I’m in store paying cash for my purchase. Total $38.08. Put in my 8 cents followed by a $20 bill then the screen showed need assistance. 3 different employees here and no one can help. They have to run the camera because I am not pay anything. It’s 40 minutes already and I am still waiting. Told one of them I will leave my groceries because no one seems to know what they are doing. Even though this store is less than half a mile and I come here 2 to 3 times a week I will take my business elsewhere

This is regarding Aimee from Customer Service at this walmart location. Aimee is the WORST customer service rep that i have ever encountered. She does not even deserve to work in this department. Came to this walmart location to return an item. The agent at the customer service counter needed some help from Aimee in returning my item. The agent kept calling Aimee for nearly 45 mins and Aimee was AWOL. Finally, the agent herself got frustrated at the amount of time that Aimee was taking and went out to get her. FINALLY got to see the infamous Aimee who looked extremely mad at me for interrupting her smoke break. She neither offered an apology or was even willing to help. She didnt even allow me to speak and her first words were I cannot help you WOW! Just WOW! If Walmart ever gives out WORST EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR award, then Aimee deserves it. She would be sole contender from customer sevice department who lacks basic or even minimum customer service skills. I dont expect much from Walmart when it comes to customer service but Aimee brought my expectations to a new low. Kudos Aimee!!

Our neighborhood Walmart has not closed due to COVID-19, because thier staff is diligently cleaning and preparing the store for customer. We are very happy for your teams efforts. Thank you!

I have to say that they have taken excellent care of me. The store is less than a 5minute walk from my house. I am there all the time. The staff always customize my shopping experience and I appreciate that immensely.

Clean, great prices and it has 98% of the time has more of everything i need than other stores.

This Walmart is better than the one not far from it. It isnt huge but they carry most items needed and they are very clean. I drive past the one on Hillsborough to get to thus Walmart if I am shopping for grocery items. Its organized and the staff assist you.

Great selection of groceries and household items. Unfortunately security will stop you at the exit to make sure you didn’t steal an $8.00 bag of toilet paper.

I came today here, and asked for shopping car to a Walmart worker and she just told me go to parking lote and looking for one 🤨🤮, nobody from Walmart was getting shop. cars inside of store.I told em : tell manager bring shop. Cars inside forcustomers. What happen with elderly people or handicap ???

1st time shopping here. Had an overall good shopping experience. Store was crowded, clean & well stocked. Staff was courteous.

A lot of stuff crammed into a small space. But you can find a lot of things there. Whats the 24-hour facility not sure now. Not clean as youre used to seeing Walmart.

Good neighborhood supermarket. Has everything you need. Its getting a little dated though. The registers need a refresh like what WalMart did to the neighborhood market on Hillsborough and Himes. There are not enough automated registers at this one.

I hate this walmart.I dont go there unless is too late because is two minutes from my house otherwise Ill go to the nearest one 3 miles from my house.This walmart is messy all the merchandise will be always in the floor not in the shelf and I never find all the stuff in my shopping list so Ill end up going to another walmart. Dont shop here even with a chip card. My info got stolen just minutes after I used a chip reader there. They dont ensure their POS systems are safe. There was a scanner on it or something and my card information was used a for a walmart purchase. Not a safe supermarket to shop at. Dont do it.

They had what I needed. Early in morning so it was not crowded. Wish they would use clean clothes with cleaning solution on it to wipe off checkout machines for self cashing.

Employees every where but kinda chaotic. Seemed to be truck day maybe cause selection seemed slim. Cheackout is a nightmare. Like why even have all them registrars if less than half are ever used

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. It smells terrible, the staff is not capable to answer questions. The curbside pickup did not work for me and for several others. GO TO ANOTHER WALMART PLEASE!

Im in a wheelchair and I got more offers of help and that one store then I have in the three previous stores I had been in very impressed with the customer service smiling faces and willingness to assist if needed great job Walmart Neighborhood Market

At the entrance was PATSY, a super friendly woman, welcoming everyone. There were two people in front of me walking and they didnt say ANYTHING TO HER but I did. then when i left she thanked me for shopping at walmart. MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER ARE MISSING IN THIS WORLD. THANK YOU PATSY :)

They are frequently out of the basic pantry food and the self checkouts put people out of work. The staff is rude. The trick here is to go early Saturday and Sunday morning around 8am. Then you avoid the worst of it. We alternate between the Florida Ave store and the West Hillsborough at Himes site which is much nicer.

