I cant say enough positive things about this place. Amazing customer service to start with and very knowledgeable about their products. Every question I had was responded with a honest answer. I live in Springhill, FL but that hour drive is worth it. They have a kayak lending service which a nice try before you buy as well.

I have visited three times to browse and buy accessories. Bought my Vibe Shearwater at Kayak Hub. They were very busy but took the time to review the whole kayak with me and helped with loading. Very honest and helpful. Prices are competitive. I cant think of a negative thing to say, except for...I wish they were closer to my house and they need a bigger parking lot.

All I can say is wow. The customer service level here is amazing. The people actually care about the customer. Ordered marine mat for my sw125. Pieces where missing. Contacted them and they apologized and got right on it to make it right. Got me the missing pieces. Wasnt there fault the 3rd party missed some pieces. Such amazing team here and people. The staff at this Kayak store was incredible. They answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. If peripheral items were needed, there was no pressure to.purchase from them. After some online research, I called Dan at the Kayak Hub to see if he was still open (with CV19) and if I could come by to check out a fishing Vibe Sea Ghost 110. He said he just got a new shipment in. Score! Dan incredibly helpful, explaining everything about the Ghost and the accessories I would need--and at a decent price! Dan even helped me load it and showed me how to properly tie it off. I have never had such an positive experience in a store! I highly, highly recommend Kayak Hub!!! Great prices! Great help! For Vibe kayaks, right now there is a $100 manufacturer discount! Oh, also, Vibe kayaks have a lifetime warranty! If you have a problem, Dan said, Come on in and Ill either fix it or replace it! It doesnt get any better than that!

Had a great experience here. I went in to see in person some of the new kayaks on the market. They have a nice selection and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Bob Hopkins, answered my many questions very cheerfully. Id not really understood how the YakAttack rail system for accessories worked. They are YakAttack dealers and have every possible item for the YakAttack systems. I totally get it now! Great place to visit to see and purchase the new and improved kayaks on the market!

The thing I loved about Kayak Hub was that the people who helped me, genuinely seemed to love kayaking and also wanted you to love it as well. There was no pressure to buy, there was just an honest feeling of them wanting to help me find a kayak that would suit my needs. First they are very nice people, and are very knowledgeable about kayaks and local spots to hit. They also have a huge selection of Kayaks & accessories, as well as some fishing tackle. I rather support local shops than buy online, and they make it easy because the prices are similar-within a couple bucks-less if you have to pay shipping.

Ive had a great experience dealing with Bob @ Kayak Hub this past week. I emailed back and forth with him on Sunday about a few of his Crescent Kayaks and decided upon the SUP+ which he had in stock, in the color I was looking for. I made the two hour drive over to his shop to pick it up on Wednesday and everything was ready to go when I arrived. His well stocked shop has everything you could need to kayaking and setting up a kayak for fishing.I also needed a paddle and some straps, Bob went over the entire lineup of paddles and explained the pros/cons and pricing for everything. We loaded everything up on my car and I headed 5 minutes down the road to Double Branch to fish for a couple hours.Im happy to support small business, especially those that are well stocked with inventory and provide exemplary customer service. I can highly recommend Bob and Kayak Hub for your kayak and kayak fishing needs, its well worth the drive even if youre not local.

Did a great job repairing my kayak. Bob was great to work with. It would have been five stars but I think the price was a little high for what was done. All in all, I am happy and most important I am back on the water.

I placed an order for my kayak, it did take time for it to come. The person whom we placed an order with stated that it could take between 6-8 weeks due to high demand. It came almost nine weeks later, but Im telling you its worth the wait. The one I got is a Crescent Ultra Light.This company, KayakHub, is honest, true to their word and has integrity.There were people wanting to pay more than what the kayak was selling for, but if a kayak was already sold to a customer based on an order, they will hold onto the kayak for the intended customer.

Best Kayak shop!! They sell quality products at fair prices because their passion is kayaking. The owner wants you to love kayaking as much as he does!

If I could give more stars, I would. We stopped in a few months back to check out the Vibe Shearwater and I was very impressed with the service. They are very knowledgeable, offer some upgrades but arent at all pushy. We picked up our kayak today and the experience was exactly the same. Super friendly, offered some great fishing tips and advice on what mods to start with. Well definitely be back when its time for our 2nd kayak.

I was steered to a Vibe 10 Yellowfin, with which I am very happy, rather than what I thought I wanted. Needed something almost 1/2 weight of Hobie Outback which I loved but couldnt handle anymore. Was allowed to water test it in nearby bay at low tide. Brought myself and yak back coated with mud. No problem. Came back a week later and purchased it and paddle. I water moor on St. Joe Bay near causeway and fish in somewhat sheltered waters. Its stable enough and tracks well--but I miss pedals.

Came here to purchase a 2019 Galaxy SeaGhost 130. Daniel was very helpful and informative on any kayak related topic.
