The White Closet Bridal Company created the perfect environment for wedding dress shopping. Everyone, especially Sarah, was friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to find dresses that matched what I described. It was also a relief that there wasn’t a lot of pressure. I loved the first dress I tried on but it was my first experience trying on dresses so I didn’t buy it that day. She followed up to check on my decision because I had mentioned I was torn when leaving. It was helpful, not demanding or high pressure. I ended up purchasing my favorite dress and I’m looking forward to wearing it on the first day of our married life!

Absolutely LOVED White Closet Bridal! I worked with Ashley August 2021 and she was so sweet. When I arrived she had multiple dresses already pulled so that I could get an idea of what style dresses I like. Her and I shopped the store and narrowed it down to 2 dresses. She was very accommodating in scheduling my VIP appointment to decide which of the 2 dresses were the one! They have alterations on site and I will go back 6-8 weeks prior to my wedding for 2 fitting appointments. Loved working with everyone at White Closet Bridal and would 10/10 recommend them again.Side note: Ashley did amazing balancing my wants vs my family wants.

Upon arriving at The White Closet I had so many emotions including excitement, uncertainty, and nerves. I had never looked at dresses before but when I found this adorable boutique online I had a good feeling. I walked into my appointment I was so sweetly greeted by Sarah who directed me to my area for the day. I had no idea what to expect or even what I was looking for. When asked how I would feel if I found my dress I thought based on lot knowing even what I want how could that be possible! Well after spending time with Sarah and trying on different styles and talking through everything I liked, disliked, felt comfortable in or uncomfortable in, that was it I had found what I didn’t even know I was looking for. Sarah was so patient and thoughtful in trying to pull things for me that she felt I would truly love. I never thought on that day I would walk out with my dress and I couldn’t be more excited. I highly recommend visiting the shop and ask for Sarah!

Ashley made finding my dress a great stress free experience. She had a lot of patience as I tried on a lot of different dresses to find the perfect one. She knew exactly what to pull for me to try. The biggest thing I appreciated the most is that she stayed within my budget. The dress I chose is absolutely stunning and looks way more expensive than it was. The girls at White Closet were so helpful and kind when it came to picking out my dream dress. My experience at The White Closet Bridal was truly a dream! After scheduling an appointment, I was contacted to set up a phone call with my bridal specialist, Jamie. She asked me questions about my fiancé, our wedding, and what style of dresses I was looking for. I think it was very thoughtful of them to ask all of these questions and really get to know me beforehand. I had been to a previous bridal store before coming here where they didn’t ask any of these things and just started bringing me random dresses to try on, it was just not as personal and I ultimately tried on a bunch of dresses I didn’t like. When I first got to the White Closet Bridal, Jamie had already pulled some dresses I showed her that I wanted to try on and she was super prepared for my appointment. She helped me find the perfect wedding dress and was nothing but kind, courteous, and helpful even with me being very picky and indecisive. We got to pop champagne and take pictures once I found my dream dress and I received a cute little bridal box. All in all, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this store to other brides. :)

Wow. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Jamie and White Closet Bridal engaged immediately and prepared for my appointment by calling to check in and gathering pictures and inspiration. My family and I felt so welcome even before we walked in the front door and then the most fun part, the appointment! Coming from someone who doesnt like shopping or being the center of attention, Jamie helped me feel not only comfortable but excited to try on the dresses and share the experience with my family. I cannot recommend this place enough! First impressions are important and, the second you walk in the door, The While Closet makes a great one. The shop itself has a wonderful aesthetic with lots of natural light coming in and you can quickly see that they have a wide selection. I had the pleasure of having Jaime help me the day I visited and she is AMAZING! She made me and my party feel welcome and did an great job of listening to my vision, making me feel comfortable and confident, and pulled some great selections. I am so thankful I chose to try on wedding gowns from the White Closet Bridal! I cannot recommend this shop enough! I was very nervous for my appointment, I explained to my stylist, Ashley, during a phone consult prior to my appointment that I worked at a bridal shop for a few years prior, and I was worried I wouldn’t feel like a bride because I would be in a “work mode” state while trying on gowns. She assured me we would have a great time, she would do all the work, and help me feel comfortable and like a bride. I chose to have a VIP appointment with my family for the full experience and I’m so glad I did. It was an intimate experience in the shop with refreshing mimosas, the cutest and tastiest little cakes to snack on, they even had another stylist there who kept my family served while I was trying on gowns… it felt like a bridal shower at my bridal appointment, it truly is “all about you!” My stylist Ashley listened to the different details I liked about the gowns I was trying on and each dress got closer and closer until I officially said YES! We even accessorized while I was there and she paired me with a veil that highlighted a key point in a different wedding dress I loved to tie it all together for my big day. The VIP all about you appointment is filled with so many tear jerking surprises, you are not going to want to skip out on this special moment of your wedding planning process!

