I appreciate the professionalism and friendly attitude of Ian and his assistant. I called this morning and they came this afternoon and fixed my garage door. I did not anticipate the quick response and when they arrived they were done in less than an hour. Ian was kind to explain what he was doing and the price he quoted over the phone this morning is the cost in which I paid once the job was completed. Great job guys. You now have a happy customer who is more than willing to pass your name on to others!

Kevin and Ian were a pleasure to work with. Im up in New York, and I trusted them to install a door for my mother-in-law down in Tampa. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they were out there the next morning. You know youre in trouble when you hear a spring snap on your garage door. Our previous service company went out of business so I looked to Google for a reputable replacement. CGD had some of the highest ratings so I scheduled an apt., had them out and they took care of the job with impeccable service at a fair price. Called them because I had received a high estimate from another company. Kevin took the time to talk to me on the phone and go over what they do and their prices. 2019:Showed up on time. Completed his job fast. Was very professional and did a great job! Would use again, but hopefully my garage continues to work for many more years before I need to 😂2021:Needed to replace my opener (it lasted 18 years) they came out the next day, super friendly, and replaced the opener, sensors, and switch. Everything was smooth and fast. Would still highly recommend!

Ian did a terrific job with our garage door. The torsion spring broke which is why we called Certified Garage Door Inc. He made recommendations without pressure and allowed me to choose what to do. He replaced our torsion spring with two springs, replaced our rollers, and also replaced our safety sensors all within an hour. Incredibly quick and friendly service at a fair price. Highly recommend.

I called Certified Garage Door, Inc. three hours ago, I asked if they would be able to replace the springs today, and they replied that they will make every effort to come out. I recently hired Certified Garage Door to replace two springs on my home garage door because one spring recently snapped in half. They were the 3rd company I called for quotes and when they told me their price I hired them immediately (the other 2 companies were considerably more expensive). Typically I will choose the cheapest company for something and roll the dice with quality, but the service tech, Kevin, was professional, knowledgeable, and even helped us reset our keypad, remote controls and built in rear view window button at no additional charge. I will definitely keep their info handy in case I or someone I know needs garage door service in the future. (this name is a pseudonym)

Unfortunately this is our SECOND need for Certified Garage Doors assistance. Neither incident related....They are absolutely fantastic!!!! Initially I had reservations as their pricing structure was so much more reasonable than others I had considered. The first service response eliminated all concern!
