He was a pleasure to work with and all the employees from the manger to the finance department were great to work with and did everything they could to get the best deal for me. Just bought a truck from these fine folks yesterday! Joe Russo was our salesman. He and everyone there were so courteous, friendly, caring and professional. I had brought my service dog and several people offered to get him water and everyone acknowledged him and respected his Do Not Pet badges. The only downfall was that their vending machine wasnt working, but Joe was awesome in getting some snacks for my husband when his blood sugar was dropping.I would highly recommend doing business with Courtesy CJDR in Tampa. I only wish they were closer than 3 hours away!! We will definitely be back when it comes time to update our other vehicle!

Over the past 7 yrs you have improved 1000 times over. Service was excellent and the oil change time has dramatically been reduced. It used to take 4 hrs, now it is under an hr from start to finish. Service reps are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons:About 3 weeks ago I bought a brand new Jeep here, since then this car has been giving me a headache, Im on the second time letting the car there to be checked.  Its a very poor customer experience when you buy a new car for about $60K and you want to drive it, but you cant.Pros:My salesman, Albert, service tech Devon, and service manager Angie, have been very supportive, picking up and returning my calls(which is something very hard to find these days), helping me with loaner cars while mine its being fixed.My opinion:I believe management should be making sure that new and used cars are ready to be sold prior the customer has to go through all of this.

Placed my spare tire back in my truck bed instead of putting it away properly. When i was checked out the guy behind the counter said he’d have someone pull my truck up for me. 10 mins later i walk back in and ask what’s going on and my keys are still right in front of him. He then handed me the keys and said “you’re actually right over there. Have a good day”

Ed Wilson has had the best customer service attitude I have encountered since I’ve been coming to this location. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable and my car was getting taken care of properly, even though the last mechanic that had my car last forgot to do something, he made sure the issue was fixed expeditiously.

Excellent dealership. Service agent Austin was thorough and mentioned oil change discount immediately. He gave me a brief tour of the customer waiting area which was stocked with coffee, water, and vending machines. Received a completed computer readout of my vehicle inspection via phone while waiting. I’ll forego the quick oil change places and choose this dealership from now on.

My experience was among the best that Ive ever had at a dealership. I was there for a total of just over an hour and a half, which was the shortest time I had ever been in a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. Pamela and Joshua were amazing with getting me through the process. Joshua mainly helped with the administrative aspects and Pamela explained much of the technology with the car and answered all questions I had. She even walked me around and introduced me to others, while showing me where to purchase additional Dodge products. I would absolutely recommend Courtesy-Chrysler-Dodge to others.

SHADY...I attempted to trade a 2019 vehicle in on a 2015 used Wrangler. I was given a low offer and was told that there price was firm, no wiggle room. So ok, I dont trade my car and decide to purchase the vehicle anyways. Since it has no Warranty I purchased the extended warranty for another couple thousand.So after a bit the vehicle was ready. I went to leave with it and discovered the windshield had a chip in it and was told my insurance would repair it...my insurance.. To me this is a safety issue..Biggest barb was after attempting to negotiate a lower price that they refused to entertain that and they gave me a KEY (1) and its not the primary key..that works all the jeep functions, like remote starting..The sales guy laughed and said I cant give you what I dont have...really..that primary key is expensive and I think had I known that they would have given me a better price because of that issue..Seems if you bought a used car with a price tag over 30k you would have both keys...not the case here at this dealership..Based on this they will garner my total anti, negative shared reviews of this car lot to all my friends and anyone that will listen...Again they were nice but SHADY.......