No carts. Had to walk back to the parking lot to get one.

The checkout line is always long. Maybe adding more cashiers in the front can definitely cut the wait time.

When visiting the Walmart it was pretty clean. Customer service was polite and pleasant during checkout. You can pretty much find whatever you need at a Walmart. Due to the volume of business they do there is a good turnover on products so nothing is outdated which is nice not to have to read every expiration date.

Pharmacy was great. But I wouldnt shop there . Dont sanitize the carts or keep them ready to use. Very poorly rune store! The stars are for the Pharmacy only!!!

Everyone giving glowing reviews to this store are blatantly lying! This store has one of the worst reputations of any Walmart in Tampa. If I go to this store with a short list of 10 or 12 items I am guaranteed not to find at least 4 of those items. Over the years I have constantly had to lodge complaints with the store manager as well as corporate. The liquor store has frequently been out of my beer and cigarettes for sometimes as much as 2 weeks at a time. They have switched the general manager numerous times to no effect because all of the assistant managers are still there. The general manager delegates responsibility to the assistant managers, and the assistant managers are responsible for ensuring that the associates are doing their jobs properly. If the assistant managers are constantly shucking responsibility and on Instagram or hang out in the parking lot smoking cigarettes, than nothing will ever change.

Parking there was easy and the store was well organized and not overwhelming with choices. The produce was fresh and a good variety.

Friendly staff and we found what we wanted. Quick in and out.

My brother, Brian López, always loves Walmart as both a department store and supermarket, but sometimes as a supermarket by the nickname, Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Neighbourhood market versions of the bigger walmarts are a great alternative in neighbourhoods with only smallest corner markets and Bodegas.You get the full grocery line that you would from the produce section of a large Walmart. Its easy to find any household items And a full array of food options.I like organic and natural foods and I was able to find them quickly and easily without having to go to a special section. Organic bananas organic peanut butter organic cereal and granola organic salsa and chips.I didnt find any organic non dairy milks but they had the standard options.I will say all of the shopping cards were malfunctioning and everyone I walked past had one thumping wheel on their card as well.I went through the self checkout line and only after I wrang everything up did I see it was card only. Could have used a sign or something there.

Management is a joke. Something is always missing. Either they dont have grocery bags, correct change. Or theres no registers that accept cash.

Doors closed at 10:50 when the store says 11. worst walmart, customer service just shrugged like they didn’t care

I come to this walmart 4 to 5 times a week, because I live 1 mile from here, everytime I come I have a problem .workers everywhere but only 1 lane open 13 people in front of me, after 30 m8n.im the second person in line, finally with 8 to 10 people behind me .they open register and didnt take me being I was I. Line first self check out is card only no cash .Ive bought ice cream get to the car and its completely melted .staff is very rude. Last week i was charge 14.87 for ground beef that was marked down to 9.70 said I had to stand in another line to fix the issue .I can go on and on about the bad experiences .but instead this will be the last time I visit this Walmart.

I have to say, that over the years Wal-Mart neighborhood market is one of my favorite places to grocery shop. The prices are what youd expect from Wal-Mart, and the selection is huge. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you out. The store as well as the bathrooms, are clean everytime i go in. The only problem i have is with the selection/prices of the meats, but I just go to my local butcher for all that. All in all a pleasant experience in these chaotic times.

I was shocked the last time I was here. When I got to the check-out area, they had ONLY self-check-out lanes. No human cashiers! Many of us were going to the Customer Service lane to check out. The young lady there was really upset, but handled it well. I do not like this Do-it-yourself, but pay us attitude many vendors are adopting. As I said, my LAST time there!

A lot of variates but missing basic iden in covenant places like plastics back on veggies and meat area,thats is just one. But is nice to shop here.

The store is well laid out and food locations make sense. However the store front is a panhandler magnet. Though generally they leave you alone if you move with a purpose. They dont have a police officer like in regular walmarts so you may encounter some odd situations.I encountered a man that looked at me funny, followed me into the store, and tried to follow me down the aisles but I moved to fast, when I left the store the man came out empty handed and was looking around the parking lot. (The man was about 510- 511, stocky build, had a tiny backpack, looked hispanic). I reported him over the phone to costumer services but the employee seemed really busy so I dont know if she took my call seriously (at that walmart, I believe it).Overall, they have a lot of food items and the greens aisle are vast. Go at your own discretion.

Its my neighborhood shopping source. Service fluxuates. Busy days can be a pain. But thats everywhere. All in all a good store to shop at.
