My contractor sent me to ProSource to look at flooring for a whole house renovation. I had the pleasure of working with Diana G. She was so helpful. She got a sense of my style and before I knew it, most of the materials for the whole house was chosen. I have never seen such a huge selection of tile and flooring. Extremely unprofessional can’t ever get ahold of anybody the lady at the desk was extremely rude this whole organization is a wreck complete joke I’ll never spend another dollar with them or ever talk good in there name been waiting weeks for tile that should not of took that long not to mention 4 boxes of tile were totally destroyed!!!!

Always a pleasure with their super friendly smiling staff thats always happy to see anyone enter the door, fresh coffee all day, clean bathrooms, huge showroom open to the public chocked full of endless tile, laminate, hardwoods, carpet and baseboards.. its not just flooring they also have custom cabinets and vanities.. warehouse directly across the street for easy pick up with friendly helpful people happy to load us up every time .. we look forward to our visits here 🙂

Jim T, our sales associate in knowledgeable, helpful, detailed oriented, and has the patience of a saint! Their section is better than anywhere else in the area with good prices. They are helpful on design ideas and let me repeat patient with me as I changed my mind many times! I enjoy working with these guys. They are great!

ProSource of Tampa - Excellent customers service. Warehouse loading staff were helpful, courteous and lent a hand with the loading - rare to find people like him these days. Wood flooring product was beautiful.So what is the problem.........My contractor over ordered several boxes of wood flooring and ProSource wouldnt accept a return costing me a fair amount of money........wood flooring isnt cheap. This I found to be unacceptable as wood flooring companies I have dealt with in the past always accepted returns. Be CAREFUL when you make your purchases here and ask about the RETURN POLICY before you make your purchase.

Cyndi and the whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They are patient with all my questions and helped me to choose beautiful options for the complete remodel of my daughters bathroom and now our master bathroom. Cyndi was very helpful in coming up with a creative way to fix a tile situation that was created when we removed our old master bathroom vanity and there were spots with no tile. She suggested creating a tile rug so we could keep our existing tile and add the new looking as a design piece that was always intended to be that way. Highly recommend Pro Source!

ProSource is the go-to place in the Tampa Bay area for carpeting. Period!ProSource employs industry professionals that will happily assist, guide and make recommendations based on your specific needs. Our project was to rip and replace 1,300 sq. ft. of aged carpeting and padding. With the fantastic help and assistance of Stephen Lafosse we were able to find what we needed within our budget. We really love what we found. We were also able to find a top-quality installer through ProSource.The job was completed yesterday, and we are thrilled with the results. 200% customer satisfaction! The carpet looks and feels great and the installation was perfect and ahead of schedule. All the people involved have made a positive difference. It all began with Stephen.Prior to finding ProSource we spent time searching at the usual places, Home Depot, Lowes and a few others. The lack of significant industry experience, people skills and lack of professionalism at those places was exquisitely apparent. Everyone claims to be number one and of course they aren’t. ProSource is number 1 for real which is the reason we brought our business to them.

I was absolutely impressed with the selections, but more importantly the customer service from Jim Yallaly was above and beyond. He is incredibly patient, explains things well and even called my contractor when I was having difficulties. I cant thank him enough for being so thorough and thoughtful. ProSource has great prices, better than homedepo anytime! They had their oops but we worked out and their customers services was outstanding. I would recommend them.

Absolute worse place I’ve been to. I walked inside looking for stair noses, the sales person said “well we don’t have any in stock”. I said that’s fine, he said they didn’t carry the wood material. I told him I was looking for something to match closely and responded “ we have different colors all over the place. Wouldn’t even attempt to help me at all. Just kept trying to push me away and state how he had to go to lunch soon. Over all horrible customer service.

There are not enough accolades that can be stated for all the people at Pro Source. Jim Toman (account manager) put up with my dumb questions with and understanding and compassion that is unsurpassed. You get what you pay for. ProSource is not necessarily the cheapest place in town to buy flooring. But what you get is good value for your money. We did a LOT of research before purchasing about 1100 square feet of engineered wood. Everything from home stores to high end flooring stores. ProSource was the place where we found knowledgeable salespeople (Paul Kaplan helped us at the Tampa store), a range of quality products, and referrals to professional installation teams. We could not be happier with the floors that Paul helped us choose and purchase. We were able to get a quality American-made product for just a little more than we would have paid for a cheaper quality import at the home store.

I swear there staff including Denis the designer are complete morons..they seem to not know what they are doing half the time and need weeks to figure small things out. Took them over 2 months to design a 5 cabinet kitchen system.. dont waste your time. Or money.