I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a great experience purchasing our truck. My wife and I brought or service dog with us as we traveled from the Jacksonville area to purchase a vehicle.Everyone that came into contact with us, from the moment we arrived until we left, was courteous, polite, and respectful towards me, my wife and our service dog.Joe Russo, our salesperson, was very professional and yet came across as if we were family and his only care for the day. Although I am rendering a 5 star rating the only negative item I have is the fact your vending machine was not working. I was having a diabetic episode but we could not get a candy bar out of the machine as it was not working. However, the staff was exceptional and really seemed concerned and in no time I had three different individuals bring me sweets. We definitely will stay in contact and do not mind the drive for the service we received.I would fully recommend this great organization to anyone who is looking to purchase their next vehicle. I have a warranty and the only place I can take my vehicle is the dealership or tire kingdom. I have a 2015 Jeep Compass and recently I’ve been having some overheating problems. Well it’s been in and out of the shop 4 separate times for overheating and it’s keeps having “different problems” on my way home from the shop after being “fixed” my car started overheating and smoke poured out of the hood I had to get it towed back to the shop. They say it’s the radiator now.. how did they not know the radiator was leaking while they were looking at it? I don’t think their mechanics are doing a thorough job because how could there be so much negligence? Customer service is good except a really rude gentlemen who answered the phone and told me they were closing in 20 minutes (but it was 6:20) when asked if I could still pick up my car

I had been looking for a truck since January, but every dealer that I encountered just wanted to maximize profit without caring for the customer. At courtesy Chrysler Doge, I found staff willing to answer all my questions and to reach a middle ground beneficial for both. It was a win-win deal. He was courteous, honest, and kept us aware of what was going on with our jeep. I was told my car would take 2 hours, 3 hours later still sitting at the dealership. Waiting for a shuttle that was promised to take me home about 3 hours later, unfortunately I didnt have a ride and was dependant on their service. I needed my car to go somewhere in the evening but wasnt able to use it as the car wasnt even ready until noon the next day. They didnt even call about the extended warranty until the end of the day and the mechanic had already went home.At that time they claimed the extended warranty would probably cover it. I dont think they even had reached out to the warranty center at that point yet .Almost missed an apt as I had to get another ride the next day.When picking the car up, the problem light indicating my gas cap was open was taken care of, but had another light signaling my tire was low, they didnt even complimentary fill it up. Stated my warranty didnt cover anything, so was out $500.00. Will be looking for better service next time. Someplace that obviously doesnt take more work than they can cover in one day and is honest about how long its really going to take. Noted they told other people their warranty didnt cover them, as well.

This dealership is 1 hour from me. They had a truck I needed for our business, it was in transit July 2021 I put a deposit on it after dealing with the salesman and making a deal.I sold my old truck a couple days later2 weeks later the salesman calls and says the truck got double booked and the other buyer is getting it. I had to fly out of state to find a truck that fit our companies needs and budget. It cost us a lot of time and money.1 month later I was working in Tampa just a mile down the street from courtesy dodge. with my New truck I bought elsewhere and the trailer we were pulling had a flat. I called the dealership and said I needed a tire for the trailer (which I gave them the size) and a key remote made. They gave me a price for both and I went to dealership.When I got there they said “I don’t know who you talked to but we can’t do trailer tires only vehicle. It was 3pm on Friday and nearly impossible to find another place to get tire done.So I went elsewhere to get trailer tires done while the other place was doing the trailer I went back to courtesy dodge for the remote.They quoted me $114 for Programing and tax + $165 for the key fob.While waiting for the key to be made I went to talk to the sales manager to explain how they messed up my life by selling the truck out from underneath me and promising me a trailer tire and then wouldn’t do it. I said could I get a little discount on the key fob ? He said in his rudest voice and tone, “you got your deposit back didn’t you we don’t owe you anything.”I was just flabbergasted by such a jerk commentWhen they finished the work on the key they charged more!!!$114+$165+$34.25The $34.25 was not in the original quote nor was it something I asked for or needed but they said they couldn’t take it off the Bill. And that small amount added to them disappointing me time and time again. And costing me lots of time and money on the truck that they sold out from underneath me and the tires they promised that they couldn’t actually do. Then they refused to do any kind of help and ended up overcharging me.Just terrible terrible terrible customer service. And it cost me time and money and headache every time i have dealt with them.Totally unacceptable behavior for a company. Won’t stick to their word at all.

Horrible. Make an appointment for a basic oil change and they tell you it will be 1.5 - 4 hours! What is the point of making an appointment? It so the advisor can inspect you vehicle and sell you on more service. Stay away from this place.

