My mother has acid reflux and is lactose intolerant. She has tried a variety of protein drinks, all of which gave her problems. She even tried the one I use to no avail. So, I explained the situation and received samples of what might work for her. The store representative was very knowledgeable and attentive. Will find out in a few days if it is successful. Cody the store owner is the #1 go to workout supplement advisor in Tampa. Everything in the store is such high quality including the protein which has an incredible high macro breakdown. You can try and save a few bucks on the internet but you won’t find their exclusive proteins. The store is stocked with the best tasting BCAA powders and numerous protein flavors. Also, if you are purchasing something, you can use the in body weight analysis machine for free. When you input your phone # into the in body weight analysis machine, it keeps track of your progress. Really neat to see how you are doing over the months/ years.

Nutrishop and more specifically Shawn (business owner) is one of the most knowledgeable nutrition store operator’s I’ve ever experienced. Not only is Shawn extremely knowledgeable on his products but he seems to genuinely care about the well being of those he’s selling his products to. The experience in nutrishop reminds me of going to a wine store where the sommelier has tried all the wines in his/her store and you trust he/she to give you a quality product. Quality on certain products is top notch, Forzaone, Vasocor, Aminovex, all have noticeable results and feel clean. products are in a different league than what you find at other sports nutrition stores, higher price is worth it. it will take some trial and error to figure out what works for you, the more intense your workout the more you will notice the benefits of these products. staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
