Amazing serving! Not sure about the comments on here. To me, they are way off.First off, I walked in on a Monday (never been here before) needing an alterations to be done by Thursday morning. They were able to accommodate me and had everything done by Wednesday morning. Secondly, I had a prior issue with my suit coat that they took care of. Then thirdly, they offer me coupons for discounts on my next visit.Hands down, one of the best cleaners I have visited and definitely will return with my business.

Took in a pair of shorts and skirt to get hemmed. They could not give me a price at the time and said theyd call with a price. Never received a call and when we went to pick up they stated it was $45. Alterations were good but WAY overpriced.

I had several suit jackets and suit sets I needed dry cleaned after several months of wear. Also needed two ties cleaned. The suits were all cleaned wonderfully and actually felt SO MUCH lighter than before I dropped them off. Service for that many items was quick and they were going to deliver it - however I picked it up because I needed them for work. Overall great service.

We love Lapels. They do a great job with cleaning and also have excellent customer service. I also love that they use an environmentally friendly cleaning process instead of toxic chemicals. Ive also used them for several alterations, which were all done with great quality. Highly recommend!

The best dry cleaners in the area, environmentally friendly, they have 2 locations, excellent quality and service. I have tried a few cleaners in the area and I’m so happy I found Lapels. Their facility is on location, they don’t send it out like other places.

I have had my shirts laundered at Lapels several times over the last month or so. The staff are always attentive and quick, they ask the questions you dont think to ask and the quality of the cleaning of my shirts is A+. They have been perfect and always completed as promised.

I find them to be extremely expensive. Blouse looks nice but I think $11 is high.

This was my first time and last going to this place.I took a pair of casual sneakers to glue the sole. The problem was only in one shoe but the gentleman who helped me said that when it happen to one it will happen to the other one as well. That was better to do both. Later on I got a call telling me the price was going to be $12.00. I said if that was for both to ok and do it otherwise I don’t want to do any.When I went to pick them up I was charged $27.13.According to the lady that helped me that day, it was $12 per shoe. I explained to her that I didn’t want them done if the price was not for both and I indicated that ti the other guy but she didn’t seem to care. They only glue the sole that was coming off to the shoe. That is way overpriced. I will never recommend Lapels of Tampa.

I send all my dry cleaning here and have for about 5 years. They are pleasant to work with and extremely customer service oriented.

Went here to get patches sewn unto my Denim Vest, their service was top notch and even fulfilled a special request in keeping pocket open. Said pocket had better stitching than it had before. I can recommend this place for their top tier services.

Ive been Lapels customer for a year. They always provide an impeccable customer service. From the moment you request to pick up the laundry to the moment they send you emails and texts, telling you that the service is ready. I have never had a situation that I did not like, It feels like sending your most expensive cloth to people that actually cares.My best experience so far was 2 weeks ago, when by accident I spilled a whole cup of black coffee on my new shirt and tie, and it was a white shirt while I was in my desk. I called them immediately, their delivery service picked up the shirt and tie and it was like new the next day. Amazing service... I am including pics with the proof, before and after.

I sent a dress and a blouse for dry cleaning and I wish I could post picture to show damage on dress. When i asked about damage, the lady said it s not a new dress??? Yes, it s not brand new but it is seldom used and it is damaged now. Then she said it must have been a deodorant. Really? on the neck??? They just offered $5 off on next cleaning. Seriously? I paid their $25 charge, and i left. First time and last time i m going to use them.

I love the convenient pickup and drop off service that they offer! when I called the office to set it up they said they pick up on Tuesdays and drop off on Fridays. All of a sudden a man was at my house on Monday ready to pick it up and said it would be returned on Thursday. There seems to be a little bit of a disconnect between the delivery drivers and the main office. Today when I opened up the comforter it does seem like it was cleaned but it doesnt exactly smell fresh and amazing, more like its been in a bag for weeks! I wish it was a little fresher when I got it back! But it is a pretty convenient service!

Very great work that was done. I have a Harry Potter Robe that needed cleaning and the buttons repaired, as well as Uggs that looked ruined because of snow and salt from up north. They did an amazing job with both items.. it was a bit on the pricey side, a little more than $100, but I have never had anything dry cleaned before so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

It is not worth the cost. Dropping off a couple of dresses, sport coats and slacks - 12 pieces total for dry cleaning shouldnt cost half of a car note. Not exaggerating. Prices are actively listed which should have been a red flag for me. Shame on me. Ill be buying a 4 pack of starch from Costco and pressing my own pants.