I purchased a vehicle that had a major steering problem (death wobble),on the way home, on the purchase date. Things happen. The GM assured me it would be handled, and it was. The service staff Steven and Jamie made it happen. It’s not how well you handle things when everything goes as expected, but how you deal with adversity. Went today, was very excited to trade my car and get the car Ive always wanted. Customer service was not the greatest. My husband explained in English, which is his primary language, to the gentleman that received us at the entrance what we wanted to do.The gentleman stated, well let me get a sales manager to help you. After a minute a nice lady came to us, but speaking in Spanish. My husband barely speaks Spanish. That gentleman assumed that because I look Hispanic we needed service in Spanish. Please dont get me wrong I am a proud latina and yet I would have liked to speak in my primary language but I felt bad for my husband who at the end of the day was the one that needed to communicate to get the deal done. Well, the lady said that she was with a client and was going to help us as soon as she finished. While we were waiting an available sales man asked if we were being assisted and we said yes. My husband who is an engineer for the automotive industry, has taken so much pride in helping create, designed, and build these Jeeps for many years felt discouraged after receiving this type of service. Perhaps the uncomfortable situation, we waited for the lady to finish, and waited, and waited, and after 35 minutes we simply got tired of seeing others walking there and getting help so we decided to leave. After all it is not the only dealership in town.

The service at Courtesy Chrysler was sub-par in my opinion; however, Im seeing this as a common theme across Chrysler dealerships. I would equally rank the Chrysler Dealership in League City, TX as equally poor. If I new how poor the service was going to be at Chrysler dealerships, I would not have purchased the vehicle. I would have gone to a different brand. Once upon a time scheduling an appointment meant that someone was going to actually look at your vehicle, on that day and service it with the intent of getting it back to you. That concept no longer applies at Chrysler. Making an appointment now simply means dropping off your vehicle and hopefully you will get it back in a few days once someone gets around to looking at it. Having a diesel vehicle such as mine is even worse. Apparently, there is only 1 mechanic available to work on these types of vehicles at Courtesy Chrysler and instead of the dealership properly staffing these resources, they push the impact to the customer. Hopefully, you get your vehicle back in a week. Overall, very dissatisfied. I love my truck, but the poor service makes me consider selling it and getting something else. Having a BMW and Audi in the past, they have amazing service, and Courtesy Chrsyler should go see what they are doing and make corrections.

3 hours for an oil change with an appointment is crazy.Also had to ask for the status of my vehicle while waiting inside. No communication. My advisor, Mont kept me updated frequently throughout the process and diligently oversaw the work done on it. What is the point of making an appointment if you are stilling waiting over 2 hours. Terrible, not to mention my vehicle was sitting there done for almost 15 minutes before I went up to the counter asking if that was my car. Of course it was and the guy said yea I’m getting your paperwork now. This is the first dealer I have ever been to that does not wash your car, not even outside. That may be minor but when you’ve had good service from other dealerships, you expect more. There is another jeep dealer near, my next oil change will be with them. I am sure their service will be much better.

The most condescending car buying experience in my 15 years of driving. The sales agent we spoke to with made us all (3 women) uncomfortable. He spoke down to us like we were children who didnt know anything about cars. He had no info on the car and didnt really try to give us much info when asked. Telling the driver to go when an ambulance is coming. Trying to teach a 6 year driving vet how to park. Asking what car we drove in when we had critiques about the car we test drove. We came with a budget in mind and he suggested we increase it, which we did but the options were still not good. He brought his manager out who asked to increase our budget again and we lost interest.We researched their site, made an appointment, went out of our way to stop at this dealership and we did not enjoy the experience at all.

I had a great experience at this dealership! I went there to look at the 2014 Toyota Avalon, but had no intention of buying it that evening. However, through discussions with the salesperson Josh and the sales manager Joey, and encouraged by family members who had come with me, I did decide to purchase it. Next I was sent to see Luke in the finance department. I also had a great experience with him. All three of the people that I dealt with really made me feel valued as a customer. And I definitely enjoy driving the Avalon!

