He did excellent job. But giving 3 starts because it’s so hard to in touch for for free touch up. Feel like he doesn’t care.

People, please stay away from this guy. Remember, you get wha you pay for. This guy destroyed my brother in laws arm, he tattooed a big black cloud. There are multiple talented artists in Tampa, yes pricey but good. This guy does not know how to run lines, shadow nor color. Do your homework people, this guy needs to be stopped from “ tattooing “.
