Dont trust them cant believe there still in business.

Do yourself a favor and dont buy car stereo from unauthorized sellers like these guys, first the manufacturer will not honor the warranty, ask me how I know,after a six months a 800.00 dollar car stereo quit working. The manufacturer didnt want nothing to do with me, I contacted car audio distributors an was quickly told to contact the manufacturer, after some persistence I was told to send the radio to them to see what they can do three months later of emails, calls, and no radio on my truck I was told that pioneer will not fix it, of course they are not authorized, and they can send it to pioneer for repair at my expense.

Although they are mainly mail order, they still spent time reviewing their available products with me. I was also told, since I am local, they will let me pick up future orders. Great people.

Called tech support several times and left messages for a call back... nothing~!!Called sales and left same message... nothing.Looked at google reviews and see that the 5 star reviews were the only reviews that these people did and suspect shills. Further reviews by legit reviewers paint a different and bad picture altogether.I am a few blocks away from them but shy now to do business.

Very cool business, I have no idea about car speakers but when my stereo went out in my Honda Accord they replaced it and all of my speakers.. Sounds better than ever before now.

If there was a zero star option they deserve it. Quick to take your money and provide a fake tracking number. Wont answer emails or calls. Shady seller

Horrible. Had what I wanted. Paid the extra cash to insure I receive item on time. Item is not here yet contact them they say it could come a day or two later. Well if I wanted regular post service I wouldnt have paid the extra for guaranteed delivery. Will never order or recommend this store. Still havent returned any emails now Ill wait till holidays are done to call them as I had to search them to get that info.

Installers were extremely informative and put an awesome system in my car. They had a really nice facility and were very professional!

Very helpful on the phone. they sent me a return label while we were on the phone, even ordered the correct product from ohio for me. human error happens. thanks for making it right for me!

Horrible costumer service.I order from them. The system was blown. They were quick to take out my money. I asked for a refund they stop replying to my email. Ive called serval times nothing. I shipped out my item they received it & still nothing. Its been a week & couple days. WAITING for an answer nothing. They havent even put my money back. I am extremely disappointed. I will not but from here again! If I can give them negative rating stars I would.

Horrible service. Ordered from them a double din dash kit via Amazon. The package arrived damaged and the dash kit which is pretty fragile was poorly protected and damaged. It should have been shipped in a box but was shipped in a yellow envelope with minimal bubble wrap. They wanted me to ship back (at my charge) and on top of that I had to send it in a box!!I sent pictures as requested. They stop answering my emails. I filled a claim via Amazon to get a refund.

Horrible experience. Phone calls never answered emails never answered. Ordered a car stereo and received a speaker set an amplifier for a motorcycle no invoice in the box very disappointed will never order again from this company

Very good guys. They didnt even give a second thought about exchanging a bad radio that one of there dealers sold me. Thanks guys.

9 months ago i posted a great review after having a system installed. Since then i found out they drilled a 1/4 hole through the top of my frame to put a cable through and water has been leaking into my car that whole time. Went back 3 times and they couldnt fix it so i ended up having to go back to Jeep who fixed it in 5 minutes. Im disapointed with the lack of care after the sale.

This place is ridiculous. I ordered something from them and they sent the wrong product. I have been calling customer service and no one answers. I have called using multiple phones for the past 3 weeks and still nothing. I sit there listening to the dumb looping song for 10 minutes at a time. This place is a scam. They probably dont even have customer service. Another thing is that they dont leave an order receipt in the box as proof. I luckily have screenshots in order to prove that this sad excuse of a business is not getting their orders right. Ridiculous. They should google themselves and see how poor their ratings are and do what an actual business does and learn to improve themselves. Dont waste your time or money on them. There are way more places to go to as well as order from. If CAD ever reads this: GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER OR END IT CUS RIGHT NOW YOU SUCK.

Started off getting the box at the last moment: thought that was kinda odd, but it took a while for them to finally send it. Finally got it in the mail... And the box inside the undamaged shipping box that holds the speakers was damaged and opened (on a product labeled new). Opened up the box, pulled out the speakers and one was heavily damaged and unusable. Contacted the company and they gave me a return label that requires payment. After two trips they still are pulling thier bs. If you want a company that plays games thisIs the one for you: but it does not come recomended from me if you want an easy time ordering.

I bought the pioneer 2400 watt amp few months ago and its the best amp Ive ever owned except yesterday while driving it just quit working. I went to Walmart and they said it was past their return or exchange period to call 1800walmart and I did, they referred me to Car audio dist. I talked to Kevin and even though it was beyond their time limit he still went to see if they had another one and they didnt, instead of making me get ahold of pioneer he wouldve exchanged it if they had one but they didnt so he refunded thru pay pal. He went above and beyond what he had to do to help me out. I cant beleive some of the bad reviews on here based on the experience I had with them today, Id guess that bad reviews were from a competitor but maybe not I dont know all I do know is customer service honestly couldnt have been any better. Im buying my next amp from them as well and any future electronics.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FKRZ. THEY DONT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!! JUST LIKE SOMEONE ELSE, THEY DONT ANSWER AND THEY DONT RETURN YOUR CALL TO RECTIFY THE REFUNDED PURCHASE!!! Same with me- bad experience, shows a refund on order for the return. Was refunded 0$ to my bank account. I told him I can prove I didnt get a refund but didnt matter. They steal fromnpeople. Only company ever to do that on amazon in 11 years.

Would not do business with these guys - They are selling products they are not authorized to sell and thus the manufacturers warranty is invalidated the day you buy it from them. They will refuse to process the warranty themselves (Like they should in this case) and will ignore your calls and emails.

Sent me the wrong freaking product. When I called customer service the told me i ordered what they shipped. Had to send an emaili had with my invoice to show them they were wrong! How many people youll gonna screw over?

Tried to cancel an order minutes after I ordered on a Saturday sent 2 more messages before Monday tried calling 4 times and left messages. Never any return contact or help and they still ship the item.. Time to call the credit card company and cancel! BEWARE!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company. They sent me a broken tv and then do not answer phones or email. I do not know what to do. Its a scam!
