A pane of laminated impact glass got broken in our machine shop. We had some very important meetings scheduled and needed it repaired . Glass and Door did an excellent job replacing it and Iris went above and beyond to make this happen for us. We couldnt be more pleased with the service provided and the professionalism of everyone that we interacted with. From management down to the technicians.

The services of this company were professional and took care of my broken window in a timely fashion. However, there was a slow period to get the window as promised at first, but all worked out to the better good. I would use this company again if warranted.

I found Door and Glass Services from a Google Search and reached out to them because they were local to our location.After emailing over a few pictures of the problem and a telephone conversation, we scheduled an appointment for repair.Within 24 hours the problem we were having was resolved. Door and Glass Services sent a team of two repairmen who were very courteous and professional.I would highly recommend Door and Glass Services Co. and would use them again in the future.

I had an issue with six large custom glass windows at my home. Some of the windows were appearing to be foggy due to a break down of the thermal seal between the two pieces of glass. After making numerous calls to other companies and getting nowhere, a friend recommended Door and Glass Services Company in Tampa. I called and spoke with a knowledgeable and courteous salesperson who set up an appointment to have someone come out to look at the problem. The problem was diagnosed, options were explained to me, and I was given a written estimate for the work. The work was done professionally and the estimated charge was honored. Was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I called them and on Friday to get a price quote on my sliding glass door and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday for work to be done. On Tuesday, I received a call from the office saying no one will be coming by today, but will send someone on Friday... After shopping around today I found that the price I was quoted was over $100 more than most of their competition. I would recommend looking at other alternatives before committing to the Door and Glass Services Company.

Horrific experience. Manager called me back drunk. Told me that I needed to call him in the morning because he gets too busy and forgets to do stuff. I told him if he wanted my business and my money he should make a note and call me. He said he didnt want my business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
