I am so sad to be writing this because I have been shopping at this store for over 16 years through 3 owners, and a name change. I have shopped here for everything, but today completely changed my experience at this store. I was shopping with my daughter which is 5, and she needed to use the restroom. Any mom knows that a 5 year old is unable to hold it if she has to go. I understand they do not have a public restroom, but under the circumstances an exception should have been made to allow my daughter to use the restroom I know they have. I was so upset about the situation, that I called back to speak to the associate, and she was unapologetic. It truly is a shame because kindness goes a long way! I will no longer be coming to this store to shop because this is unacceptable.

At first by just glancing in the window I assumed it was a ladies boutique but as I got further in I came to realize that they have a little bit of everything. By the time I was done shopping I left there with a cute sundress for myself, 2 tutus and 2 books for my granddaughter plus 1book for our nurse at the Dr. Office. It was a very nice treasure hunt with a nicer set of gifts. If you have that one person hard to shop for you should definitely go look around.

They were absolutely so rude to my sister and I. I asked for where the hot chocolate bombs were in the store. They just pointed and didn’t give us the time of day or even asked how they could help us. I am not sure if it is because my sister and I are black or because we are young girls? After finally finding them, they said they could not check us out for 10 minutes because they were wrapping presents for one single person. There was even one lady on the floor not doing a SINGLE thing!! Even though, it takes less than 1 minute to check us out because we already found the items. Very rude!! Wouldn’t recommend to any of my POC friends!

Went into this cute store with the intention on finding something while waiting for our phones next door. Walked in, employees talking rather loudly about personal life. Doesnt bother me until my husband runs out to grab something. The older woman with black short hair says to other employee, dont worry. Thats that ladys husband probably. She doesnt look like shes going to buy anything anyways. The other employee, light brown curly hair said nothing but came over and greeted us, found out that we actually WERE indeed looking for something and helped us with the check out process. Still trying to figure out why I dont look someone who is capable of shopping in a store like that but I probably wont be returning. Only reason I purchased something was because I felt bad for the other employee. That woman is TOO OLD to act in such a childish manner.

What an awesome boutique. The variety is amazing. You will definitely not leave empty handed. The owner and the other associates are very friendly. They actually allow you to look around and shop without breathing down your back. Overall, the experience was nothing but positive.

Tate & Tilly is my go to place for creative gifts and personal me too items. I never fail to leave the store without the present I went in for plus a few goodies for myself. The ladies of T&T are always introducing new and unique items at a good range of prices. In addition all of the women are friendly and very helpful. I tell all of my friends about Tate & Tilly and they have become addicted as well. You will not go wrong shopping at this wonderful boutique.

I wasnt there to shop but I took my kids to a ticket raid and the staff that work there were very polite and accommodating. The store is well laid out and have gorgeous clothes from what my girls say.

Ever have a fat, ugly, bad hair day? Last Thursday was one of my WORST! Embarrassed to even step foot in Tate & Tilly, I forged ahead & made the plunge! I was greeted like royalty by the nicest, most helpful lady Ive met in years! She listened to me, allowed me to walk the store, pulling item after item...scumptious urban-stye seperates I havent seen ANYWHERE else. As I tried my goodies on, no one pestered me. No high pressure, you look great comments, truthfully, I didnt look great but I knew I would when I fixed myself up!