As a plus size woman I was initially very nervous to go wedding dress shopping but all that melted away from the first conversation with Ashley at White Closet. This was the second bridal store I went to and at first I was somewhat unsure how it was going to go. I had just gone to a beautiful bridal shop earlier in the week and tried on over 20 dresses with no luck. When I arrived at this place, I was somewhat unsure what I would find. The bridal shop looks somewhat small from the outside, but when you walk in, it is so light, bright and beautiful. I was greeted by my stylist and we went right away to our area. She asked me a little about me and what I had in mind for a dress and I have to say she completely blew it out of the park. she gave me what I wanted and more. I believe I only tried on about 5 dresses and I knew I had the one. The stylist was very good at what she did and made it the best experience. She even added the long veil I wanted and jewelry to complete the look. I said yes to the dress and I am so happy I did. They had a great selection of dresses and at a great price range. Look forward to picking up my dress soon!

In a spur of the moment decision after spying on their Instagram for weeks + having zero luck dress shopping in Orlando, we drove down to Tampa to check out their sample sale. This was the third or fourth place I had been to looking for a wedding dress and I truly wanted to find something before my mother and grandmother headed back to my hometown. Allison was an absolute gem and made my wedding dress shopping experience everything I could have hoped for it to be. I was rather nervous/anxious to try on dresses, but she helped put me at ease with her poise and professionalism. I did not expect to find my dress at the first appointment that I went to. I knew roughly what I was looking for, but didnt have a specific designer in mind. I fell in love with two dresses at The White Closet (both Madi Lane), but I wasnt ready to make a decision. I went to two other bridal stores, but I kept thinking about one of the dresses I tried on at The White Closet. I went back to try it on again and I knew it was my dress!When you say, Yes to the dress they give you a Wifey t-shirt and gift box with some wedding vendor coupons and freebies. You also get a glass of bubbly, but it was very sweet and served in a plastic flute. While I appreciate the thoughtfulness, it didnt add positively to the experience. That would be my ONLY suggestion for improvement.Alison was great — very genuine. She was helpful without ever being pushy. She was also super patient — I was late to my first appt, but she let us stay much later than I was scheduled for. Thank you for a great experience and the beautiful dress! I cant wait to wear it.

ALLISON WAS AWESOME, SHE TOOK US AT THE LAST PART OF THE DAY AND GAVE FULL ATTENTION TO OUR NEEDS. MY DAUGHTER WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND FELT SHE WENT BEYOND HER EXPECTATIONS TO HELP HER FIND HER DRESS. SHE ALSO STAYED A LITTLE AFTER CLOSING AND DIDNT MAKE US FEEL PRESSURED, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ALL!!!

My experience at The White Closet Bridal was amazing! I was contacted multiple times in order for the team to pull dresses that fit what I loved before the appointment. They did an amazing job at pulling dresses within my budget that were absolutely stunning! The quality of each dress I tried on was amazing. They also have a huge variety of plus size options to try on which was great. The atmosphere was classy and very clean and the seating for my guests was very comfortable. I could not have asked for a better experience. Planning a wedding can be stressful enough, but trying to do it during a pandemic is even more so. I was expecting to have a large group go with me to the dress try-on, but they had to limit it to 3 guests, and we were required to wear masks. I decided to just bring my mom, and though it was not the day I planned, I wouldn’t have changed anything about it. The store was a little tough to find but it is beautiful inside. They have an amazing selection of dresses and accessories. All of the staff were super sweet. Sarah was an absolute angel. She helped us with mimosas and made sure my mom had tissues. She asked questions about my wedding vision, and gave great suggestions. She was very patient and understanding. I can hardly pick out a nail color so I’m not quick to making decisions, but she helped me pick out THE dress! It was a very special day my mom and I will cherish for the rest of our lives, and we have the White Closet Bridal to thank for it.

