Was referred to this Capital One Café by a relative who recently opened a joint account and had very good things to say. My girlfriend and I decided to check out this location and open a joint account. We did not have such a good experience. We went in this past Saturday morning and were greeted by their representative, unfortunately I can not remember her name. We told the rep what we were interested in and she simply gave us a few minor details about the options and asked for our phone # to send us a link so we can do it ourselves. Im assuming the link she sent was so she can get credit for the service. She told us we can sit outside or go home and do it and that was it. She did not walk us through the process, offer us coffee or make sure we understood the how to set it up as a joint account. We ended up having to call customer service instead of having the convenience of a live person helping us.
This is not a bank, it’s an ATM where they also sell coffee. Waisted my time driving all the way here and got absolutely nothing accomplished. This is not “Banking Reimagined” this is automated banking that sells coffee.
First time coming here and the vibes and energy here are welcoming and friendly. i actually could get my work done and the staff are chill as well while continually keeping the space clean and wearing masks.
To Owner: Are you able to make a cash deposit at the ATM? Ive read yes and no from the Capital One website. One said yes cash, the other said checks only. Please advise.
I had a great signature beverage there yesterday. It was my first time going to a Capital One Cafe. I was surprised at how few customers they had while I was there. Its a great Cafe with a good menu that rivals pretty much any other Cafe around. However I think they do their self a disservice by advertising it as Capital One Cafe. It seems to me that it should be Peets Cafe by Capital One. Peets coffee is a national brand that probably the majority of people know of. It seems that you would get more people in there and potential Capital One customers if they would give Peets coffee Cafe first billing on their signs and advertisements. Thanks for the coffee and cookie.
I was extremely excited to finally visit the Capital One Cafe. I just needed to make a deposit and was able to use the machines on the outer portion of the cafe. Quick and simple. Unless you go into the actual Cafe no one says anything to you, so you can keep moving.
Very cool place. 1st time in a cap1cafe. No pressure :0]
I want to commend the Domiel and Magelan for their outstanding customer service during my visit from Atlanta. They were more than willing to share the tactical plan to not sale products, but to make our visit an experience using the Cafe. It was very comforting to get an education about their financial education via consultants. As a business owner (AveryFinancialServices.com) it was great to hear the productive all around concept of Capital One Bank located at 700 Village Circle Suite 150, Tampa Florida 33606. Keep up the great service.
Wow!Im looking forward to when it opens up for seating very neat and clean place. The customer service is very friendly! The Rep Ashley was there to help !! even show me where the parking garages where located, looking forward to keep going there also is more to do around there!!!
Capital One is my favorite banking institution. The staff there are very pleasant to work with and the openness and the feeling of community is paramount. Also it is located in a great location.
Wow! The inside is beautiful! Im looking forward to when it opens up for seating. The customer service is amazing! I came in today and my card got denied because of a security issue. Ashley, one of the reps, noticed and asked if she could help. My card was temporarily shut down for fraud and was going to be on hold for 7-10 business days pending verification. Not only did Ashley offer us free coffee for the inconvenience but she even called a manager for me and got it resolved ON THE SPOT! Im excited to be banking with capital one and looking forward to this being my go-to coffee shop. Also 50 percent off for capital one users!
I love finally having a place to make a deposit. Parking stinks not enough room 😒 to park only a few spots at the store itself. But the cute paper shop is the bomb
I don’t see the point in a face to face banking environment if everything is ONLY debit card driven. I get everything is electronic nowadays, but why not allow for face to face withdraws with these “ambassadors”. People might not simply need assistance and guidance with an ATM or online (and how often is that an actual need?). They just might need an old fashion withdraw. If your debit card is compromised and you have to cancel and order another, you are screwed until the card comes in. These cafes won’t be able to help you here. This concept is a lousy business model.
Chloe was the most helpful person. Best bank experience I have had!
Friendliest, most helpful people work here, easy to deal with and 24 ATM lobby. Only Capital One in the Tampa Bay area which is a pain but at least they’re nice.
Friendly staff, beautiful space, discounted coffee with Cap One card 10/10 !!
The cafe is awesome and all the workers are helpful...
Love this place and its staff❤️
Easy and excellent
