I had a really great experience yesterday. I had been searching around all day at different stores, trying to stay within a certain budget. Its near impossible to find a place that has every Purple mattress on display. I came to Citrus Park to just look at the Purple4 since you can usually only see them online. The gentleman that assisted our needs name was Robert He was an absolutely above and beyond extraordinary individual. He painstakingly took the time as if it was for his own family member or himself. He was very personable and professional at the same time. I cannot say enough about how impressive this gentleman was. Even when I thought all was lost he was positive and assured. My husband and I went in on a Saturday to look at the Purple Mattresses and spoke with sales associate Aili Arimas who was absolutely WONDERFUL!! We had a 2nd warranty return with our Beautyrest Jennings Black Hybrid and wanted to go with a different mattress. Aili explained the features of the Purple Mattress and how it was designed to help side sleepers and assist in relieving pressure points and people with back issues like myself. After trying all of the other available mattresses, we went with the Purple 4. Aili had our delivery scheduled for the NEXT MORNING!! Delivery went extremely smooth and we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the Purple 4 Mattress and our sales associate Aili was the BEST!! We cannot thank her enough for all of her help, patience, and knowledge in helping us with our decision.

I purchased a Serta Palm Plus Queen Mattress from your sales individual Andre Witherell on Aug 18/2018. I had explored and visited many mattress stores in the Tampa area as well as online but must say Andrew sold me the mattress I wanted. I had an idea of the name and brand mattress I wanted when I entered plus a price range. Andrew was very knowledgeable and thorough. I spent about half hour discussing various mattresses and the pros and cons. Not once did he try to hard sale me or pressure me and was most patient with my many questions. The mattress was delivered in 2 days on time in the 2 hour time slot discussed. From our conversation he did state he was moving to the Carollwood office the next day to become manager and provided his number if I needed any follow up or problems with my mattress. It is easy to complain all the time about service. It takes a little effort and courtesy to acknowledge someone who did superior service. You have a great employee. Thanks for the help!!

Well I’ve been wanting upgrade on the body. And since I have beds and memory pillows. It was time so been drivin by for few weeks noticing sign. Finally pulled in and Andrew was on point and friendly and great to work with. We chit chat on business on both sides Discuss CV19. The store was on point with codes. Made the deal told andy I’ll be bac.

Robert I believe was the salesman assisting us. We let him know our price range as soon as we came in and he kept pushing us to look at mattress WAY above that. After asking 3 plus times to look at other mattresses and refusing to try the expensive ones he kept pushing on us, he took us to view what we had asked for and immediately acted as if he didnt care about us anymore, even went to go sit down at his desk and leave us. You could tell that the other staff knew how rude he was being and how he was ignoring our needs as they even made a comment about us probably not returning. Which was 100% accurate. Id give no stars if I could, but the other staff was friendly and could tell how terrible he was doing. We went to the location off North Dale Mabry and immediately made a purchase same day. I suggest going to that location and seeing Antonio, he was AMAZING.

He didnt try to sell us just any ole mattress, he got to know us by asking questions about our sleeping habits to help us narrow it down especially because we have different opinions when it comes to our mattress. When we went online, we saw the mattress being sold for less than what we paid. There was a “flash sale”. We went back to the store and Robert happily refunded the difference.

I walked in with low expectation, walk out with an outstanding experience. Aaron was awesome, his focus was on helping us, constantly asking questions, getting to know our sleeping habits, likes and dislikes, if we had any had neck or back injuries. Patiently waiting while we tried mattress after mattress, we never felt like he was in a hurry trying to sell a mattress; he did everything in his power to get us the best deal available, this process went on for two days. He never lost his cool, always at our disposal, treated our kids with kindness and respect, cant say enough. If you decide to visit this store ask for Aaron, you wont be disappointed.

My visit was great and the sales associates were very helpful but I was very disappointed because the website and stores are not in sync I was trying to buy a king bed frame that the website said was in stock at this store and to dismay it wasnt in stock I am very uspet over this I have a broken bedframe and no replacement and cant get a new one for a week to ten days disappointing 😒