I called to schedule an appointment for a recall notice. Scheduled the appointment with no trouble. Dropped my Jeep off with no trouble. In less than 2 hours after dropping it off I’m getting notified that they don’t have the part to fix the recall. They had it when I scheduled the appointment but it wasn’t set aside for that but they rush ordered the part & it should be here in 10-14 days. So I could pick up my Jeep at my convenience. Now I’m waiting 10-14 days for the part to come in and start at the scheduling process. Check back with me after that.

Not my favorite dealership, just the closest and most convenient.3 visits (-2yrs) for the same complaint, each time the verdict is a different part needing to be replaced. 3rd visit, the service rep quoted an estimate without verifying that one of the recommended parts had just been replaced the previous year and was still under warranty. Being persistent saved us over $200.Although some staff are very friendly and helpful, others could use a few tips or extra training on what it is to stay connected and communicate with the client. If I have to call to learn my vehicles service has been complete, is sitting out front, ready for pick up and you call to tell me 20 minutes later, there is a breakdown in communication between service rep and client. This breakdown meant I had to pay the bill online (credit), rather than the preferred method, in person (cash), because you were closing literally 2 minutes prior to my arrival time. No joke, as a loyal client of more than 7 years and thru 4 vehicles, I wasnt worth 2 extra minutes of your time??That pretty much sums up how customers are thought of at this establishment. Give us your money and well see you next issue, oil change or purchase. But, dont ask us to bother going out of our way to wait an extra 2 minutes for you (unless of course youre purchasing a vehicle and we need to stay to earn the commission on an over priced car).

No oil filter for scheduled oil change...had to come back twice.I scheduled an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation for my Ram 1500 with 4 days advanced notice. Appt time was 7am (first in the morning). I arrived at 6:45am and was the second car in line. The service adviser came out right at 7, took my information, checked me in for my appointment, told me shell be ready in about an hour, hour and a half, and welcomed me to grab a coffee and wait inside. At 9:30am, the adviser came to tell me we just got your truck in the bay and we actually dont have your oil filter on hand. After being told there were no loaner vehicles available, I was told to come back the next morning (again at 7am to be one of the first appointments). Returned the next day to repeat the process. After another hour of waiting, the service adviser told me, again, the oil filter was not on hand and Id have to reschedule. When the adviser went to get my truck, they discovered an oil filter in the shop and proceeded with the oil change. Collectively, more than 4 hours of waiting over 2 days for what was supposed to be an hour, hour and a half job.I know supply chains are backed up everywhere but I was (1) a little shocked the dealership didnt have a part; (2) disappointed they didnt verify part(s) availability for upcoming appointments to proactively call in the event of not having parts on hand; and (3) that it took 2.5 hours to tell me this the first time I showed up for a scheduled appointment.This was the first oil change for the truck at the dealership from which we purchased it; hopefully it is a one-off due to circumstances beyond their control. If the oil changes werent part of the service contract offered at time of purchase, we would not be returning to the dealership for this work.

Okay so the staff was nice and that’s where it stopped. A week before I scheduled an oil change and set an appointment. When I arrived I was informed that it would take 2 hours or less which sounded like a lot of a scheduled oil change, especially after dropping over $50,000 on a new Gladiator. I observed as the no appointment oil change people were stacked right along with my scheduled appointment. There was no preference whatsoever. It took almost 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’m no realm is this even close to acceptable. I will never return for service here ever again.

I went to Brandon, Dodge knowing exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. My salesman Josh Overstreet went above and beyond. He stayed in touch with me, sent me pictures of vehicles and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He wasnt pushy but very persistent in helping me to get the perfect Brand New 2021 Jeep Wrangler . He called me to give me updates when the truck would arrive. When my brand new Jeep arrived Josh was on top of everything, he showed me every feature that the truck offered as well as hook them up. The finance Dept, was great as well and Josh waited the entire time to make sure the deal was sealed and I was 100% satisfied. Great customer service!!!! Went to take my Jeep for a recall; was promptly greeted by Brandon, he did a scan on the vehicle, communicating what the specific recall was along with suggesting service to my vehicle. He told me it would take around two hours all together: take care of recall, oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. The time he gave me was accurate, I had enough time to get brunch near by and come back to having my Jeep be ready. Through the morning he sent text messages to update and I was able to text back. He is great at addressing any issues and responding promptly. Definitely recommend him and this dealership.

