Google needs to add the ability to give negative stars. The customer service is deplorable! I have called three times in one week to get my three porta toilets serviced. This is twenty days straight without service. They try to tell me the driver just forgot to sign the roster, but I have 24 - 7 surveillance which proves they have not been here at all. I ask to speak to a manager and they cant find one to take my call. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

I cannot express as to why I would give one star My apologies it should be a zero. For the past 3 weeks I have been unsuccessful at communicating with ANYONE! We have been billed incorrectly multiple times. Unapproved charges to our companies credit card. Checks applied to different invoices then WE get a delinquency Notice for non-payment?? USS applied the check to the incorrect invoice then advised that they are unable to locate the check?? Iam floored that USS is STILL in operation.

They do not deserve a star, very irresponsible they do not clean in the agreed time. very bad

After 15 years of using United they have delivered to the wrong address 3 times. The last time they finally got the port a let there but after the first of the month. They billed us for the previous month and it wasnt at our site. We spoke to management today and they said we have to pay a whole month because we ordered it and even though it wasnt at our site. Customer service is a zero.

We have been with United for 20 years, of late they have drastically gone down hill. They do not value relationship. The new norm is price change. No consistency with service or pricing, even for 10-12 month jobs. They increase pricing in the middle of jobs. Terrible company to work with in the past year.

Worst company to work with! They jack up the price for TERRIBLE SERVICE! Also they subcontract all their services and mark up their pricing more than 30 PERCENT!!!!!! They dont own their fence, storage, and some of the restroom trailers too. Found this out from one of their current employees who hates working for them! I will only use local folks from now on!

Terrible company that wont clean the toilets, wont respond and wont put you through to management with a complaint. Go elsewhere.

4723 53rd Ave east. Disgusted that they would even consider delivering a port o let in such condition. There is a hole in the roof, the side is cracked and broken to the point of being able to see outside (and in) and the door is badly warped that you can see who is in the unit. The urinal box looks like someone used it for other purposes than urine. As far as cleaning, I think they forgot it is here because we have not seen anyone ever clean this unit in the past two-three weeks.

HORRIBLE service. Will NEVER use them again or ever recommend them. They are outrageously over charged.
