Ordered some ultra premium cigars from Mr. Atul directly. Process was fast and easy. I received them in 3 days. Unfortunately 2 were cracked, totally the shippers fault. They were very well packaged. I didnt bother to say anything. A week later he reached out to me to see if I had received them and all was well. Something above and beyond what most businesses will do. I mentioned the damaged cigars and he requested pictures. He is currently working to see if the company will do anything about the damaged cigars. Whether they do something or not he has impressed me with his business ethics and earned my future business. I hope to one day visit him and his establishment personally.

Cigar Castle is one of my top two Cigar lounges to go to in the inner Tampa Bay area. It has a great selection of premium cigars along with an owner Atul thats very knowledgeable on whatever area youre trying to go with your smoke preferences. Its full bar with a great selection of liquor and top quality drinks as well as a ton of taps on the beer selection. Great place to go kick back, relax, and enjoy yourself in a friendly atmosphere!! Usually go on sundays to hang out with friends. A very inviting atmosphere, low lights, and background jazz is usually playing. Mike the bartender is always there to give a cocktail or beer suggestion and is super friendly. The level of service combined with the very reasonable prices and friendly staff makes this a must try for a night out.

From novice cigar smoker to veteran smokers this place has something for everyone. Amazing, unmatched selection of cigars, not to mention their amply stocked bar offering a wide selection of both craft beer as well as amazing bourbon, whisky, and almost any spirit you could want. The service is on par with the products sold within and despite going there for the first time, the gentleman who greeted me made me feel like I had been going there for years. If youre in the area or within driving distance, do yourself a favor and stop by the cigar castle for a cigar or two.

Great setup. Chill vibe. A great selection of cigars. Im not sure if it was something wrong with the ventilation system or what. It was almost unbearable. I know its a cigar spot, but it was too much.

Beautiful cigar lounge! Came here a 2nd time. Met the owner, very knowledgeable and very helpful. His other staff are amazing too. The selection of cigars is outstanding. The bar is amazing. Yiu feel welcomed here. Sat and smoked a few cigars on the lounge and talked with other customers. Even his clientele and customers are awesome! I cant say enough about this place. Awesome humidor room. Bar really nice and loved the lounge area. I think bar service could have been more attentive. Otherwise if I lived near this place I would be there regularly. If you like cigar bars then this is a fun visit. Clerk also really knew his cigars and they had some great local recommendations I dont see in Vegas. Bought 3 sticks and each wax impressive.

When it comes to a cigar lounge, a few things have to be present.. A relaxed atmosphere, a knowledgeable staff and a good selection of cigars to satisfy all tastes. Cigar castle has all three which is not an easy feat. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable which made the experience a lot more enjoyable. The cigar selection was great and would satisfy any taste and the humidor room was quite impressive and fully stocked. A must visit for the aficionado and occasional smoker alike. 5 stars only because a 6 star rating does not exist

Always have an amazing time whenever I visit. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and they never disappoint in finding the perfect cigar for what Im feeling that night. They cut, prep and light your cigar if you want. The atmosphere is always nice and quiet. Perfect place to do work while relaxing at the same time. Have a great bar with a very large selection and great bartenders. Cant recommend enough.

The fourth start was for the bar inside the lounge my wife was about to drink wine while we smoked. Nice selection of cigars. The humidor was kept as nice as the lounge I go to in Winter Haven. They had a lot of aged high quality sticks for sale. It just depends where Im the humidor you got them from if they were smoke today. They use a misting unit to humidify there sticks. So there swampy at one end and dry at the other. Still if not at home this pace does have a nice selection and tons of seating.

Me and my best bro was there a couple of months ago on a cigar trip and had a blast!...We had such a great time that we ended up returning while still in town. The drinks were incredible I hate that I forgot the young ladys name but she was sweet. Ask for Anthony super cool guy well knowledgeable about cigars. He also gives you a top notch cut and light experience. Not to mention the cigar inventory is amazing, with plenty of aged sticks.

