George was amazing at explaining everything to us prior to getting my 5 month granddaughters ears pierced. He also did a great job at the piercing. They look so adorable on her. I think she has forgiven George already. 😂 Thank you.

They sell real good chains go cop off them if you want jewelry I bought a 10k gold chain with a cross with Jesus on it for a good price with financing which was awesome I’ll definitely buy some more jewelry from them in the future

Got my ears recently repierced @ this location. the kiosk was terribly busy, but Megan made sure to help me out with time to spare + juggled customers amazingly !! she was awesome, educated me on after care for my piercings, made suggestions on what I should use to clean my piercings, and helped me pick out the earrings i should buy/wear.i just went back today to exchange a pair of earrings i got at a different location that were way too small for my ears, + she immediately recognized the earrings + showed me the same earrings in a larger size !! the entire process was super painless + megan is just the best. i dont know the other names of the staff, but they were also super nice 💕 highly recommend
