Had a terrible experience from the moment we walked in to view samples. We were greeted by a front desk staff (Colleen) that didnt say anything but its my lunch time.. every day from 12 to 12:30. Proceeded to make a big deal over having to wrap her sandwich up so that it wouldnt get cold. Took out the box of sample glass cuts and would only allow me to view the few that she pulled out of the box. She mentioned that there was a square footage minimum (totally understandable) but wouldnt give even an approximate price per square foot for the different types of glass. I would have gladly dealt with someone else that wasnt on their lunch break... at the front desk... but that was never given as an option. She CLEARLY didnt want our business and therefore WONT be getting it.*We went to a different glass shop in Tampa on Cypress Street that has been around for 60 years. The employees at this other glass shop were very kind and were able to get us pricing per sq ft and free samples to take home for our project.*People have bad days but I will never give All Phase Glass my business just from the first experience we had walking in.

My order, although small, was done exactly correctly and was finished promptly. I shopped around and their prices beat every other competitor, and they promised to have my glass ready for pickup sooner then anyone else. I will definitely go back to All Phase Glass & Mirror for any of my future glass needs!