Always a great selection and the owner and his wife are so friendly. I only stop a few times a year when down in the area on business, but they remember and treat me right. Also, almost always have a varied selection of Opus X at fair prices.

I went to Cigar Castle today for the first time. In fact, it was my first time ever going to a cigar bar. If you’ve never been to one and you’re intimidated do not be afraid to go to Cigar Castle. The staff is top notch and everyone makes you feel comfortable, including the other patrons. There is a wide selection of beer, scotch and whiskey. This is the place to be and I will be there very often.

The atmosphere & the cheaper pricing on cigars. The ambience is quite, peaceful which lets you enjoy a cigar & a cocktail, either solo or just catching up with friends. The a castle supposed to be.

Cigar Castle is a great place to hang around with friends and have a cigar. If you add a good whiskey you can find yourself sipping, puffing and talking for quite a while. Some folks have their wives drop them off so they can partake of all the goodies and then get a ride home. If youre a loner thats okay too sit quietly on your own and take in the ambiance. Theres a lot of knowledge in this store Ive learned a lot about Japanese whiskies and fine cigars from the moustached owner. He is a delightful man who always has a smile on his face and good conversation on his lips, unless of course he is smoking a cigar.

Nice cigar lounge

I walked into the location and was promptly welcomed. The guy was able to identify that i wasnt familiar with buying the product that i was in search for. So rather than being condescending or rude like Ive experienced when sometimes going to a place for the first time, he walked me to what i was looking for while giving me a little insight about the particular cigar and the common reviews for it. I was buying the cigars as a gift for someone and based off of the service that i received, Ill be more than happy to go back there.

Amazing place with a great manager and bartender. I could not give this establishment a better review. The customer service is great, the cigars are great, and the manager is almost always in the building making sure his patrons are pleased. Definitely a great place for a cold drink and conversation!

Cigar Castle is fantastic. They offer a great selection of cigars thats easily a few steps above most, if not all, local retailers. The front desk staff are fantastic and are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Its a very rare combination to have. They also have a great selection of craft beers and liquor, however, this is my only gripe about the location: the bartenders are less than attentive, and thats putting it very lightly. Otherwise, I HAVE to give this place 5 stars.. if youre considering visiting a cigar lounge in Tampa, make sure its Cigar Castle. You wont regret it!

Huge selection, and they carry the tiny flavored cigarillos that I enjoy on occasion. I absolutely love this place. Great beer selection, fantastic people, every person in there, including the patrons, is amazingly friendly. Now, its a cigar bar, so needless to say, there are people smoking cigars. They have an enormous humidor and from what I can tell about every cigar made.Ok, so its a cigar bar and people smoke in it, and I dont smoke. That is the ONLY reason I cant give it five stars. However, they do keep the air as clean as anywhere I have seen. You cant filter 100% of it, but they do a great job. Does it smell like cigars, yes of course. Does it make your eyes burn and throat raw, no, it did not, at all. I was sitting next to somebody who said they were allergic to cigarette smoke, and they said it was tolerable for them.So if you smoke cigars, 100% its 5 stars. If you are a non-smoker looking for a great selection of draft beers (50 plus) AND you can tolerate the smell, then absolutely go here.This is my go to spot for great beer in the Temple Terrace area!

Atul and crew really make you feel at home in their home...well, at Cigar Castle! Fantastic selection of cigars...new/vintage/hard to find/etc they have it all and don’t gouge you for it. Pair your cigar with one of his MANY craft beers or tap, or pour a nice glass of Bourbon or Scotch (lots of small batch, single barrel, craft spirits)

Came in to buy a couple of cigars for my friends graduation, and we were graciously greeted by Anthony, who I believe to be the owner of the shop. Fantastic gentleman who really took the time to make sure we were well informed about our selection! He weant over proper ways to light, and enjoy the cigars we purchased. This is a fantastic, and very professional establishment. I would recommend to any one who is looking for a cultural lesson, or just a nice experience!
