Very lovely place. The young girl who was working today was just marvelous! Not only did she give me wonderful service, she also helped me get an Uber from the airport. I was in need of a ride to Sarasota and I wasn’t able to download the app so she did me the favor of doing it herself and even paid for my ride!!! Very sweet girl and very delicious coffee/snacks.Absolutely recommend!

Very disappointing. We got 2 coffees and after we paid and sit down one of the girl called us and told that that transaction didnt go trough. I open my bank and see the charge and showed to her. Then she show me a paper transaction denied without any amount or anything so firt of all how do you know it was our transaction with all that people behind us. Ridiculous will never come back

The coffee itself was great, but the young man working in this shop this evening had a chip on his shoulder and it wasnt necessary.

I was in a hurry today and this super sweet girl, Z, helped me out and was super quick and professional. She made sure I was happy with everything and wished me a safe trip. Absolutely will be stopping by again to get more!

I wanted the taste of coffee while I shop but without the caffeine so I stopped into Kawa. I’m always weary about decaf because of the chemical solvents used to extract the caffeine. The really nice lady told me about the water extraction process of their decaf coffee beans; so it’s chemical free! I’m so glad I skipped Starbucks and went to Kawa. Best late ever! Got it with a little honey.

Love this coffee place! Great & friendly staff! The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant (sorry I didnt get his name). The prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, their coffee is amazing! Definitely try if you get a chance.

Best coffee in international plaza mall hands down. I have had 20 coffees already all them are perfect just the way i ask them thank you guys for always making my delicious single expresso coffee!!!

Ordered two 24 ounce drinks and didn’t realize the guy charged us for two 16 ounce drinks and then served us them, didn’t realize it until we already got our drinks. They filled my drink to full so when trying to put on the lid it spilled everywhere. I wanted to stir it with my straw with the lid on, I’m not going to sip out of it without stirring it and I’m not going to use the same spoon as others. Why would I be served a drink that’s not stirred anyway? That is dumb, if I wanted that I would go make coffee at home. Not only all of these things but they only use cardboard straws, dumb as can be. The straw gets soggy as hell not allowing me to drink my drink after a little while. Your cups are already plastic you nincompoops, maybe you should just do plastic straws as well so the customer can have a better experience. Will never ever be going to Kahwa Coffee again, will go to Starbucks where you have better drinks for better prices, plastic straws, and actually stir your drinks.

Servers denied me at the door 20 minutes prior to closing so thet could leave early

Coffee was ok but pretty disappointed in the vegan banana bread. It was pretty dry and if your gonna serve up the smallest slice of bread possible, don’t charge $6 for it.

Pleasant experience with friendly staff. I highly recommend a visit.
