Not sure but the number says its disconnected. I paid $1650 for a crackled glass table top for a client and was told 2 weeks; however, it has been 3 months with no communication with Mike the owner. I have to now contact my card company to get my money back because the item was never delivered. It has been on backorder since August. I was told they could fix the table top for $350 once to top came in I was told they cannot do that. I would have never placed an order with them. They then charged my card $400 for that piece, which was wrong and I was told I will get a credit of $350 back. Because Mike couldnt eat the cost of the glass they ordered wrong. So he said he will keep $50...Then proceeded to say they can order the table top crackled...it will take two weeks. I asked for an estimate and when 2 weeks past they finally said they heard back from their provider. The cost would be an additional $1250 and they would deliver it. Still waiting. No one calls, emails, text or anything...It is as if they took my money and ran with it. I do not like to complain; however, 3 months and still no word????

Update: Had a communication issue early on but the owners got in touch with me and made sure theyd take care of my window. From the time they came out to measure I had a new window installed 2 days later. Definitely happy with the final product. Id recommend them to anyone that needs to replace glass in a home window.

Ive been a loyal customer to this shop ever since home Depot and Lowes stopped cutting glass. There a busy shop so Ive had to wait at times. But they get it done and are very friendly. I will continue to buy glass there Everytime I need some! 😃

Acme Heights is an excellent company and has a friendly and professional staff. I use them all the time for my glass restorations. As the owner of Antique Restoration & Design I have to be very selective because I am endorsing quality of work for my client repairs too. The office manager Patience has implemented new policies and procedures to make things run smoothly and efficiently. They bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy. Highly recommend.

Awesome company. They always come through. When you need something quickly they’re the right people to go to. Everyone there is so personable, it makes for a really nice experience. I had an emergency where I really needed a piece of glass and they were able to have it ready for me super quick.

Disorganized and unprofessional is the only way to describe this company. They lost my original order, came up with 3 different prices from 3 different employees, then told me to wait 30 min when it was supposed to be done, i went around the corner to get coffee, came back at 4:03 and they closed the store 30 minutes early. I can only hope nobody else wastes their whole day with this business.

I am not a person who writes reviews unless they help the business. So this is quite rare. This is a negative review. I chose acme heights glass because they are a small business and I like supporting local entrepreneurs. Mike came to my home and we got together on a job to replace a sliding glass door with one that has a pet door. After waiting several weeks to get the custom glass and pet door, the installers arrived and installed the custom glass. It was immediately apparent the new glass would not allow the sliding door to open more than half of the width. The pet door was too thick and Mike missed that during our consultation and measurement appointment. That’s not the problem. The problem is that it has now been more than 2 months since the attempted install and despite promises and assurances Mike has not returned our deposit. I have called repeatedly. So it seems I will have to go to the business to get my money. I have lost confidence in Seminole heights small business. If we do not have our word as bond, we have nothing. Be sure before you use ACME HEIGHTS. This is not a rant this is a warning. If you had good luck with Mike.... count your self fortunate. I am factual not irrational or illogical. No was rude or disrespectful and that is not my way of relaying information either. We would just like our hard earned money returned. I will adjust my review once Mike fulfills his promise.

I had a mirror that needed to be smaller to fit in a frame called and got a quote that was a good price so i took it in expecting to leave it an pick it up tomorrow. They stopped what they were doing and immediately cut to the measurement I needed!! GREAT job and very nice people!!

I used ACME Heights Glass to order custom glass shelves for a cabinet. I went into the business and went over exactly what I wanted and needed. I paid a deposit on the glass and was told it would be 7-10 business days for my glass to come in. I never received a call after 4 weeks, so I called them. They gave me the run around on why it wasnt in and such. It has now been 2 and a half months and they still have not gave me my glass. I went into the store and asked for the glass or my deposit back. Which they could not show me the glass so I am guessing it was never ordered. Now they are saying they will not pay me my deposit back due to it being custom ordered glass. So I am just for warning people before they use ACME Heights Glass that you NEED to make sure to receive a purchase order from them before leaving the store, showing that the material or glass you ordered has actually ordered.

No job is too big or small for owner Mike. He is the only one we use for any glass work. He is reliable and very knowledgeable when it comes to glass repairs. After Irma he showed up and fixed our windows in rapid time. He is also very accessible when you call for your glass work needs. Hes loyal to his business for 30 years and it shows!

The owner Michael was very nice. He came to fix a panel of my sliding door when the lawn guys mower shot a rock throught it and shatter it early in the morning. He came the same day by 4pm which was great. He was very clean, and got the work done quickly. Michael was very friendly, new a lot about the area. I would recommend him to anyone, and would use him again!