I bought my dream dress from here yesterday after looking at 4 stores, doing 4 months of searching and having an even longer endeavor on pinterest! I am very particular and they were able to make me a White Closet Bride. I Genuinely walked into the store not thinking that I would actually find my dress but they have such beautiful dresses to choose from. And even further, they have absolutely phenomenal customer service. I didn’t feel like I was pressured into anything or like I was being sold anything, I just felt like I was visiting a friend who happened to have exactly what I wanted. They really get to know you and your style and they answered every single one of my 500 questions. This was my first stop on Saturday and I wish I committed during my first appointment. I came back in today (Monday) to finalize everything. I felt 100% safe during my appointments as well, which was very important to me.

Allison was AMAZING and even endedputting me in a dress that was something outside my vision that I ended up falling IN LOVE with and saying yes to! I can’t recommend this shop enough! The White Closet Bridal store was the 4th Boutique shop I had been to and I was becoming exhausted with the process. My sister had done some research and said we should give them a try. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by friendly associates. My appointment was with Kathy who was very welcoming and warm. I knew right away she wasnt going to pressure me into anything that day. She listened to all of my wants/needs and asked if I was open to trying styles other than what I had been. At this point, I was definitely open and thank god I was. After I tried on about 8 beautiful dresses including a brand new ballgown they had just got in (just for fun) she brought me a beautiful Justin Alexander gown that was just stunning. The cut fit me perfectly and the design of the lace was gorgeous. I really loved the dress but I wasnt ready to make the purchase that day. I wanted my Aunt to see it first. Kathy was more than okay with that which I greatly appreciated. Everyone else was basically telling me I needed to order that day. My aunt ended up flying in two weeks later and we bought the dress/veil and had a little toast with my bridesmaids who came along just for fun. The other associates that work with Kathy were wonderful as well. Its laid back but lots of options and lots of price ranges. Something for everyone!

I loved my experience at TWC! This was the second shop that I went to and I knew it was going to be a great experience once I walked through the door. I was a few minutes late because my GPS took me to their old location, but they were so sweet and understanding so my anxiety immediately went away! Allison greeted me at the door and we went back into the salon and she asked me several questions about me wedding and the overall feel. She was able to pull a few dresses and we went to work! I probably tried on 3 dresses before trying on “the one”! She added the veil and I just knew! I did have another appointment in the area and I wanted to be sure that I finished all of the appointments I made, they totally understood and said if I wanted to come back I was more than welcome to, just to head back over. I went back later on in the day and they let me try on the dress one more time and did the whole “say yes to the dress” experience for me! They popped some rose and gave me an adorable “wifey” shirt! Overall, it was my favorite experience out of all of the boutiques I went to and they have a great selection! They are also very inclusive with their sizing as well, I am a size 22 in wedding dress terms and they had more than enough options for me, and the dress I chose is just as unique as anything else that anyone else would try on, and that’s what I loved the most! The White Closet Bridal Company is the best place in the Tampa area to find your wedding gown! I had been to several stores with no luck, and/or poor customer service. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you and make you feel valued. For example, I had found a dress I really liked online, and the staff were able to order it for me and I just paid shipping. No other store in Tampa was able to do that for me, believe it or not. They were timely, respectful, and kind. My dress is stunning and exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience here! Highly recommend for your special day 👰😊

I bought my wedding dress here and got married November 2019. This bridal shop is absolutely amazing. I had been to a couple shops before hand and I felt like just another bride, when I walked into White Closet Bridal I felt instantly welcomed and there is such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I worked with Sara mostly and she made me feel like a princess, She truly listens and is extremely attentive. She helped me find the perfect dress! Whenever I went into the salon everyone I met knew me and my mom by first name and as time went on we were greeted with hugs after fittings. They truly are the most wonderful group of women and I do not think you will find a better bridal dress shop. I cannot say enough wonderful things and I am beyond thankful I purchased my dress from them!