The team was courteous. However I felt the employee thought I did not know what I was talking about and disagreed with my assessment of my vehicle issues. However, they did what I asked and now my jeep is running smooth again. I would say don’t always assume the customer does not know what they are asking for. At the end, the employee did apply some coupons to my visit lowering my payment. Overall good experience.

We had an early morning appt to drop off the vehicle due to. Sound from under the hood to inspect and included oil change. My spouse for an update mid day but he never heard back. I called later afternoon after the vehicle being there for approx 8 hr and had to wait in hold for 15 mins Brandon spoke with me. He had no news to share saying someone was looking aunder hood currently. He was very rude on the phone in fact he even went off on me for a tangent meanwhile providing me with no answers. We will not bring our vehicle back to this dealer and have encouraged others to do the same. We over paid for a simple oil change and got no answers to our under the hood issue. We have since take. Our vehicle elsewhere the following week and got answers from their service tech within 2 hours of dropping our vehicle off. We will not be recommending this dealership.

Really expensive. My overall feeling is that they are not looking to take care of their customers, just looking to take advantage of people. I was able to get the same work done for half of the price at another auto shop. Do your homework before going to that dealership, might cost you double what it should.

I bought a new 2019 jeep renegade from Courtesy Jeep in Feb 2020, in that time I have brought it in 7 times in 18 months because my breaks would constantly screech. Every time they would say it was due to dust build up and they cleaned the breaks and gave it back. This never fixed the problem. I took it in this past Week and was told once again everything was looking great, yet on my vehicle diagnostic sheet it said my break pads needed to be replaced. I asked them why they told me everything was fine and they had no response, I asked them to replace the breaks for free and they would not. I don’t understand how break pads would be completely worn out in a year and a half on a car with only 14,000 miles on it. The service manager said many new renegades were having this problem and there is no fix. I don’t understand then how they could sell cars like this or at least offer to try and fix the problem. Never the less I traded my car in the next day. I am done with this company.

They wanted to charge me 900 bucks for a radiator cap and thermostat change. 2 bolts and 10 minutes of work tops. Bought a thermostat for $22 with a lifetime warranty at advance auto and changed it myself in 5 mins. I give two stars because the staff were helpful and it’s not their fault management is price gouging, Steven was very helpful, but the prices are just outrageous. 900 bucks for totaling an hour of work is not ok.

You know how some salesman almost punch you in the face when you open the door. With can I help you, what you looking for.. A few people did that when I walked in. And of course I ran the opposite direction.I walked over and started looking at a vehicle. Joshua was different. As he walked up His kind and patient words were: I love the vehicle. Do you want to sit in it. Yes of course. We talked about how to get it off the showroom floor which he was super funny. He made me feel relaxed. I asked questions. He was very informative and new most of the information. But when he didn’t he was honest about it. I purchased the vehicle and Joshua stayed the whole time. Have been waiting approximately 6 plus months for them to fix a fuel pump relay recall on my 2012 Dodge Durango. Called several times recently only to be told that theres a national back order on the part and were on a waiting list. I go on Dodge website and look up open recalls on my vehicle and it states parts ARE available and confirmed with several other dealerships that they have the parts. For whatever reason it seems as though they do not want to honor and fix an open recall. I would recommend staying away from this dealership if this is how they operate.

Went in to check out a car on the site while I waited on my oil change (I was planning to trade in my car) Very displeased with service here. Sales associate never asked me if I needed help after watching me browse numerous cars. That same sales associate helped multiple white customers while avoiding to help me (a black customer) When he was free and not helping other customers he would avoid me and walk the other way as to show he had no intentions on helping me at all. Definitely not a place I want to buy a car in the future.

