I have called the store a dozen times in a row trying to get someone on the phone and every time someone picks up they immediately hang up the phone without even saying hello! I would like to pick up my prescription when I come by not wait an hour and a half for it to be filled because yall wont answer the phone to take my insurance information!! 😡

Wow! The pharmacy at this Walgreens location is constitutionally incapable of filling a recurring prescription correctly. Every single time I have tried to refill my standing prescription for allergy and asthma medication, they have gotten it wrong. Im so frustrated at this point that I have just moved to a different Walgreens location. Be warned! If you want to spend extra time every time you try to fill a prescription, use this pharmacy. If you want it done correctly, go somewhere else.

My mom made a photo order and kept getting the run around for when it was expected to be done (we’ve been waiting a week now). Every single time we went, it was one excuse after another on what they didn’t have. Very unprofessional, acted as if we weren’t there and went off on their own conversation. NEVER order photos from here. I grew up with this walgreens and the staff (for photos with one woman probably being the manager) has never been as bad as it is now. Awful.

Dont waste your time with this place. The pharmacy is mismanaged to an absurd degree. I waited 30 minutes to get a T-dap vaccine after my scheduled appt only for them to tell me what they had was expired. Mind you I made the appointment a week ago. Dr. Franklin seemed aloof and overwhelmed.Avoid here if possible

Like other reviews, the phone wait times are abhorrent and someone is also using my email address for fraud at this store. they simply dont care!! Ive tried to call dozens of times!!!!

FarmacyTerrible costumer service we do two appointment for Covid-19 vaccine6pm and 6.15pm.We be there in time the guy say he only have 1 less .What about my time they really dont care in difficult time play with the people.Anyway we go to CVS Farmacy and in 10 minutes we have the vaccine..

Please refrain from shopping here and using their services. I scheduled two times in two different days to take a rapid COVID test and both were cancelled for no apparent reason and on the same day of my appointment. You are contributing to the spread of Covid 19 and putting everyone in your community in danger, as well as providing the worst customer service that I have seen by far. Shame on this location, the management, the team and anyone that works there and contributed to this lack of customer and community support, but worst of all shame on Walgreens, which is supposed to be a top of the line company and shopping experience. You’ve lost me as a customer and hopefully many more.

Not sure the girls name, but I’m here at 2:10 Nov 9th and came in to pic up my pics. The lazy girl working the register watched me walk to the photo pick-up, while she stood at the register with NO customers. She then proceeded to call Marco to the front of the store to pick-up a fed-ex package. He was confused as he saw me standing there. What is wrong with people?! Customer service is dead. Unreal.

I made an appointment 2 days in advance for a rapid covid test, I arrived for my appointment and was told that it was closed. The pharmacist told me it had been closed for a week and they ran out of supplies. Shut down your website and do not allow people to make appointments if you do not have supplies. This location is highly unprofessional and disorganized. I am appalled that I waited 2 days with an appointment to arrive there and be told I cant be tested.

All pharmacy staff are such a pleasure to work with. They are patient, educated and friendly. I love this pharmacy!

On 5-10-2019 My close friend placed a photo order at this location around 10am the website stated that it would be ready by 3pm. When she went to pick it up after 7pm. The poster was not ready.The cashier from the front register had to come and print it. Thats not the worst part. Once the image was finish printing they (the shift lead) didnt have any poster bags so it was rolled up and placed in a regular large Walgreens bag.This poster was an image of my friends mother who recently passed away and it was going to be used at her memorial service on 5/11/2019. When she took the poster out of the bag there was a lot of ink on the back and ink smudges on the front. There was no way we could display this poster for the service. This is unacceptable!The shift lead of all people should have known to redo the image b/c of all the wet ink that was on the back of the poster. Not only that...The poster that was paid for was a 20x30 when we tried to put it in a 20x30 frame the poster was A LOT smaller than the frame! Please do better!

Very Very, Very saden thats not like Walgreens representatives AT ALL.At this Walgreens at the corner of Nebraska Ave. & M L K Blvd., I called for information about a product in the store and to my surprise the Rudeness of this employee was very nasty.Unfortunately not knowing when I came into buy this product, shes working the register.No have a nice day, thank you for shopping at Walgreens, NOTHING.Who was this person? (Im glad you asked). Her name was Mawkita. At time frame of 9:30 to 9:40.Through out all the things going on in the world. This doesnt help AT ALL.If personnal issues are affecting your job dont bring them to the job. OR search for other employment where your in the back of the business not around customers.I know Walgreens has a waaaay better standard than this.

