Andre M. was our installer and he did an incredible job with our garage door opener replacement. He was professional, on time and communicated with us before arriving and throughout the install. This was by far one of the most seamless and professional install experiences I have ever had. These days it is difficult to know who to trust when it comes to doing work around your home. It is very comforting to know that Andre, and Local Garage Door Pros, can be counted on for any of my future garage door needs.

What a great company!! Our garage door just died. We called after looking on-line. They came out the next morning and updated our motor and controllers. Turned out the existing one was 21 years old. Mark was wonderful! Knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely call them again.

I highly, highly recommend Local Garage Door Pros! They were recommended to me and I will recommend them to anyone. I was trapped and couldnt get my car out of my garage. The day I called they answered the phone right away and the receptionist asked me some simple questions and stated that Mark the owner would reach out to in a few mins. She was correct! They made the old door work for me at a very fair price which bought us some time, so when it was time to replace we definitely wanted to use them again. I was notified that the technician, Mr. Roman, was on his way, he then arrived in the early portion of the time frame that I was given. Upon arrival he was immediately attentive to the concerns I expressed for the odd noise that my garage was making as it opened. He began to trouble-shoot, keeping me informed as he did so. Once he found the most likely cause, he gave me an accurate and reasonable quote for the repair. The repair itself was fully explained to me and was carried out in a timely manner. After completion, the noise issue (which was becoming increasingly annoying) was resolved with a simple roller replacement. The technician that was sent was excellent and very capable. That said, when I originally called and asked for a ballpark price, It seems it was for just ONE spring. ( I told them the issue). When the tech was finished, I was shocked by the total invoice to have the springs replaced. Since they were finished, I felt I had no option but to go ahead and pay. This is the second time I have used Local Garage Door Pros Services. The first time using them was three years ago to have my broken spring replaced and pulley bearings changed. Mark was cordial, professional and polite. He was able to get my door up and running the same day at a fair and affordable price. The most recent time using them was just today on Sunday morning. I had a problem with another garage door not opening and without searching out a garage door repair company I called Local Garage Door Pros based upon my previous 5-star experience. Again Mark showed up explained to me that my garage door opener was bad and needed replacing. Knowing the unit was over 20 years old and having the same type and age unit on my second garage door I had them both replaced at the same time. A couple days later David showed up to replace my old units with new LiftMaster brand openers. David was extremely polite and respectful and had the units changed out in a reasonable amount of time at a fair and reasonable price.
