Justin and Chris were so extremely kind & helpful!! They were able to provide so many sample pieces of glass and their approximate pricing for each different type. We had originally gone to All Phase Glass to view samples and had a TERRIBLE experience including awful customer service. It was very refreshing walking into Capital Glass Specialties and actually being able to get the information we were looking for.We will continue to return to Capital Glass Specialties for all future projects!!!

Amazing customer service!! Great communication can’t say enough amazing things. Ordered the mirror on Thursday- cut and ready even wrapped by Monday.. Highly recommend this place super friendly. I will definitely be going back.

I had a difficult to match piece of commercial glass that was broken. Another company replaced it 2 times missing badly on the match both times. Capital nailed it on the first attempt, and got pretty darn close. Thanks guys! Made Easter better!

A friend needed a few window panes replaced, came in with the measurements and they cut the glass right away with great customer service. Will definitely be back for any glass or mirror needs. Just be sure your measurements are in inches lol.

By far a horrible experience.. my lawn company broke a back window and used this company for repairs. Its been a nightmare just to get someone to pick up let alone getting back to me with an actual turn around. Every week it was a different expected date.

Great place for any glass or mirror needs was there yesterday and was able to get glass table top that was old stock at a discounted price very nice and professional will recommend them to anybody that needs anything to do with glass or mirrors

Had many experiences with Capital Glass. Extremely professional, exactly what I ordered and the installation was PERFECT. They stand behind their work and very pleasant to deal with. Been in business forever. Very busy because they have so many repeat customers. Would never consider another company.

I would like to give them no stars, horrible customer service, was to come out to give me an estimate two weeks ago, no one showed up or called. Then I called them set up another day and was told they were to come out last week and again no show no call. Yesterday was told by Chris that they would show up this morning and no show no call. I called the office and the lady that answered the phone knew nothing about it and said we will just have to find someone else. Horrible, Horrible dont use! worst service ever! Shame on you!!!

If I could give this establishment a zero, I would. We went into the store to get a glass enclosure estimate for our shower. The elderly woman behind the counter (maybe the owner or secretary) was rude and VERY unprofessional. The gentlemen that was summoned to help us was polite and took our measurements, but never called us with the estimate. We ended up purchasing from Glassmaxx who were extremely professional and fair priced. This establishment was the only one we had a bad experience with when obtaining glass estimates.