Without a doubt the best bridal experience Ive had so far! The White Closet Bridal was extremely welcoming and is great atmosphere to try dresses on especially when Im already self conscious as it is. For my appointment, i worked with Cindy- the owner. She listened to me and my style and brought me some absolutely stunning dresses to try on during my appointment. Today, i said yes to the dress! I drove up to The White Closet Bridal from Lee county and it was well worth the trip for me! I had a specific designer and styles in mind that they carried. l left that same trip with a beautiful sample dress that fit perfectly. Sarah was extremely helpful and kind to my family and I. I’ve been to about 15 bridal stores trying to find my gown. Unfortunately either they didn’t have enough in my size or the consultant just didn’t understand or want to understand what I was looking for. I had dealt with so many sour attitudes. BUT! When I had arrived here I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. There were so many dresses to choose from and the consultant was wonderful! With my lack of words to try to explain what I wanted she was able to help me find my perfect dress. My sister had also found her perfect dress from here a year previously! This is the #1 bridal salon in the Tampa Bay Area!!! Make this your first and only stop ladies!!!

The second you walk into the shop your senses are greeted with a comforting/home like smell and their dresses are organized so well. Brittany’s attention to detail made every dress you tried on feel great, because she took the time to help you envision each dress with alterations if something was missing that didn’t make you feel the dress was the one. Before ever showing my party what a dress looked like she would make sure the dress laid perfect on me and then say “are you ready” and push back the curtain. That was awesome every time!! The store and it’s staff are a must stop shop on the journey to find your dress.

I had the absolute best experience at The White Closet! They had me fill out a questionnaire before my appointment and link my Pinterest board. The other bridal shops I visited did this as well, but what made The White Closet different is that they actually reviewed my questionnaire prior to my appointment. I felt like they knew me from the second I walked through the door!TWC was my third and final appointment of the day. At my first appointment, I tried on a fit to flare dress similar to that of most of the inspiration pictures on my Pinterest but I didn’t like the way it looked on me. I gave up on the fit to flare and started trying all A line dresses at my next two appointments. I liked them, but I didn’t get the gut feeling that you get when you find THE dress.I showed the pictures of the dresses I had been trying on earlier that day to Amber and Allison. They pulled some dresses that they thought I would like and a fitted dress like my Pinterest inspirations. I was nervous trying the fitted dress on again because I was so discouraged from the one at my first appointment, but I am so glad I did! This dress was absolutely perfect and I felt so beautiful and confident in it. I got that gut feeling that I didn’t think I was going to have and said yes to the dress on the spot! Thank you so much Amber and Allison for being so patient, sweet, encouraging, supportive, and knowledgeable. I’m so happy to be a White Closet bride!!

Had my first ever bridal appointment to find my wedding dress. Before my appointment I was sent confirmation texts with a link to a google form where I could share more information about my wedding so that the team would be prepared when I arrived. Cindy was very well organized and had all my information ready.There are several sections of the shop with dress platforms and modesty curtains that are pulled around while you are trying on your dresses. Each dressing area had a couch and some chairs for your entourage to view your dresses and give their feedback.Cindy quickly helped me recognize which dress styles I preferred by pulling several different dresses near my size. Being borderline plus size I was worried about available samples, but this was not a problem as they had a great selection! I also prefer no lace, which seems to be against the current trend but again this was no issue.I was considering two options, and there was no pressure for me to buy during my appointment. I left in under an hour to contemplate my choices, and ultimately went back the same day to get measured and to purchase.The purchase process was simple and quick, with only a few measurements taken and an invoice drafted. They also offer additional services including insurance, storage, preservation, etc. all at a reasonable price. They are pretty accommodating when it comes to payment and are understanding that this is a big purchase. I was able to put 60% down on the day of, and the rest in 30 days.Since my purchase I have gotten several email follow ups with my receipt, confirmation of my dress order, and more details on what to expect once my dress comes in. They also offer in-house alterations which is very convenient.Overall, the experience has been great and communication has been wonderful! I would recommend this local boutique to any of my family or friends that are getting married.

I would highly recommend TWC! I had the best experience and it was just so easy to enjoy picking out my dress. Before hand asked about my style so when I go there they had dresses for me. I was so surprised how they got my style right to the T. Their price ranges are so affordable for such beautiful dresses! You can go wrong with going here!