Dropped off clothes (3 shirts, 1 pair of pants, and a tie) at 9:30am Friday. Was asked when I need them done by. I said Monday would be good. I was told that would work and that if I drop off before 9am in the future I can pick up same day, everyday, even Saturday. If that were true, my clothes should be ready by end of day Saturday, right? Well, I show up Monday morning and am told clothes wont be ready until the end of the day. Cool, that makes no sense, wish you wouldve told me that Friday, but whatever. Then, Monday afternoon, I get a call saying my shirts are ready but, oops, we forgot to do your pants, theyll be ready tomorrow. Due to scheduling I want able to pickup until later in the week, after I needed some of the clothes.Moral of the story, I cant trust my clothes to be done on time here. Clothes came out ok, clean, a couple wrinkles and prices are ok ($23 for what I had cleaned). Im going to try some other local places.

First time ever going to a dry cleaner and they ruin the only dress I had to wear for a very important Gala the next night. My dress has a jeweled broach at the top (focal point, pictured). I brought the dress in with one jewel missing which I already picked up stuff at Michael’s to fix that one. I pickup the dress on Friday and aside from that one missing, 5 others are missing, one of the bigger more noticeable jewels is 1/3 chipped and falling out, and the rest of the larger jewels are all scratched. I didn’t realize it until I went to fix that one jewel. Went back to the dry cleaners, the manager says she inspected my dress personally and it only had that initial one jewel missing. So I show her the dress now and she has no sympathy whatsoever. I spent $32 to have it cleaned and she offered $10. It costs more than that to fix it myself, let alone take up my time and probably not look too great. I refused and said I at least need $20. After arguing for 30 mins she finally says okay to the $20. She goes to the register and attempts to do a refund for another 15 mins which doesn’t work. I told her as the manager she should be able to override the system. She said she can’t. So I told her to call the owner to ask and she wouldn’t. She finally offered me the only $16 she had on her personally, which I took. I’m so furious. As the manager, I think you’d have a little more empathy and better customer service than to argue as if they did nothing wrong when she clearly told me it was fine when they received the dress. The worst part is, I chose that place because they had a 4.7 rating on google. The picture doesnt even do it justice. By the time I remembered to take this picture I had already replaced two of the jewels. You cant see in this picture but all of the large ones are scratched up, several of the smaller ones are missing and that big one towards the bottom is chipped and falling out. I shouldve also tried it on because I also didnt realize until I got to my Gala that there was a rip in the back by the butt which was also not there when I dropped it off at the dry cleaners. Definitely dont think it was a coincidence.I will NEVER come back to this place and honestly its made me not want to go to another dry cleaner EVER. If they can ruin a $200+ dress without a care, Id probably be better off cleaning it myself.

It’s refreshing to know excellent customer service still exist in today’s climate. The team knows me on a first name basis upon arrival and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I have been using this location for Over 2 years and do not have a single complaint. Easy pick up and delivery or a drop chute for overnight drop off.

Exceptional service! The clothing, bedding, and table linens are all cleaned without chemicals, pressed, and all very quickly. The personnel are friendly and efficient! I have moved about 10 miles away but still have all my dry cleaning done here. Can’t be beat!

With on site service, they deliver great results no matter the color and are even great with delicate items. Lapels charges a ridiculously high amount (double what any other dry cleaner will charge you in the Tampa area), and beware they will charge you more and not even call you to tell you that they are charging more before they work on your clothes. The lady at the counter said, Oh we charged you more because your shirts wouldnt fit on our machine, mind you I have normal medium sized shirts and have been to dry cleaners 1000 times and never heard a ridiculous excuse like that.

I dropped off a suit and bridesmaid dress, no blemishes or stains, just a fresh clean before a wedding. They asked for 5 days, pickup after 5pm on Monday. The suit was done but not the dress, and they needed more time! Thank goodness I got this done weeks before the wedding. They offered no apologies and shrugged me off. Very rude. I will never use them again and I would never recommend them. Too many other places to try within a 5-10 mile radius, anyway.

This is my first and last time I will use this dry cleaner. I was charged $75 for 10 pieces. They claimed that all of my items were stained and charged me extra. These are clothes I wear for business and I have never been charged more than $40 for 10 items. I also, have never been charged extra for getting minor stains cleaned! We arent talking about tomato sauce or grease here! Isnt that what a dry cleaner is supposed to do? Do not go here, Unless you want to get ripped off!!!

This place apparently offers Military Discounts. But will not accept a valid Military ID of any sort. You apparently only need to go in wearing a Military Uniform, so anyone who goes to a thrift store can purchase a uniform and get a discount here. Its appalling. I didnt serve to get berated by these people, telling me my ID is fake.

I had a difficult silk and leather Chanel dress, and Lapels in New Tampa cleaned is perfectly. I was worried Id need to have it done in LA or NY. I would recommend your most precious clothing to Lapels.
