I must say not only the selection is AWESOMENESS BUT the way they are taking the social distancing, the cleanliness of the store, and the promptness of service is most phenomenal during this time. The stores are jammed PACKED today but the store associates maintain proper Covid-19 protocol and continued to maintain VERY good customer service πŸ‘Œ πŸ‘ πŸ‘

I was looking for a specific product. There were customers making selections. I looked around until I saw three associates chatting in another the aisle. I asked for the product. They advised they didnt carry it. Disappointed I inquired further and conveyed Google showed that Sephora carried it. Then the response changed.. one associate said, yes, we do carry it, but at the store in International Plaza. The other associate chimed in..five minutes up the road( no heads up .. this is a stand alone store). I had twenty minutes to get there, before close. I dashed through stores..which way is Sephora?. I walked in and asked the associate where in the store I could find the product? He replied .. we dont carry it.

This store is the most unprofessional retail store I have ever stepped foot in! Not to mention that they have the rudest staff (Bettina (manager), Casey, and Dominique). The staff would rather socialize and gossip among themselves than help a paying customer. And, when addressed by another staff they became combative. Oh, and the manger (Nicole) thinks is appropriate to tell a customer that maybe this isnt the store for you to shop at. How about you hire yourself good people and do proper training?! Because, clearly this store cant find any good workers due to the turn around rate Ive seen.

My experience at Sephora is great. The appearance of store is always clean and great staff. Nicole is very professional, educated, patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. I highly recommend that Nicole receive recognition. This is my third time at this location and this environment is not like any other. It is important for customers to feel welcome Not only did I feel welcome. I felt more knowledgeable because Nicole explained why Sephora products work and how to apply. I love sephora but the employees at this specific location are super rude & don’t have very good knowledge about makeup shades. I was aware before I even came into Sephora what shade of the Anastasia brow pomade matches my hair and brows. As I was checking out the girl basically made a weird face and told me so rudely that the shade I had picked would in no way match my hair or brows and told me it was only for ebony girls. (I’m Italian & my hair is jet black) She reccomended a shade two shades lighter than the one I usually get & just kept insisting the shade I picked wouldn’t work for me. Now my eyebrows are noticeably way lighter than my hair and natural brows. It looks awful & I even had to get a new ID picture in which my brows look way lighter than my hair. 😫

Recently started experimenting with makeup outside of my daily routine, thought where else but Sephora to get makeup advice right? Right! I had the pleasure of working with Jessica. She was so sweet and patient with me, made me laugh the whole time.Defintely taught me a few tricks of the trade.One of the few times an associate anywhere has genuienely sold me, and made me feel confident in what I’m purchasing. Kind soul, she’s a keeper!!

After having a million miserable experiences at stand alone Sephoras I was kind of nervous to come in. I have been ill matched maybe 4 thousand times at the other Sephora stores so I thought that this one would be the same experience. Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After about 2 tries she perfectly matched my foundation to my face. I am now a return customer for Sephora now but only this location!

Thank you to the kind jcpenny employee who tried to help me out at closing time for a simple face wash! Wish the girls at Sephora could have been more helpful. I guess I will stick with international mall for Sephora needs. Super disappointed.

Disgusted with the employee Jessica. She is the reason I will no longer shop at this Sephora. Which is really sad because this one is closer to my house. The reason being is Jessica was really rude to me and a few other customers in front of me. She kept forcing us into applying for a credit card. She first told me it was a rewards card and that Ill get 30% off my order. I thought it was to good to be true so I started to apply then it asked for my social, and I asked her again if she is sure this is a rewards card and she says YES JUST DO IT BEFORE THE SCREEN GOES AWAY the associate next to her tells Jessica dont lie to the customer its not a rewards card. So I tell Jessica to continue my order without the card because I was already upset that I was lied to. Then she has the nerve to tell me It wont hurt your credit and I will no longer give you 30% youll regret it mam Clearly she has no idea what a hard inquiry does on someones credit. Very incompetent associate not sure where shes heading with her life being rude to people and lying to customers this Sephora should retrain her or something. SAD!!!

Just left the store, awful customer service, lack of product knowledge. I was told an item was discontinued and not available online. I just checked online and it is available. I was also looking for a pencil form concealer and the lady did not even know what brands to suggest. Not shopping there again.