I had the best customer service from Devin. He was kind, polite, didnt rush me and even helped 2 other people while helping me. It was the end of night and his smile never left his face. When I went to pick up my car he remembered another customer by name, what he needed and who the advisor was. He took a second and explained what was taking the longest on his car repair yet never missed a beat with me. Its nice to run into someone from the same home town as well. We met with our sales guy Nick who helped us navigate this process and followed up the following day with Tom. I been buying cars for over 40 years and I have never met two better salespersons as far as knowledge, courtesy, and cutting through the paperwork. We did our homework but everything Nick and Tom said was spot on. Hats off to Tom for his electronics skills in getting the apps downloaded on our phones making easy work synchronizing to our vehicles computer, boy things have changed in ten years. Thanks again for everything and putting us in the saddle of our new 2021 Dodge Durango.An issue has arisen concerning the signed paper work, although I have requested copies of our signed documents at closing, I have not received anything nor has anyone responded in over five days. I dont know if the dealership has anything to hide but the lack of cooperation is disturbing. Another issue is the Hope Scholarship Fund which initially I refused to contribute. However the finance girl, Tiffany, belabored the issue, I said yea go ahead just so I cold go home. After thinking it over, since I do not like to give government money for a cause since they usually screw it up, I felt uncomfortable with my decision. I have requested the paperwork but the dealership has so far refused to release them.

After purchasing a new truck I realized it was not equipped with the options I wanted. Im fairly confident the options were listed on the marketing sheet I was sent by the salesman. Regardless I shouldve double checked so I take partial responsibility.The salesman contacted me multiple times asking me to come in so we could see about getting me a different truck. We made an appointment but when I showed up he wasnt even working. This was the one day during the week that I could make time for this and he knew that.While all this was going on I discovered a vibration in the headliner right above my ear. I had to take the truck there three times before they would fix it. The truck was detailed the day before I dropped it off. When I picked it up I was told they washed it but it was covered with a white film and had a pile leaves crushed into the floor mats.I received a call from them saying my old plate had an unpaid toll violation which needed to be paid before my new plate could be issued. I was told to call back once it was done. I paid it and called right back. I left a voice mail but didnt receive a return call. I called twice more after that initial call but still havent received a call back. I cant get a person on the phone. Everytime I call it goes to voicmail. My temp tag is now expired and I have no idea what the situation is with my new one.

I had a wonderful experience at first got a beautiful jeep, great price great salesman at least until I got home a looked at my sales receipt. I’m the paper with salesman they said they gave me 10,700 fir my trade in when I left the finance man they stole 700 off the trade in price. To me that’s called theft. Dishonesty at its best. Should really be prosecuted for theft.

The manager said for your trouble and your wasted time ( and a complete detail on my Range Rover) we will send you a $95 check. Courtesy was the closest Jeep authorized dealership that I could tow my Renegade on October 8th. The vehicle had DTS issue. This issue was not corrected until October 12th. This shouldve been a 24 hour turnaround at most but Courtesy service center was understaffed and too small in scale to handle repairs without an appointment. The only reason I didnt give it 1 star was because Devin, the service advisor was extremely earnest and helpful.

I had a great experience taking my car in for service! I have to admit I put off taking my car in until the last minute due to bad experiences at other dealerships in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised at how organized and professional everything was. My service advisor was Ginny and she was so easy to work with. She kept me updated on the status of my repair and always got back to me in a timely manner. She even followed up with me after the repair to make sure everything was working properly. Fantastic job!

The vehicle was in transit from the factory but Courtesy was the only dealer that worked with me and let me negotiate a price prior to it being delivered on the lot. Third Vehicle to be worked on by Courtesy Chrysler, Tampa fl. Im very happy to report that there service dept. did an outstanding job as usual. They were able to dx. the problem and complete repairs in one day. Way to go. I found out that they have a dedicated team that works on Mobility equipped . Which is good tp know since these are the only way Im allowed to drive. 5 stars again