Another neighborhood staple. The store has been open in the community for over 40 years. The staff has turned over many times since. However it has always had customer friendly associates and is usually well stocked.

I dont know who the new manager is here but its changed alot..They let anyone walk in with out a mask.. Its not as clean as it used to be..

The hours clearly state 7am-10pm on the window. Black woman answered gave no explanation as to why they were still closed at 8am with people standing outside. This is ridiculous!

I only have experience using pharmacy here...but I use it a lot. Its hit or miss with the line, they seem to wait until the line is unreasonably long to bring someone out to the second register...even though you can see into the pharmacy and know there are extra people.

Very busy. Clean and usually well stocked. Fast, courteous staff. Store has two Redbox machines as well. Lots of panhandling outside but that goes with the neighborhood.

I go to several different Walgreens locations around town and Ive never had an issue but this specific Walgreens is absolutely horrendous. Customer service is non-existent, the entrance is littered with homeless people begging for money and the store itself is dirty and unkept

If you have the opportunity to use a different pharmacy then do it!!! Th people working in the pharmacy are incompetent. Ive been going here about 6 months now and they have never gotten my prescription correct, they also dont know how to answer a phone, the pharmacy will leave me on hold for extended periods of time and when they do answer they are very rude.

They are lucky Im giving a 1 star. Horrible horrible horrible!!! NEVER order a picture product from this location! Im beyond pissed! 2 WEEKS AGO I ordered my 2 year old a card board poster of a collage of all of her friends to put the the table for her birthday party. It was supposed to be done at 12:55, my husband went to pick it up at 6pm they said it wasnt ready and the printer was broken and they ordered a part. But never cared to call and inform me. So a week later I call to see whats going on and they said they havent come to fix it. Ok understandable its not your fault, but why no phone call? Ok, so then its a day before her party and I call because just a minute ago I received an email of my order being cancelled. Excuse me? Because I didnt cancel it and I DID NOT call and cancel. So I called AGAIN and they said it was still broken and so they just canceled my order. Thank you walgreens! Jason was the only one who seemed sorry and felt bad (I talked to him 3 different times) and the manager was nice BUT really cancelling my order without calling?! Not a happy costumer and I will NEVER use this location. First and last time.

Best Customer service ever, The store is very clean well organized & very well trained staff . They guided me with the coupon which they had online, Infact they gave me the product on price which I had misconceptiond, Appreciate thier Business . Thankyou team

This is one of the worst Walgreens I have ever been to and that’s the reason why I shop at CVS THE CASHIER SY THID STORE WITH THE CURLY HAIR IS ALWAYS RUDE AND ARROGANT AND EVERYTIME I ATTEMPT TO USE A VALID COUPON HE HAS A DIFFERENT RULE AND WHY I CANT USE THE COUPON I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THIS WALGREENS EVER AGAIN!!!!

Pharmacy is always busy but every time I go in there are only 2 pharmacy techs and wait time even if there are only a few people in line is over 1/2 hour drive thru is the same I have made complaints to managers and nothing seems to have been done. Also when u call in to talk to a person the last time I called in I was put on hold 48 min then they picked up said hold please and after a total wait time of 57 min I was disconnected it seems that they are working on the phone problem..I can only hope next time I go in I dont have to wait so long.

Customer service is bad... very bad... 30 min wait time is unacceptable just for a passport photo. while there were 5 employees on thr floor within steps and no effort was made to assist us. an associate by the name of kavin advised he was busy and we would have to ask someone else. we located a manager by thr name of mr. g. (aka andrew) who stated that since he got the call to help someone else first he would be with us when he was done. we advised our wait time and his response was what do you want me to do? i advised help us as we were there already waiting patiently. do not go here if you want customer service.

The pharmacy is a couple hundred feet from my house so Ive tried to stick with them. They literally mess up my prescription every month.

Slow understaffed

After waiting for someone to finally come to the photo center, there was no camera to provide a passport photo. Totally inconvenient!

I have never been to a pharmacy that had a staff so short handed who always seemed swamped every time I go in there, but always go above and beyond to help you out.
