I went to this place to purchase a subwoofer for my Nissan Altima 2021, I explained the guy that I just want to improve the bass on it and having the factory radio, he recommended a subwoofer with a built in amplifier that I pay 271 with taxes, it happens on July 9, I call today because I fell like the bass is not working properly, I spoke with Carlos and he told me to go so he can check to let me know what is wrong with it, he started with my factory radio and from there he moved to tell me that I have the wrong subwoofer because that one is made for pickup and not for a sedan( wish I feel like it was something they supposed to tell me before I purchased) he recommend me a tube for my car and let me know that they do not do any exchange, told me to sell myself the one I have and purchase the right one, be careful when you go there and make sure of what you needed so you don’t needed like me.

ATTENTION: DO NOT SHOP HERE! This company took their horrible customer service from the flea market to their own location. Less than a year ago I decided to give them another chance, so I purchased 2 amps. Even though they didnt seem to want to help me find what I wanted I still purchase the amps anyways since I was there and didnt want to wait for amps to arrive from Amazon. Big mistake, one of the amps (Audio Bank) blew 8 months later after being promised that the amps I bought would last longer than the Vector amps I was replacing them for (lasted 2 years). I went in to see about a warranty exchange and again the customer service was horrid. The employee started arguing with me about how theyre not able to pull up past purchases receipts on their POS system, that its impossible to have past receipts in the computer. Noting, Best Buy does this everyday. Then telling me I shouldve kept a carbon paper receipt for 8 months, like the writing wouldve still been on the receipt even if I did have it. Their prices are too high to begin with and throwing bad customer service on top is a deal breaker for me. Take your business to Amazon, you can find better prices, you will just have to wait 2 days, you will thank me later.

No price on anything when asked by me and my nephew we where given 2 different prices by 2 different guys working so I feel they over charge and then pocket the extra

This is Amazon Audio in a local store. They have everything, literally everything. Whole systems, components, and you can even build/rebuild a sub box with the MDF they have on site. The downside is dealing with the staff. If you ask too many questions they get very impatient and short with you. Still, its a local treasure.

Place has a lot of options but as far as the people working there not very outgoing or quick to help you find what I needed but customer service could be a little better, always have good Electronics

Customer service is horrible. Went in to have my entire car redone and there was absolutely no interest from the gentleman who does the installs. Will find somewhere else to do business.

Decent products, unfortunately most of them are not labeled for their prices. You have to ask for each and every individual price up at the front counter which is the only turn down as far as Im concerned other than prices on some things are a bit steep.

If you cant get it here, it doesnt exist. People were helpful knowledgeable, and friendly.

Just walked in and asked for everything needed to wire up a Stetsom EX 5000EQ 1ohm amp. And I do mean everything wiring... speakers.... drivers the works. Waited for over 30 minutes and other customers got in and out before me... I left very dissatisfied with the service. Great selection of things dont expect good customer service. Not the first time I leave disappointed. Will not be coming back or recommending this place ever again.

HI Guys;I had no problem with the owner of the store and some of employees there. But, there is a guy, who is affiliatated with the store and kinda installs stuff for cars, he is a scam. I got a back-up camera and called the store. The lady on the phone transfered me to that guy (he has two peircings on his both cheeks). He told me that he could charge me 75 $ for installation of the camera of my own, which has a monitor and does not need a radio screen connection, or he can do so with 100$, with camera attached to the radio screen of my car. Two minutes later, he changed the language and began to say that he would attach it to the radio, charging me 100 $ although the camera I have does not require a radio-attachment since it comes with a monitor. I told him that the instructions for the camera says no radio connection, he denied it, saying that they are wrong. I called Toyota service to ask if my car is compatible with radio-connected camera, the guys denied them, too, I also took the car to another car shop, they said my car is no compatble with camera, the guys once again denied the Toyota service, saying that they are all wrong.I drove 30 mins for nothing. he wasted my time and gas. Do not trust this guy. He is super unprofessional.

I bought some power wire and it was very priced and good quality but it is definitely smaller that the true gauge. For instance if you need 4 gauge buy their 2 or 0 gauge, and the price of those are cheaper than most 4 gauge.
