this store often. But today I can say I have received the worst customer service experience since they’ve been open. I stood in the store on isle 1 waiting for over 20 mins for the staff to finish helping other clients. After they were done they acted as if tho I did not exist and helped plenty of other customers even tho they came in the store after me. On top of this even upon entering the store I was greeted or acknowledged. How tf is this possible ? Even now as I write this staff has continued to walk pass me and did not assist me.

J-lo is ok. The young lady that was helping me with a wig was really nice. I didnt like that I had to wait to get my lashes.

This beauty supply store has good prices at times and provides good customer service, but Que Beauty Supply Store on Fletcher Avenue is excellent

Called to see if they have frontals. Of course they did, but declined to give me the price for the SPECIFIC one I inquired about! I am a hairdresser....I usually drive cross town to jlo beauty. I refuse to waste time and my money all because the staff is unprofessional! Why is is so complicated to give me a price over the phone??? Let’s be real we know you all cut deals for who you want, I wasn’t asking to cut no corners just to SIMPLY GIVE ME A PRICE‼️ No sweat my money is green and blue just like everyone else 🤷🏾‍♀️
